Joseph took care of our cat and house-sat for us for 2 weeks. In advance of our trip, we were able to do both a virtual and in-person meet and greet to ensure everyone felt comfortable and do a walk through of the house, which we really appreciated. While we were away, Joseph responded quickly to texts/any questions we sent and provided photo and text updates every 1-2 days. Upon our return, our cat seemed happy. Unfortunately, the day of our return, Joseph accidentally locked himself out of our house. He communicated with us and we were able to provide him access to a backup key. However, when we returned home about an hour and a quarter later, we were surprised to find that he was still there (he was supposed to have left much earlier in the day before we arrived home, and we knew he was running a little behind because of the lockout, but he didn’t tell us he would still be there when we walked in). He texted us that the house was clean and ready for us, but unfortunately the house was not clean and the cat litter boxes were quite smelly and appeared not to have been changed or scooped in many days. While we realize that getting locked out of the house created some delays in getting packed and tidying the house, we were upset to find the kitty litter in that state and for the clear disorganization, at least in the final day. We provided this feedback directly to Joseph and hope that this was a one-time experience. However, we would urge clear communication around any expectations for cleaning, communication, and care.

David and Sairy
David was great. He took excellent care of our pets and sent pictures every day. He was even kind enough to leave food for us since he knew we were arriving late!

We spent some wonderful days taking care of Nattie, Sissy and Chouchou, they are very affectionate, playful and flexible in their routines. The house is very comfortable and with a perfect location in a beautiful area. Aline was very kind, attentive and made us feel at home at all times. We highly recommend this petsit.

Jamie
I had the most glorious stay at Jamie and Karens Sussex house and felt very honoured to be given charge of the utterly delightful pup, Buddie.
For such a young dog, she is well advanced in training and constantly amusing and sweetly natured. I love her and would be thrilled to be part of her progress in the future if lucky enough to be asked to care for hound and home again.
Communication was spot on and I really enjoyed meeting Jamie and Karen. A perfect sit.

We had a lovely sit with a lovely cat Mel. Taking care of her was piece of cake. We fell in love with Mel's personality: she is very clever, cute and easy to take care of. The apartment was very cozy, clean and Mel parents were amazing. Very kind and friendly, if we needed some more information about this house or cat, they were happy to help and explain everything. We loved our stay, because we had time to explore Berlin and try out different foods there as well. We recommend everyone who loves animals, especially cats. To pet sit this lovely girl Mel. Hopefully we can do that as well later in the future if needed. Thank you for the experience.❤️

Lizzy
Lizzy was very welcoming and she showed and explained everything to me in the house before leaving. Her home is in a nice neighborhood and quite close to the train station. There are several ways to get into central London, for example trains to London Bridge and Canada Water.

The cats kept mainly to themselves and were easy to care for. Mia loves her food and I found her often sitting by her food bowl, waiting to be fed. She is very calm and enjoys pets and scratches. Vincent, on the other hand, likes his personal space and prefers to do things at his own pace.

It was a lovely sit, thank you Lizzy, Mia & Vincent!

Crystal & Neyssan
Crystal and Neyssan are warm, kind, and most hospitable. Their apartment has all the conveniences, amenities, and a bountiful lemon tree in the back yard. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but most of all, Love. The beautiful, obedient, and smart Great Dane attracts lots of attention and compliments. She loves water, long walks, and chilling with me, in whichever room I was in. I would gladly house/pet sit there again for this wonderful family!
