I loved looking after Susie & Gary’s home and pets. The greyhounds are so gorgeous, well-behaved and snuggly. And the cats were all also friendly and sweet. Even though there’s 6 animals, it was pretty easy looking after them all. The house was very clean, and Susie & Gary were very accommodating and had everything I needed. Lauder was a nice little town to explore, lovely greenery and scenery. Would definitely recommend housesitting here!
We had a hassle free sit looking after Wotsit and Twiglet and Olivia's house is lovely and warm and comfortable. We had an open fire one evening which was wonderful. The added bonus was that the house is so close to Oxted high street so we didn't have far to go for groceries.
Loved everything about our stay at Tom & Lisa's home to care for Happy and their fish. We felt so very welcomed by all they did to prepare us for the stay, as well as how graciously we were welcomed on our arrival. Happy is just a beautiful guy - loads of energy and enthusiasm mixed with a very lovable and endearing gentleness. The fish are housed in a wonderful outdoor tank which we looked forward to visiting each morning to feed them. Their home is super comfortable, spacious and elegant and the neighborhood is great, as well. We would love to return any time and again, thanks to Tom and Lisa for making us feel so welcome!
Aliya made Matt and me feel welcome when we arrived for the meet and greet. She left easy and clear instructions for us to follow. Most importantly she demonstrated to Matt how to give Beatrix her eye medicine, which was not as difficult as you might imagine. Beatrix and Sonny are very mellow dogs, that are happy to give affection or simply nap together in their beds. They are very good about taking turns to go out into the yard to do their doggy business and are well-behaved on their leads. They are great dogs to sit.

Essa is such a smart and very sweet dog. We very much enjoyed our time with her, and hope to see her again when we visit San Franisco. The Presidio, where Leah and family live is an amazing place, like being in a quiet small town with large natural spaces within the bustling city. Leah was very easy to work with, communicated well and was available to our texts as we sat. She was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend highly Essa, Leah, and the Presidio.

He passed his evaluation at Pawsatively Petastic and now can go to daycare and boarding at this fabulous place! 15,000 square feet of CAGE FREE boarding where dogs of all sizes romp and play, both indoors and outdoors! This is like heaven on earth for dogs and Ace didn’t want to leave. I HIGHLY recommend this doggie daycare/boarding for anyone in the Westchester and Putnam area - you WON’T be disappointed! We’ve known the owners Lia and Ray for a long time, even back before they had this facility when they provided pet care in their own home. They are wonderful people, will treat your dogs like their own family, and will provide so much enrichment to your dog’s life through play and socialization with other dogs in a state of the art (however affordable) facility! ❤️
I had my multi-Pooh boarded with positively neglectful Daycare , for three nights. I did hear that there were some issues, but it was last minute and against my better judgment I sent him. ,When I picked him up on Saturday. he seemed disorientated as if he didn’t know where he was or who I was.At this point he was walking fine. I got him home a couple of hours later he couldn’t even walk. It seemed as if something wore off . He was in extreme pain. He would not walk. I could not touch his back or his shoulders legs and paws. He just cried. I was mortified and took him to the vet immediately. She said he was dehydrated and definitely something had happened. when I called the facility on Friday to see how he was doing, they said everything was fine. When I picked him up as soon as we got home he also started with stomach problems throwing up diarrhea and blood in his diarrhea. I paid $428 to the vet. I placed my dog in their care thinking he was going to be taken care of and safe, they refused to take any responsibility. They said I signed a waiver, which apparently gives them a license to abuse dogs. I see there’s some good reviews here but believe me I’ve heard some terrible ones I would definitely never ever bringing your dog there. Unfortunately dogs can’t talk . If mine could I would love to hear what was done to him . They put the big dogs outside in the dead of summer and is all you hear is barking consistently I believe in my heart that something is not right at that facility and I am going to look into it. It’s not acceptable to treat or neglect animals because someone signed a waiver. !!!!!!!!!’

On top of that they run a successful business and not only keep best interest of the pet, but really secure a wonderful feeling for the pet owners.Safety and security and healthy atmosphere is what you will see here! Super nice honest people… can’t say enough! Just picked up my two large dogs from 3 day vacation…. These dogs of mine run free at my home on 2.5 acres……every day and still wine cry etc. Tonight? I was looking over 2 years to find a daycare for my puppy which is a Doberman and every place I called wouldn’t take my puppy until I called Pawsitively and they took a chance on Xena and I am just thrilled how much she loves going here. The owners and the staff love Xena . I moved and I am driving a little more because I know Xena loves this place. I take her for daycare and boarding. I trust them 100 percent, maybe one day Xena will let them give her a bath and cut her nails Lol.
Marcelo grabs his collar and is ready to go when he hears “let’s go see Raymond at pawsitively”. It’s his home away from home. Only people I trust with my boy. He goes in by himself most of the time and announces his grand arrival!! Comes home happy and exhausted. 5 wagging tails for pawsitively and EVERYONE who works so incredibly hard to take such great care of these pups.
Daisy loves pawsitively petastic. She can't wait to get in the door to see her doggie friends. She's happily exhausted when she comes home with a smile and tail wagging when we say doggie day care.
I left my dog here for overnight boarding for 6 nights. It was her first time being with people and a bunch of other dogs that he didn’t know. I called two days in a row to check on him and I was glad they didn’t sugar coat anything. They were honest with me about how nervous he was. But after a few days he did great. When I picked him up he was ready to go back inside and even went to one of the coworkers to get a kiss before he left. They are so sweet and it’s an awesome place. We will be using them again in the future.
Star and I found our other loving family right under our nose on Route 6. Star is very social and playful but truly thinks she is the size of a Toy Poodle. Apparently something happened in her early formative years that causes her to be shy with dogs her size. I explained all of this to Lia, Ray, Emily and Maryann and they accommodate us by allowing Star to mingle with the "littles" and the medium size dogs. She firmly reminds me at 6:00 am when it's her doggy day care day and waits not- so- patiently as I get ready. She can't wait to go visit her friends, both human and canine, and comes home happy and exhausted. The folks at Pawsitively treat both of us like family and we couldn't have found a more loving, caring place to care for our wonderful greyhound. Try it for a day or for an overnight stay. You and your dog will be hooked! There is no better place.
My GSD is so happy here. He gets so excited when we arrive he doesn’t even hesitate to go with the staff. He is even happy when we board him. Lia and Ray and their staff clearly love the animals and the environment is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this business.
I have been bringing Sadie here for some time now for one a week daycare and socialization, and have used them for overnight boarding a few times. To put it bluntly, alI have to say in the morning is , "Do you wanna go play with friends" and she would drive herself there if she could. She LOVES it. and when I pick her up , I get a fully exhausted and had a full day of play pup :)
We love the family vibes of all staff members loving and taking great care of our Dakota Mae and Wallen as soon as we walk in, in the mornings. Turning into the parking lot, our pups get super excited to see where they’re going! They were very accommodating and kept watch while he was struggling with his back paw before surgery. We love all the cute events they have monthly to keep the dogs interested and entertained! When there’s bubbles, you’ll know Dakota will be there!!! Having an easy 123 text system to be able to check in, ask questions, etc, being watch on the cameras brings lots of comfort and peace watching our pups play, and having social media to see many posts of the fun event days is the best part of my day! We love Dogtopia! My dog was adopted from what we believe to have been a puppy mill situation when she was between 2 and 3 y.o. When we adopted her, she was extremely shy, afraid of children, and sometimes aggressive with other dogs due to fear. She didn’t know how to play with toys, but she did love adult humans. She’s 12 now, and has gained more confidence from regular dog park visits and play dates with friends’ dogs. Dogtopia has been a huge part of her overall happiness and wellness for the last two years. The people who work here are very careful and loving towards all the dogs in their care. They’re always well staffed and the dogs are never le ft unsupervised. They always remember my dog’s name, preferences, health information, and personality, and we only bring her here once a week. I’ve recommended see them to friends, as well. My dog LOVES Dogtopia, and we love them, too!
Our dog absolutely loves it here, she’s high energy and the environment allows for a great mix of socialization and rest. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful! It’s very clean and well kept and I like that the dogs are separated by size so it’s not too anxiety producing for smaller dogs. I feel good leaving our pup here to play! The app makes it really easy to book services and having access to the daycare camera is a great benefit, I love checking in to see what our girl is up to! Usually trouble, which is another reason the staff is so amazing!

I always feel like I am dropping my pup off at a place where she is safe, loved and well cared for! My dog is very high energy, so daycare is a fantastic option to keep her well exercised during the work week. The staff members have all been very kind and quick to address any questions or concerns that I have brought up. I also love all the themed days and photo ops, such as back to school picture day, Halloween costume contest and pictures with Santa!
Mookie goes to Dogtopia at least 2 to 3x a week. He absolutely loves it! He comes home super tired from a day of playing with his friends. The staff is really helpful and friendly! We love how easy the app is to use to book daycare and boarding appointments. We also love that we have access to the webcams so we can see what our pup is doing. Also, the themed days are so fun and we love to get pictures of Mookie!
Friendly, flexible and so understanding of our most precious pups. One (who will remain nameless - Pia lol ) who is so calm until she meets someone and then becomes a “jumper” but Dogtopia understands and our other good boy is just the sweetest …..just excellent understanding and care !
The staff is great. Our dog always comes home worn out from his day of play. He runs to the door when we say Dogtopia or doggie daycare.he especially likes the pup cups.
My dog loves it here! The staff is great, and the web cams are a wonderful resource. I love that they have 3 different rooms so there are not too many dogs in one playroom. Another place I tried while ago had WAY too many dogs in the play room. This way there are plenty of dogs for my Bernice to play with and the staff is able too monitor them. Bernie is happy and gets lots of exercise and socialization.
I wanted to share my positive experience with Wiggles Pet Resort. I have been taking my Labrador retriever there for boarding, training and grooming, and have always been impressed with the level of care and attention they provide. My dog always returns home happy and relaxed with her tail wagging. I highly recommend Wiggles to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet care facility.
Wiggles is the most perfect pet training, playtime and boarding, whom not only provided the care I searched for, but truly gave my Puppy a home away from home. Wiggles is actually a pet vacay for Sheebie, she came back calm and so happy, she wanted to stay a little longer! Our experience has been top notch and I highly recommend WIGGLES PET RESORT. Before leaving your pet here please read this: First I’d like to say the staff was very friendly and my dog (Matlock) was happy and healthy when we picked him up, which is why I’m leaving them 2 stars. Our dog can be aggressive towards other dogs. So when considering a place to leave him while going on vacation we shopped around. Wiggles said they handle dog aggressive dogs and assured us he would be by himself or only playing with people. We did a test run. Reminded them to keep him away from other dogs and it went great. Our 10 day vacation comes up. We drop him off, again, remind them not to let him around other dogs (we also gave them a paper with bold letters saying MATLOCK IS DOG AGGRESSIVE and a muzzle in case it wasn’t possible). During our vacation out of the US we are sent pictures of him playing with another dog where you can tell he is attempting to become dominant and started showing signs of aggressive play. (I will attach the email that came from a manger). So we call tell them not to do that (again) as he attacked other dogs and can be unpredictable. We show up to pick him up, talk to a different manager who is very nice but we are charged our full amount $900 for a service we did not receive. They also put another dog at risk by allowing him to play with ours. I do not wish to include names because I don’t want anyone to get in trouble as they are very nice there and they did apologize however, I just feel the potential customers should be aware of this before allowing your dog to stay here. Had I known they would have disregarded our specific instruction we would have had him stay elsewhere. We are just glad no one got hurt.
Thank you for all you do in caring for Pepper! He is always so happy to stay at wiggles and in great spirits when picked up. The staff is friendly and affectionate with the dogs and I'm always greeted with a smile. I never feel like I need to worry leaving pepper in wiggles' care! I highly recommend them!
Wiggle was fabulous. From the cleanliness of the facility to the efficient operation! The extremely knowledgeable and professional staff was very much appreciated. My 5 month young rescue puppy Lunarossa had a great time at her meet and greet running around with her new friend, a Whippet named Bowie!!! We’re going to enroll her in classes and possibly overnight stays. We’ll definitely recommend you to all our pet parent friends and acquaintances!!! Absolutely amazing. While I was hesitant to drop off my 3.5 month old fur baby for 2 weeks for training, the photos, phone calls and videos eased my mind and I felt connected to him the entire time. Not only did he come home with better manners, he was socialized with other dogs and people. It warmed my heart to see how much fun he was having at Wiggles. I am so impressed with the results, the trainers, the staff and the facility that I have decided to put him in the day care program 3 days a week and board him there when we go on vacation. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Wiggles. A truly amazing experience.

One of the things I appreciate about Wiggles is their willingness to resolve or work through any difficulty you may encounter during a visit. Our family got a personal call from the owner, who did everything reasonable to ensure that we were satisfied. Wonderful people! I have a very anxious dog who often takes a long time to trust new people let alone trust them enough to let them walk him. But Scott made a connection with our dog right away and could get him outside from the get go. A second shoutout for his flexibility with our constantly changing schedules!! Highly recommend.
Scott took such great care of our shy kitty and even got him to come out of hiding briefly, which is an accomplishment. He took the time to visit ahead of time to get to know us and familiarize himself with the house and cat needs. We came home to a happy and healthy kitty. We highly recommend him!

Scott instantly feels like someone you know and have trusted for a long time. My dogs immediately took to him. The first meeting he was on the floor with my pup loving up on her like she was his. He has patience with my older dog and assists him as needed. It has been a great decision to use Scott to help care for my dogs when I am at work. Fantastic experience with Dancing Paws when we went away for 10 days this summer. Alisha from Dancing Paws stayed in our home and took amazing care of our dog, cat, guinea pigs, bearded dragon and saltwater fish. We felt completely at ease knowing she was taking good care of everyone. Highly recommend.
Dancing Paws took care of our 12 year old cat while we were out of town for 2 weeks. They were amazing! They checked in with us often and sent pictures and videos of our lil guy. He looked so happy and playful that we were able to relax knowing he was in great hands!

Diana and her company are simply the best. From her first introductory visit Stella and Fergus (pandemic puppies unused to visitors) were comfortable in her company. Perhaps even more important, this nervous dog mom was confident they were in good hands. As our needs changed over the years Diana has always personalized perfectly to the given situation, going above and beyond the expected. Easy communication and simple booking add to the positive experience. And of course, lots of visit updates with the greatest photos of some very happy dogs! I am so glad to have found Diana and her team - I always know my dogs have the best of care in their own home!
Diana has been in our family's life since September, and we are so thankful for her. We originally wanted some extra exercise for Ziggy--I work from home, but can't often take lengthy breaks during the day. Diana has been all of that and so much more! Perfect example is this Thanksgiving holiday. I came down with a cold out of nowhere and Ziggy (our 19 month beagle) developed what I thought was a hotspot. Long story short, Diana coordinated with me and came by to take Ziggy to Mahopac Animal Hospital. His usual Dr. Moore was not in, but he saw another doctor who was very helpful. In addition to regular text updates, Diana also called me so that the doctor could talk to me about Ziggy's care. Diana also recommended food elimination instead of allergy medicine, so we listened to her. This was a very short notice request--less than 24 hours, but Diana showed up and took care of our Ziggy like he is her own. We are forever grateful to having her in our lives. If you need a regular dog walker or more in-depth training, she is definitely the one to call first. We have learned so many things from her and things she has taught Ziggy just through routine walking!
Diana Paws is an amazing service. She and her employees take the best care of our Fur Babies. I can tell you personally I know her for a Good amount of time, and now with the care of my cats I would highly recommend!
Our black lab Chester absolutely LOVES the Diana’s Paws team! They have been great coming and taking care of him whenever my wife and I needed their help: especially when he was a little puppy. They’re experienced in taking care of pets and very clearly love each of the pets entrusted to their care. Happy to say Chester has a consistent stable of friends to come and visit him during the day when his parents aren’t around! 😊🐶
Diana and Sam are amazing. We adopted to two dogs last October. I needed extended walking services for almost two weeks. I reached out and received a quick response from the owner Diana. She was flexible with our consultation and time frames. She made sure to invite Sam who would also be walking out dogs as well, so we saw names with faces. You can tell that Diana not just cares about the animals that she services but as well as the families of the pets. She was more than a wealth of knowledge when it came to certain issues or concerns that she might have seen in regards to our pet care, but she didn't make me feel we were doing a bad job at taking care of our pets. She wanted to improve our relationship with them and their health to keep them around for a long time. She wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty, as well which I loved. We have a very big drooly dog was drooling all over her and there was nothing but smiles on her face. I knew they were genuine smiles. Sam is amazing as well. I actually saw him in our neighborhood with two other dogs and got the longest I thought he was the owner, that's how natural he handled them. He is good with reading situations about dogs being reactive and taking the best courses of action.
Diana takes excellent care of my dog Bailey goes above and beyond with her care ( ear cleaning and teeth brushing) Bailey loves her outings to the airport park and wading in the lake. She is always so very excited to see her and Diana is often greeted with the zoomies I would highly recommend her to care for your pets of any kind she is a true animal whisperer!

Karen is wonderful with our cats and it gives us peace of mind knowing they are being so well cared for while we are traveling. I would recommend Karen to anyone in the area looking for someone to take great care of their pets!
I have been sending my hound to Karen for years. She is so caring with him. He gets so much love when he’s with her because she truly loves animals. Karen doesn’t overbook to ensure your pet gets the attention you would want for your fur baby. Her dog is a sweetheart also. I have used Karen for both overnight boarding and daycare and highly recommend her to anyone with a dog. She books up fast though so reach out in advance.
Karen is a trustworthy, attentive and thoughtful pet sitter! We are able to travel at ease because we know our two cats are safe in her hands. She takes her time with them, sends videos and updates, and is gentle and good with our elderly near-blind kitty. My wife was previously a professional dog walker and pet sitter and has a high standard, which Karen exceeds every time. She is great and we are so glad Peekskill has her in the community!
Karen was just simply wonderful with my boys and most importantly trustworthy! When we were in New York Karen dropped in on my boys for about 2+ years and became Auntie Karen to them really quickly. They loved her and so will your pups!
We are so lucky to have found Karen to care for our three cats! We were out of the country for a month, during which Karen sent us photos and videos daily, keeping us updated and informed. Our eldest kitty has special needs and requires multiple medications twice a day; Karen handled her beautifully, with genuine care and affection. She graciously took a piece of feedback regarding petting this kitty, and helped our cat feel so much more comfortable. Our two others are extremely shy and usually don't appear around new people, but they became Karen's new best friend! I can't overstate how delightful and shocking that was, and I think it speaks to the professionalism and love that shines through when Karen cares for your pets. Karen is fair, trustworthy, and very communicative; her pricing is also an excellent value. We'll rely on Karen any time we need pet care, and I couldn't possibly recommend her more!
We send our almost 15 month old puppy to Dogtopia and we all love it! Our puppy has a great time and everyone knows him well and is beyond kind. Taylor summed up Dogtopia perfectly when she said, “When you bring your dog here, they are part of our family. He’s our little boy too!” We don’t have to worry about or our little pup at all when he’s there, we know he’s having a great time!
Love Dogtopia Mt.Kisco! We bring three of our four dogs there for both daycare and boarding. Taylor and her staff love the dogs they are for so much! I highly recommend them to anyone.
They love our dogs and my dogs love them. My oldest dog is a skittish rescue and she loves it there. They have been so helpful with socialization and genuinely love the dogs.
Dogtopia of Mt. Kisco is fantastic! They know me and my pup the minute we walk in the door. Whether we have an appointment or not. They are warm and caring to my furry friend and are very accommodating. Highly recommend!

The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, efficient...and just really good at their jobs! Facility is clean, and pleasant, and most of all my dog had a great time and was exhausted (in a good way!) when he got home. Highly recommend.
We absolutely love Dogtopia! It is so evident how caring everyone who works there is with the dogs. Charli, our pup, loves going to play with her friends and comes home exhausted and happy. It's a fun and safe place for her to socialize with all the other pups!
Dogtopia is an amazing place to take your dog. They are so attentive. The facility is very clean and the people are incredibly nice and accommodating. I take my dog to several daycare and boarding facilities in the area and Dogtopia is by far the best one. I drive far out of my way to take my dog to Dogtopia because he loves it there and I feel like I get the best service of any daycare and boarding place in the area.
We asked that our golden doodle be given a summer cut and Dogtopia returned us a completely shaved, bruised, scared dog that is a shell of her former self. Never returning here.

The staff at Pets a Go Go LLC treat each pup as their own. There is never any question about my dog’s safety in daycare and I know that he’s in good hands whenever I’m out of town. My dog has been going there for many years and loves it!

A++++ I have had nothing but exceptional experiences since using Pets a Go Go for the past 5 years. This includes using their training program when my dog (a large breed) was a puppy (he’s more well trained as a consequence than other dogs a fraction of his size). Only wonderful experiences with their staff who dote on the clientele. I find their entire process (getting my dog in and out of boarding) to be incredibly convenient and efficient. On the rare occasions I have had an emergent need for boarding they have been able to accommodate me (though I wouldn’t fault them if they could not). Of course you have to have a temperament check to make sure your dog is suitable to board with others, make sure your dog up to date on medical exams, vaccines and fecal tests- but that is to be expected from a facility that takes the health of their clients seriously. They do tend to run 6+ months behind on their invoices/billing but they tell you that upfront and I find their billing process to be streamlined and easy for me. If you expect to get a daily update while you’re on vacation then maybe this wouldn’t be the right fit for you. If you want to go on vacation and have no headaches or doubts while you are away that he/she will be well cared for then this is the place for you. Our mini poodle has been to Pets a Go Go in Briarcliff quite a few times for both daycare and boarding. I love the ease of the drop off and pick up whenever for daycare. My little guy is anxious so we were nervous about the overnights but they were responsive to my emails and even sent pictures of him. He got the attention he needed since he is a nervous fellow and I am confident and comfortable leaving him in their competent hands!
The best place for boarding, grooming and making sure your furbaby is happy and returned to you healthy and having had a blast! My pups are always excited to spend their day at Camp Pets a Gogo!
Boarded our dog last summer and dropped him off for daycare once. Not only was the process difficult (had to send in my pets vaccines records several times after weeks of poor/delayed response from the owner) but the owner was rude. Our dog was not well and had diarrhea when he came back although we provided his regular food. We were also of the belief that they charged on the spot for service (which would have been fine) except they waited 10 MONTHS to charge us and then did so all at once. Had us give debit information and told us the total when we picked him up so we assumed we were charged at the time of service. Never had a place charge us the following year.
I can’t say enough good things about Pets A GoGo! My sweet Haven has completed training, doggy daycare and overnight “slumber parties!” My husband and I just got back from our Honeymoon and we felt confident leaving our girl in such good hands. The owner Nicole even called us the day we were bringing her and gave us really good advice! Her reassurance and guidance put our minds at ease. When we were missing Haven and just had to see a photo, I emailed the paw squad and photos were sent via text within minutes! Also, we absolutely love Emily. She is so friendly, patient and always answers all of our questions at pick up and drop off. Haven adores her which means everything to us! Thanks again to Nicole and the staff!
Pets a Go Go is our dog Winston's second family and a fantastic resource! Nicole, Carol and the rest of the staff love Winston just as much as we do, and he is always so thrilled to go there. As soon as we pull up to the facility, he can barely contain his excitement and practically drags me to get into the building. We have peace of mind leaving Winston for overnights because we know he is getting excellent care. And the grooming services are top-notch, too. We would be lost without Pets a Go Go. I highly recommend it!
I would not have survived puppyhood without Pets a Go Go. My very active lab needed to be out during the day and not in a crate while I was at work. 2-3 days a week made everyone happy! Now three years later we still use them regularly when we have long days away from the house or visitors who are fearful of dogs and vacations. When we were moving and in between houses, Nicole and her team helped us with very short notice. They love the dogs like their own- and are very observant- even getting them to The vet if need be. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!
Find another place for your pet. We boarded our dog and the poor communication in getting that done should have been a red flag. They do not answer phones or emails and if they do you will get a curt and uninformed reply of "everything is fine". We picked our dog up and she had two injuries (a gash on her bottom lip and a bloody front paw). I emailed them immediately and heard nothing. I followed up again two days later, nothing. I called and the owner, Nicole, offered no apology or explanation or even a little sympathy, she just pretended that she didn't get my email and then she told me to text her pictures of the injuries and she would show them to her consulting vet. Not sure how that helps me or solves the problem of my pet getting injured twice at the facility and they either didn't see it or didn't care. She then said the vet said it was just a nail scratch from playing. Ok, but what about the fact that my dog was bleeding from her face and from her paw and no one noticed?? Stay away from this place.
