We can wholeheartedly recommend Natalie who had been conscientious in looking after Pepper (dog). She sent daily photo messages, which was really great.

Eve

Eve was a wonderful sitter. She was thoughtful, tidy and sent me daily pictures of Oscar who certainly seemed very happy to be with her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eve…and I think Oscar would be happy to have her look after him anytime

Ella & Ed

Ella and her partner, Ed, were amazing. Responsible, very loving to Bella and thoughtful. They went above and beyond because I had some additional exterior work being done on my flat while they were here. They were diligent about keeping me informed and ensuring Bella was very well cared for. I didn’t have a single worry while I was away, knowing they were here. Bella is an older dog and can be anxious. Ella calmed her and made sure she was comforted. They left the place spotless and well organized. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We were so happy with Penny's care of the house and our cats. Communication was excellent and the house was immaculate on our return.

Fiona & Jonathan

Fiona and Jonathan were beyond AMAZING. From the onset they hit the ground running, were relaxed, generous, kind and warm people and we felt extremely lucky that they had found their way to us. Our dog was so well looked after - he almost went into a decline when they left! Our house was left immaculate on our return from holiday. Whoever has them going forwards, you can rest assured that you ARE VERY LUCKY!

Anna turned up on time and Bobby seemed to bond with straight away. She kept me informed which was important to me. I can thoroughly recommend her as a sitter.

Nacho and Stanley absolutely loved Venita I know they got a lot of cuddles and lovely long walks and a consistent routine so they were very happy. Our house was very clean and tidy and the washing done which was lovely to return to! Venita even did gardening and maintenance outside which was very kind and helpful, thank you Venita. I would definitely ask Venita to sit again.

This was our first experience with this platform and boy has the bar been set!!!! Excellent pet care and communication, really easy to chat to and make arrangements (including being patient with me setting everything up for them), but the icing on the cake was coming home to find a professional cleaning company had been in attendance!!!! Well that's certainly what it felt like....what a nice surprise to come home to! Would be very happy to see Maddie apply for another sit!

Parag, Derly and their son Max were the most incredible house sitters. They were completely engaged from the start of the application right throughout their stay. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating and left my house impeccably clean. The animals appeared very well looking after. Such a lovely lovely family and it was a pleasure to have them house sit for me, I really can’t recommend them enough!

Mark

Mark had a very gentle and caring relationship with Sassy and they seemed to get on very well. He sent me regular messages and photos without bombarding me which was ideal. I think he found the journey to us more onerous than he expected but he explored the area and seemed pretty relaxed once here. He asked lots of questions to ensure he was fully briefed on his responsibilities. Prior to his arrival he prepared questions about Sassy and her routine and even bought dog seat belts to ensure Sassy would be safe to travel in his car. Thanks Mark for helping us out and looking after Sassy so well.

Damian

There are no words to describe just how great Damien was. House was spotless, our young border collie was walked to perfection and genuinely delighted to see him. Chickens cared for and milk in the fridge. Absolute star!

This was the first time we had a sitter at our home and Noriko and her son did a great job. It also allowed us to see what additional information we needed to provide in the future. We have a lot of animals and know that it can be very difficult, but Noriko seemed to be patient and able to handle all the different tasks.

I could tell from the start that Marina was going to be awesome just based on the questions she asked, even questions specific to Great Danes. She and her Poodle pal Buddy arrived and hit it off super well with Gracie, going for two hour walks every day in the forest of Vienna's "Central Park". I had regular, detailed updates on everything and the place was super tidy and organized when I got back. I highly recommend Marina.

We really enjoyed looking after Diggory who is a very gentle and sweet 12 year old Schnauzer. 

Communication with Jill was easy, she informed us on an introductory call what to expect regarding Diggory’s medical needs and sent us very helpful video instruction. And then again showed us anything we may have needed to know on arrival. 

We got used to Diggory’s routine very quickly and it was all very straightforward. The slow paced walks worked well with our children in the lovely surrounding countryside, who also enjoyed the blackberry picking along the way. 

Jill’s house is very comfortable and she kindly left it very tidy and clean, with everything we would need for our stay. And it was lovely to have use of the pool on the hot summer days.
