Kelsey was absolutely wonderful - I was a little apprehensive at first, as I have never used zeewoi before, but Kelsey put my mind at ease immediately. We had a phone call before the sit, which made me feel a lot more at ease, and I couldn’t have asked for a better house and pet sitter. She was polite and great to communicate with - she sent me lots of pictures of my kitten Oliver, who looked like he was having a great time with her! - and she kept the house in wonderful condition during her 10 day stay. I am so thankful to her for staying at my home and looking after my little kitten, I could not recommend Kelsey any more highly.
We could not have been happier with the way Cecilia took care of our dog, Henry, and home, for two weeks while we were in Italy. Like most pet owners, I dread vacations because of the worry about leaving our dog behind, especially when it's out of the country. Henry, a rescue from Mexico, can be a handful with his separation anxiety. But no worries with Cecilia. With her in our home, I didn't worry at all and was able to enjoy our time there. She was amazing! We did a hand off through my daughter, and she took it from there. All our neighbors and other dog owner friends loved her--they even sent us text about how impressed they were with her! I had special confidence in Cecilia since she has raised four adult children--who knows more than a seasoned mom? She was also highly communicative and kept us informed about Henry and sent photos. We also returned to a home that was sparkling clean, and she had fresh flowers set out, left a hand-written note about any loose ends, the mail was neatly organized, the sheets all cleaned, towels folded, kitchen spotless, left some yummy applesauce she made, and even gifted us a framed photo of Henry. Wow!!! All I can say is Cecilia is warm, chill and deeply caring and takes her responsibility of pet and housesitting to another level. If you are lucky enough to get her to watch your pets and home, you totally scored big!
