Our Golden, Luke, has been going to Go Fetch for years and he cannot wait to get there... almost every day through the week. Matt and the staff are awesome and they treat our pups with loving care. Luke runs around chasing tennis balls a good part of the day and sleeps and eat better after all the exercise. Go Fetch is a clean and safe environment and I highly recommend their services.

My Dog Chopper loves Go Fetch. He's been going for about 8 months 2-3 times a week and on several occasions for boarding. He gets excited the minute we get there. All of the staff are great and you can tell they really care about the dogs. The best part is he comes home all tuckered out so he's getting his exercise and he's staying out of trouble.

Go Fetch Dog Day Care and Boarding is the BEST! We have tried other boarding facilities in the past but once we tried Go Fetch we will never go anywhere else. Our three fur babies jump out of the car and run straight to the door so they can go play all day. The facility is always spotless, the staff is so helpful and know every dog by name. Stay at Home Pet Services was outstanding. This was the first time we have left our cat for a weekend and we were very worried. Katie was our sitter and she sent a text with pictures on every visit. Visits were 30 minutes and she did everything, clean liter, refresh food and water, open and close blinds as well as bring in our mail and also played with Miss Molly! I would recommend this organization and rate the services as a 5/5...... I forgot to mention how professional the entire team was, prior to the first visit the team came out and met Miss Molly and our family and answered all questions... I have been a client of SAHP Services for over 18 months now and they have been brilliant! One of their team visits every weekday for an hour (walk, lunch and cuddle time). I have complete trust that they will look after my dogs and my home and protect both. One of my dogs had some complicated medical issues and they always showed great care to get everything correct. Their communication is excellent as well. I get notification of their arrival and then a brief summary of their visit (plus pictures) and notes of any issues or concerns. I feel blessed to have these folks to look after my dogs. They not only provide great dog walking service but more importantly provide me peace of mind.

We have used De at home several times. The caregiver has given our two cats, a lot of attention and care, even though one of these kitties was quite unfriendly last time. They provide lots of information and photos arrive promptly. Will be using them again.

I left my three cats at home with Happy Paws checking in twice a day for several days. I was very nervous about letting a stranger in my home and leaving my cats with them, but Tiffany did such a caring and thorough job. My cats loved her and her attention to detail was excellent. She followed directions for food, litter boxes, and medicine with ease. The daily photos and journals were an excellent bonus, and helped me feel comfortable with the whole process. I will definitely use Happy Paws again.

My dogs have been cared for by Happy Paws for 10 years now and they always provide excellent and professional service. I use them for dog walking and for overnight stays. Their employees clearly love caring for pets,. My assigned "Pet Pal" dog walkers all know my dogs personally, as does the owner. Whenever anything has gone awry while I'm away the owner has always called me and managed the issue personally. When one of my dogs had a medical issue while I was out of town, they took him to the urgent care vet and stayed with him the whole time while he got treatment while keeping me updated, then took him back again the next day for his check up. I really appreciate that their "Pet Pals" send an update with photos every time they see the dogs.

One of my cats, Mollie, has epilepsy and needs medication twice per day. I was really worried about traveling. Happy Paws is great! We did a meet and greet with Heidi before our first trip. She has taken such good care of my two cats during four trips over the last year and a half. I get a detailed report with pictures every visit. In addition to the great care of my cats, she brings in mail and trash and empties the skimmer basket for our pool. Highly recommend Happy Paws Home Care!

We recently used Happy Paws to take care of our four cats while on vacation. Holly did a great job taking care of our fur family--she sent us detailed notes about our cats and shared several photos of them every day. We appreciated the level of details captured during the intake portion of enlisting their services, and felt like we left our cats with people who care as much about them as we do. We'll definitely use Happy Paws again next time we're out of town!

I recently had surgery that put some physical limitations on me. Happy Paws was a tremendous help in taking care of my 3 kitties during my recovery. My pet pal Holly was fantastic and my babies really enjoyed their playtime with her. This is the fourth time I have used their services and I will definitely call them again. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a reliable pet sitting service.

We have a kitty who needs medicine twice daily. Happy paws are always there, take good care of both cats, And send us really timely feedback via email after a visit. You meet your care person before you ever leave, and we've had the same person every time for more than 2 years. We can reach her by text and she can reach us. They will do whatever is needed to make sure your pets are ok if there is ever a problem. (She was locked out of our building once and stayed in contact til we got her in). I can't say enough good things about them - I always feel my cats are in good hands when I leave them and have happy paws lined up to come to them. Oh! And I feel very good having them in the house, super responsible people!

The intake process was very thorough and allowed us to individualize the care needed for our two Lab pups at home. Very professional company with wonderful, friendly pet care specialists. The photos and journal entries for each visit are especially helpful. Not only does it help verify that pets are visited as scheduled, but we were able to see, from photo evidence, that our shy cat was getting more comfortable with our pet sitter over time.

My current Petpal is beyond great with my cats, who are usually very stand-offish. Love her! Happy Paws is so reliable too. They have back ups for my usual Petpal. I NEVER have to fret about my cats. Or my house for that matter. HIGHLY recommend

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place has been so amazing with our dog! Our dog had a bad experience at the vet and was marked as a level 4 aggressiveness but Suite Paws was willing to test him and he did fantastic with them- zero aggression! The prices are super reasonable and they always treat our dog great!

Suite Paws Pet Resort & Spa they're great! So clean and you can't even tell they've got any animals there it's so clean! They take you in and show you around before your pet goes to stay there. My little kitty Harlee was there for a week and they took such good care of my little Harlee. He was very happy and so was I to know that he was being taken care of and spoiled just like I would have at home. Thanks Sweet Paws Team!

Epi absolutely loves coming here. I appreciate the cleanliness of the resort, cameras, and staff. The outside has a pool which is great for cooling off the doggos in the summer heat. The staff take plenty pics on fb page so it’s always a good smile seeing how your puppers day went. You can really see that the staff are animal lovers and that’s reassuring when leaving your furrbaby. I’ve boarded Epi here a couple times. Once I boarded for 5 nights. It was comforting to have the cameras to watch him play in the day; and check on him when he’s sleeping. I also purchased the spa package and Epi came back to me clean, nails filed down the best I’ve ever seen & he was happy dog! Really appreciate the staff and all they do.

Everyone is so friendly when I bring my doggos in for boarding. They always seem fine when returned, and their offerings for baths, nail trims, is always a welcome addition.

The staff is wonderful and they truly care about your pets. It's nice to be able to check in on our boys when we are away with their cameras online. I just wish they had cameras in the play area. They take good care of our dogs and I feel comfortable leaving them there when we go away.

I absolutely recommend Suite Paws to any pet owner! My parents have brought their dog there for years any time they went out of town, and the staff always went above and beyond to make their dog comfortable and happy. Our dog had her first overnight stay this weekend and she is very shy. They checked to make sure she had everything she needed to have a good stay, and she did just fine! When booking, they responded quickly and helped us get everything set up over email. It’s an amazing facility that has several options for whatever your dog might need!

It was our dogs (2 labs-3 years old and 1 year old) first time coming here for daycare. My wife and I really liked the fact that we could live stream them from our phones whenever we wanted to check to see if they were doing okay. We watched introductions with the other dogs and checked on them periodically throughout the day. The staff was great with all of the dogs in daycare in addition to being friendly and professional with us. The establishment was very clean and knowing there was a vet on hand provided additional peace of mind. We highly recommend this place and our pups will be going back when we go to Kings Island again.

That was pretty cool. We use a pet daycare at home for when we're going to be away from the pups too long or for kenneling when we're out of town and can't take them. This was different. We're out of town camping and had a very full day planned where it would be inappropriate to keep the dogs in the car, too hot. So we found Red Dog as a near-by alternative. What I liked: 1. I liked setting up everything online vs. on the phone. I'm a big believer in the personal contact thing. But where records and requests are concerned, I like doing it myself. 2. I liked scheduling online. Nearly the same, but it's just faster to check availability rather than calling someone else to check for me. 3. The facility was big, clean, and efficient. What I loved... Our regular kennel has the option to watch the play time on web-cam. It includes a daily fee which I've never opted for. Access to Red Dog's web-cam is included. That was awesome. But the reason is not exactly what you may be thinking. We've gotten reports of how our pups did during daycare from our regular kennel. I generally take those comments as feel-good tactics to make sure I keep coming back. Seeing our dogs interact on camera at Red Dog gave us a sense for how our dogs behaved among their newly made friends. It was far more refreshing to actually see them having a good time. Just knowing that is a ginormous relief to over-protective dog parents. And, it meant the written review could be trusted to be an accurate reflection of their time there. As an aside, it was hysterical that later in the day, the group of previously active dogs were seen on camera all sprawled out on the floor resting from their very active day. It was also really interesting to see what other dogs they became closer with and how they regarded each other in the pack. Really interesting.

This was our first time at this Red Dog (we live in NKY) and we could not be happier with everyone from the front desk making us feel so welcome to those who took care of our little Poppie. So there is nothing wrong with this daycare. They are friendly and they watch the animals in their care. My issue is they don’t interact with the animals from what I have seen. They allow you to have camera access to see your pet while they are there and they spend most of the time on their phone. So

Visited for their 10 year anniversary ribbon cutting. I had seen the place many times driving by but never been inside since we don't have a need for boarding a pet. I was very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness and the facility.

We took Penny, our mini bernedoodle, for her doggy daycare evaluation today…we think it was the best day of her life! We watched her throughout the day on the camera and could tell she was having so much fun. We saw care takers with her at all times and she was surrounded by her new friends. She came home and took the biggest nap…I consider that a sign of a great day! We are excited to bring her back 1 or 2 days a week, knowing she’ll be taken care of!

I had a disappointing experience at Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than attending to the dogs. My dog encountered uncomfortable situations with other dogs attempting to hump, and the staff appeared indifferent. Additionally, I found the staff to be dishonest in describing my dog's behavior. Despite the fact that I had the live feed on my phone/work monitor and was able to witness what was happening. This further diminished my trust in their ability to care for my pet. I would not recommend it.

I have been taking my dog to Mason Red Dog for over a year now and I have had zero issues. The staff is super nice, and very helpful. Daycare is awesome, you can watch your pup on video if that make you feel better. I have also left our dog for 4-5 days at a time when we take trips and no issues at all.

Scheduling and account setup is very easy and straight forward. The facilities at the Mason location are clean and well maintained. The staff are all very accommodating and understand your concerns and will work with you to see that your pet has a good experience during their stay. Highly recommended.

My Colt, an active 9 month old mini aussiedoodle, loves Shar-Jo's! He walks right in and greets the owner like they are old friends. They do a fantastic job of grooming him and, after using their services for our dogs through the years, I can leave him there and never worry about his safety. They show the utmost kindness and respect to both the owners and their pets. I highly recommend Shar-Jo's!

Having had Poodles for over 20-years, grooming has been an ongoing challenge and headache until we discovered Shar-Jo’s. My Poodle comes back from grooming looking fantastic every time! The early hours for drop off are wonderful as I start working early.
