A hard working and available person who graciously went the extra distance when called upon. This was my first sit using zeewoi and some communication problems between the two of us caused a little bit of a hitch on my return, but Monica was ready and willing for a debrief that left us both feeling better — and better equipped — for next time. I can’t say enough nice things about Tia and her husband. This is the second time we have hosted Tia in our home and she is beyond amazing. I trust her to make the best decisions and provide the best care for our pets and our home. She is intuitive, active, a great communicator, leaves our home better than we left it, and is friendly and engaging. We had a leopard gecko who just didn’t want to eat and Tia solved it, putting my 10 year old son at ease on our vacation. I would welcome Tia into my home anytime and feel so fortunate to have met her!

Sarah & Grant

Sarah and Grant were amazing housesitters! They provided regular updates on our two cats, and it was clear they showered them with attention. Sarah even went out and bought them a wand with a chicken on it that managed to survive nearly the whole week. They rolled with the punches amid our somewhat disorganized departure. And they left the house even cleaner than they found it. We’d love to have them back and would highly recommend them to any other pet owner!

Mackenzie

Mack was absolutely wonderful! She took great care of our Australian Shepherd, we could tell she had a lot of experience, was reliable and trustworthy. She was also very responsive, providing an update whenever requested. We came home to a clean house and a happy puppy! We would absolutely recommend her. Thank you Mack!

Cerina was great! She was very responsive, attentive to Blu’s needs, clean and provided up to date information on the status of Blu. She was a great sitter!

Paige was fantastic. We were away for nearly four weeks, which was a long time to look after our dog, but she was up to the task. Even when he was anxious and unsettled, Paige was committed to working through it with him. She was really communicative and thoughtful about how she cared for Otis. And upon our return, our flat looked super clean and tidy. Thanks so much for looking after Otis, Paige!

Kayla and Jared put my mind at ease as I traveled out of the country. We first spoke on the phone and they then came for a meet and greet with my dog Kobe. They visited the local dog park and met the "regulars" there. My friends reported how impressed they were with my Zeewoi. I think some new converts were made. Daily photos were sent to me of Kobe on walks and getting plenty of belly rubs. I would certainly welcome this couple back for another sit.

We had to cancel out initial sit with Chris because we got sick and had to cancel our trip. We had an unexpected need a week later and since Chris wasn't too far away We asked her if she was available and she was. We so appreciate her ability To be flexible, and help put on short notice. Have nothing but positive things to say and are so grateful for her taking care of our babies and house

Kristina returned to our home for a second sit - this time with both our pets! She took great care of both pets and our home again, and was sensitive to their different needs. We appreciated her regularly checking in and asking specific details about both our dog and cat. We returned home to our happy pets and a clean home! We would happily welcome Kristina back and we highly recommend her for future house sits with excellent pet care!

Carolyn and John are stellar all around. I could not have asked for a better house and pet sitter. They were very attentive to our dogs. They are communicative, so you always know how things are going. They are prompt, responsible, and they left the house immaculate when they left. This is the second time we have had Carolyn and John sit for us; I wish they would come every time we go away!!!

Jack and Jaclyn were amazing house sitters. Teresa was unable to come, but arranged in advance to have her daughter come with her dad instead. We met before our trip to meet the pups and show them around the house. They took the dogs on daily walks and provided lots of pics. Communication was excellent. We arrived home to a clean house and very happy puppies! I would highly recommend any of the family.

Misodzi looked after my cat King for a few weeks this summer and I was so lucky to have found her! I felt like she took care of King like he was her own, ensuring he was happy and entertained. I had regular updates which was lovely and I knew King felt comfortable. She also took great care of my flat and it was very tidy on my return - I would definitely recommend Misodzi for a sit!

We enjoyed our initial meeting with Jennie, Alan and Charlotte and found them to be a very personable family. On our return , the house was clean and tidy,and the tortoises fine.
Our reservations about their housesit (reflected in our star ratings ) are around their lack of contact/ communication/ availability during the sit.They arrived late on the first night,and left early the following morning,for an appointment,giving very little time for communication, and causing us to feel uncertain about  leaving home.
They knew we were returning after 2 weeks for an overnight stay,(and had agreed to meet up then) , but we did not see them at that stage as they left a note saying they would be 'out late' then leaving at 6 am the next day.
We heard nothing more from them until prompted by an e mail from us 10 days later,( we had said weekly updates were fine).  They said all was well but that they were leaving a day early 'in the afternoon' as they were starting another housesit that night.
We were not happy about that , as, travelling from abroad, we had booked them until the following day to allow for delays in our return.Had we known that earlier, we would have been happy to arrange for friends to take over.
We arrived home late that night to find a very hungry cat and post in the door indicating they had probably left in the morning of that day .
Overall then, we had contact with them for only that initial short evening meet-up, and 30 mins the following morning , so that only the very basics of animal care, and nothing much about the house etc was discussed.
 We appreciate they are experienced sitters, but , as owners, we are naturally concerned leaving our property with strangers, and need time to feel comfortable about things.This issue was compounded by our not meeting them after 2 weeks (as we had discussed with them,)and by their leaving early which left no chance for a review.
We have had many TH housesitters in recent years and, regrettably, this is the first time we had have not been able to give a 5 star review.
