My 7 month old puppy Lucie had her first ever daycare experience at The Fetching Post. I cannot say enough great things about this facility. My girl was very nervous and scared at first with the other big dogs, the staff recognized this and separated her to take a break and then one by one introduced her to other dogs so it would be less overwhelming and stressful for her. Once she got adapted to a few dogs, they incorporated her into the larger group with much more success. Within a few hours she was happy, and playing with the other dogs. They sent a report card home at the end of the day with her progress and her new friends she met at daycare. The patience that the staff had to assure she had a pleasant and safe experience was remarkable and that they took time to make sure she felt comfortable with the other dogs when she was scared. I will be using this facility from now on for my daycare and boarding needs! Highly recommend.

I am so happy with the way everyone treated Moses so kindly! The price for a bath, blow dry, brushing, nail trim, and cologne was extremely affordable, especially for a 100-pound dog! I'm highly impressed with the whole facility! We will definitely make this our grooming home!

Got all three dogs done, one with epilepsy as well as one that’s 9 months and they were amazing! I will only take my dogs here from now one! Everyone there is so polite and inviting and you can tell they love dogs I highly recommend them

I used to bring my dog to this place religiously every week, starting when he was just 9 weeks old. Initially, everything was perfect—from the staff to the quality of care. But after my puppy turned 6 months old, things quickly went downhill. The first incident occurred when I picked him up and discovered his collar was broken. Next, I requested that he be groomed with a specialized shampoo to reduce shedding. However, when I picked him up, it was clear they had not followed my instructions. The final straw came when I boarded him for five days while I traveled out of state. I dropped him off on a Friday, leaving food pre-portioned for each day to make things easier for the staff. But on Sunday, at 5 a.m., I received a text saying my dog had run out of food. Somehow, they had gone through over 20 pounds of food in less than three days. The situation only worsened when I picked him up. My dog smelled like urine, and his dog bed was missing. When I asked about it, they handed me a trash bag with a soaked, torn-up bed inside. For context, my dog is almost a year old and has been potty-trained since he was 4 months. I’ve been training dogs as a hobby for over 10 years, and my dog has never peed or chewed his bed since he was 5 months old. He goes to his crate or bed at 8 p.m. every night and stays dry until 6 a.m. when I let him out. I’ve recommended this place to many people in the past, but after this last incident, I pulled my dog out. It’s heartbreaking because some of the staff genuinely love him, and my dog was always excited to go. Sadly, the quality of care has deteriorated significantly.

OMG!!! This is the place to board your fur babies!! We are in awe of the wonderful staff and the care that was given to our Ellie!! After a horrific experience at a totally different business our confidence has truly been restored in boarding our pup because of our stay here!! We were greeted with smiles when we walked in the door by all staff nearby, the check in process was so smooth and check out was a breeze. The facility is very clean and you can see staff constantly cleaning. Yes, you can see so many areas inside the facility because there are lots of windows throughout the building plus they have webcams you can access at no additional charge. Our Ellie was so happy when we picked her up and she smelled so good and fresh from the bath they gave her. This is a top notch facility!! We have already shared our experience with other fur parents! Please keep up the excellent pet care and customer care!! You guys rock!!

I am so glad we found this place. My dogs love it there and I can tell they all well cared for both when boarding and when grooming. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The price is amazing for the quality care you are receiving.

I take my 3 pit bulls every Saturday for a weekly bath and they absolutely love it! They always smell and look amazing when we pick them up! 10/10 recommended taking your pet here!

I boarded my pup Mikey for 5 days at this facility. We normally use his vet but with staffing issues, we had to find a new location. I was very pleased with the service! I like that you have access to a 24/7 camera from their app. Mikey has some "quirks" and they had no issue accommodating him. I appreciate that they stick with the diet provided, absolutely no stomach issues when he came home. Thanks to everyone who helped take care of my boy!

Awesome experience! Took my Alaskan Husky here last weekend for a full groom and teeth cleaning. I’ve been to other groomers before and this is the best grooming he has ever had. There are so many details in his trimming that I noticed that were not done at previous places. They have great attention to detail. The place is clean and everyone is friendly. The process is easy and the cost is very reasonable. I’m very happy with this place and will come back :)

Our dogs have been going to Lucky Paws for a little more than a year. They are high energy pups who come home completely exhausted. We alternate their daycare time so they can have free time away from each other and socialize with other dogs. We have kenneled the girls on a few different occasions. Each time the staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive. The girls become so excited in the car and obviously love everyone there. We can relax knowing they are in good hands.

Great place to bring your pet if you’re heading out of town. My dog loved being there and playing with all the other dogs. The staff was really nice. They even allowed my diva of a dog to have her laundry basket that she sleeps in. Only recommendation for the owner would be to fix their video feed as it is very choppy, more like seeing pictures rather than a video. I would definitely use them again.

Lucky Paws is a great place to bring your dog or cat. The staff truly cares about your family. Just ask anyone who brings their pets there. The dogs are just excited to get out back and play.

I had to board my very nervous rescue dog (Luna Dotson) unexpectedly due to a last minute change in my trip. I was extremely worried because she has never been boarded before and she is not the most social dog. However, she had a GREAT time at Lucky Paws and I felt like they took really good care of her...I loved being able to watch the webcam and follow her daily activities with the "pet tracking" feature. They treated her so well and when I picked her up she was so happy (and very clean!). I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to board their dogs, it was a wonderful experience and very affordable!!!! Thanks Lucky Paws!!!

Excellent ! Ready for our next visit. Thanks for taking care of our fur babies ! This place is filled with friendly, caring staff who were professional and polite. We enjoyed watching our pups play with the other dogs, via the free online Webcam. They got some much needed social activity with other dogs. Easy to make reservations. Easy to drop off and pickup. No complaints here. I hope they update the Webcam a little someday, the frame rates are very slow, but they served the purpose adequately enough. We appreciated the exit bath and nail trim, both were affordable. Attached is a screen shot of one of our pups (Einstein) playing in the small dog room, as well as a picture of both clean pups when we picked them up.

Staff went above and beyond when I called, as I had an unexpected issue, causing me to be unable to get back in time for the scheduled pickup. Again and again, they prove their value, flexibility, and provide the highest customer service and why they are our first call for when we board our Belle (who ABSOLUTELY loves it there and always needs serious rest afterwards), kudos to the Lucky Paws Team!!

We board our dog at Lucky Paws at least 2-3 times a year. Over the past 5 years, our dog, Denny Crane loves going there! When we take out his bag and put his food in it, he starts barking! Denny can’t wait to go! When we arrive at Lucky Paws, our dog is greeted by name and he never looks back! Love how he gets so much time out to play. I love seeing all the dog greet each other. The staff and owners are professional and helpful. We look forward to each trip knowing our dog is cared for by great people!

I cant say enough great things about Dog Gone Happy! The staff to start with is exceptional! Savanna, Michelle, Kendall, Jordan to name a few are all so welcoming and they truly love your pet as it is their own! My dog Adeya has her friends now that she cant wait to see and what could typically be stressful for our pooches is something she leaps out of the car with joy for! Dog Gone Happy cares about keeping their facility clean, keeping your pet cared for, healthy and safe! They take their time to assess your dogs needs and if there are any behaviors that need tending to. They are on your side ready and willing to make your experience BEST IN CLASS! This is the second time they commit a “human error” for scheduling and even had the audacity to still want to charge me for THEIR error both times! I scheduled my dog for grooming 4 days prior to her scheduled day. They weren’t able to pull up my account profile but that employee stated that they remembered who my dog was and they claimed they would ensure my dog was in the books for grooming. When I arrive for drop off, I spoke with an associate named Ashley and specified that I am here to drop off my dog for GROOMING. She said “ok, we will be right out.” There wasn’t any communication on their part that my dog was in the system as daycare. So to my surprise when I go pick her up and call the curbside number they tell me “will will just be charging you for a half day.” And I’m confused at that point, knowing that I specifically said grooming services both when I called to make the appointment AND at drop off. A manager—the owners daughter, then comes out and seems apologetic about the situation but still wanted to charge me for the service my dog received. She goes back and forth about the charges and I state, “how does this fall on me when you claim it’s a mistake on y’all’s system? That doesn’t make any sense and I shouldn’t be charged for a service I didn’t consent to.” She then stated that she never said it fell on me but still implied that I would be charged for the service. I stood my ground and reiterated as the client that I shouldn’t be made responsible for THEIR error. The manager, stated “I won’t charge you this time but if this happens again I will have to charge you. We have a lot of new people who aren’t the best communicators. I’m sorry but this is a human error. I’m sorry if you’re upset but I will make it right for you this time.” That whole interaction felt borderline apologetic and hostile. Will not be taking my dog back here for any further services. I really liked this place for my pet but the last few interactions have not been focused on customer satisfaction— poor communication between staff/clients, poor conflict resolution with word choices (making customers feel like they should still pay for a service they didn’t agree to), etc. Serving customers is one of the most important aspects of running a business because customers help keep a business operating. A dedication to serving customers can help establish trust and loyalty, which may increase profitability and brand awareness.

We have been taking our dog here for years for boarding. I can tell that the staff cares about him. He is excited to go and we pick him up happy and healthy. Thank you for taking such good care of our Beau 🖤 …

I can’t say enough good things about Dog Gone Happy! The staff is amazing!! Every single person that works there is a phenomenal human being that truly loves the doggos in their care. Our German Shepherd, Levi, has been going to doggy daycare at DGH a few times a week for almost a year. He’s anxious and a bit reactive with other dogs so he doesn’t do group play but the staff does individual play with him. Levi gets so much attention and love from everyone there. Levi gets boarded at DGH too; he was just there for 9 days while we were out of town. I didn’t worry about him while we were gone because I knew he was well taken care of. We also utilize DGH’s spa services. It saves us so much time booking him for a bath and nail trim while he’s already there for daycare or boarding and their prices are competitive. We love getting the occasional photo of him; you can see how much he is enjoying himself.

This is the kindest and most wonderful place to bring your pup for unconditional love! Every team member is so knowledgeable, attentive, and treats my boy Hank with such care and affection. Hank would leap out of the car with his tail wagging as soon as I parked in their parking lot! They are experts in my dog's anxious temperament and give him individual attention since he was too nervous to play with other dogs. This type of dedicated care for nervous dogs is, understandably, pretty difficult to find. I've been a customer here for years but had to pause after being laid off from my job in Raleigh. The owners brought me to tears with their kindness and understanding, and I can't wait to bring him back. (Hank can't wait either!) Do yourself and your pups a favor and bring them to the most nurturing environment with the best staff you could ever ask for. We miss you, Dog Gone Happy Team, and we'll see you soon!

I absolutely love dog gone happy. My dog is a very anxious dog and sadly can’t be around other big puppies but he gets lots of love from everybody there. I found this place at the last minute when my old boarding place couldn’t take my Pluto boy in. Pluto is definitely my heart/soul dog I got him when I was 19 and they put up with me when I call to check up on him, I am definitely becoming a helicopter dog mom🤦‍♀️.

Best daycare ever!!! Kodi has been going here since he was 3 months old. He is the happiest dog when he knows he's going to "school". He knows exactly where he's going right when we get off the exit. The employees all love him like their own. He doesn't even want to leave when I get there to pick him up. The reviews (1 star) are all written on the same day and they try to say the facility is dirty and smells. Those reviews are all LIES. They clean non-stop. If it smells like anything, it smells like cleaner. The boarding suites are wonderful. If the pictures below don't show how much my boy loves this place I don't know what will convince you. He is 2 and 1/2 years old and he cannot imagine not going to see all his dog friends every week (at least 2 times a week). Thank you for always taking such great care of my Bear!

10 STARS!!! Incredible staff always go above and beyond for your furry friend. My dog absolutely loves it and can’t get enough- starts barking when I pull into the parking lot! We’ve used DGH for both doggie daycare and boarding and I can promise you that you can leave your doggos in the care of these wonderful people and not have to worry about a thing.

Our first trip using Kelly's Kritters was wonderful! We got a video each visit which really helped us to feel comfortable being away and that our cats were well cared for. They are really conscientious and go above and beyond! Our sitter brought a laser pointer to play with one of our kitties on one of the visits. Schedule and everything was easy and they are great to work with. Highly recommend!

Kelly's Kritters were amazing. I have an old cat that often will hide from people. She was out every day for them! The videos they sent every day allowed me to relax and not experience the usual stress I have when I leave her. There were no messes left, mail was brought in, Suzy had very little stress herself. Will always use them in the future!!!

If I could give 100 stars to Kelly and her team I would without hesitation. They take such great care of our pups and love them like their own. Our one pup is older and they have no issues making sure she gets her meds. The update videos are always so appreciated and we come home to pets excited to see us, but not frantic and stressed. We also love that we never worry about our home while traveling. Kelly provides top notch customer service and has always worked with us when our plans have changed, totally willing to adapt quickly as needed. Not only does Kelly and her team get our recommendation, they get our pups too, which is high praise indeed!

We are extremely picky pet parents and leave crazy long details on how to take care of our two dogs & two cats. Kelly’s Kritter’s follow every step to a tee. Even with aging dogs and new health care needs on occasions, they are always thorough and make sure our pets have every need attended. The videos for each visit are much appreciate and ease our minds when we are away. We highly recommend them if you would like a stress free vacation.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had when having to leave my animals. The videos gave me peace and my animals were very happy, which is usually not the case when they are left behind. I could not recommend Kelly’s Kritters more. They are highly professional and wonderful with your pets.

We hired Brittney to watch our two dogs while we went on vacation and we couldn't have asked for better service. My wife and I appreciated the regular updates with pictures and communication on how our dogs were doing each time. Our smallest dog, Lulu isn't usually fond of new people and needs time to warm up to them but she was comfortable with Brittney right away.

We have used All Breed Pet care several times for our cat. They have always gone above and beyond but this time was exceptional. We left our cat in the teams very capable hands for two weeks while we traveled to Antarctica. Needless to say any of our fears were addressed quickly. They come and interview you and your pet to understand the needs. Then every time they came there was a detailed message and many photos. Two weeks is a long time to leave a cat alone but the ladies that took care of her were amazing. Can’t say enough good things about them and the service

All Breed has been a fantastic find for us after moving to Wake Forest last June. I have never used a pet sitting service before and am so happy that a neighbor recommended them to me. For our first experience with All Breed Care Pet Sitting it went very well. The first meet and greet we had prior to us going out of town was great for us learning who the sitters were going to be. We have a cat who is getting advanced in years. He is extremely people oriented and always got depressed for lack of a better word when we went on vacation. Rather than take him to a kennel we have been using All Breed Care's services for the last few years. Our cat gets extremely anxious when he has to leave the house so having someone come out to our residence to spend time with him while we are away is invaluable. Kathryn at ABC sends us daily updates and pictures of our boy while we are away and we always can't wait to get them. All in all I love this service and can't recommend them highly enough. It's also great having the peace of mind of somebody we trust visiting the house daily while we are out.

We recently relied on All Breed Care to visit with our often anxious golden retriever and look out for our independent cats while we were away for a few days. The team did an outstanding job of meeting the animals' needs, as well as our need for reassurance that all was going well. Their ability to anticipate and respond with ease to the animals' needs, and willingness to help in really thoughtful ways allowed us to return to a calm and happy home.

Happy Trails is the best. Every sitter that works with Happy Trails is professional and provides the utmost care for our old basset and crazy labradoodle. They send pictures and updates. Amazing experience! First, Sara is QUICK with communication and linked us to Mariah, our assigned pet sitter, expeditiously. Mariah met with us prior to initiating the visits. Kato and her team did a very thorough job learning about our cat's needs and preferences before our trip. This attention to detail paid off, as our pet sitters Ginny and Becca both went above and beyond in taking care of our little Hazel. They sent us a detailed summary of their visits twice daily, including several photos and amusing anecdotes. If I could give them ten stars, I would! Kato and the team helped take care of my cat during many trips over a span of three years, and I can say with confidence they are the best of the best! From the start, the team has always had excellent communication, and really helped ease my mind. I had never used pet sitting services, so their thorough interview and information gathering process was eye opening as to the level of detail and care they put into each pet sitting job. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly pet lovers! Each visit was always accompanied by a detailed explanation of the visit - the good, the bad, and everything in between! I was never left wondering how my cat was doing or if she was okay, I knew the Bone-A-Fide Team would take care of her. Each visit also featured plenty of photos, I could make a whole album! I've always told anyone who would listen to try out their services. I moved out of their current service range, which was a tough choice to make. We have been using Bone-A-Fide Pet Care for overnight pet sitting and daily care for over a year now. Our fur baby, Lucy, is 14 years old and the care given to her has far exceeded our expectations. We have used Bone-A-Fide for bi-weekly dog walks for 7+ years. First for one dog, then with several fosters, and finally with the addition of our 2nd dog. They have always been very responsive and attentive to our dogs’ needs. They have worked with us through training challenges, occasional illness, extreme weather and even the pandemic! After each walk, we always get a full report – with photos, and it’s obvious that the dog walkers really care. Our dogs LOVE their dog walker – and we trust her implicitly. Highly recommend!

Bone A Fide was amazing. They did a great job of giving us daily updates as well as pics. The portal and app they use are fairly easy to use as well. Each of our pets (4 bunnies) was just as healthy and happy as we had left the. I really appreciate the care that was taken of our pets, our property, and the pet's areas. We were in Raleigh for a wedding and needed someone to come to our hotel for a few nights to walk and feed our dog, Lulu. Anna accommodated us, came over beforehand to meet her, and gave her great love and attention, updating us the entire time and sending pics. Highly recommend them!

We used Fetch to watch our dogs while we were doing some traveling. It was just the service we have been looking for! Anna came over about a week before we left and met our pups. She took diligent notes on their routine and got to know our dogs a bit before actually caring for them. We chose to use the ‘Almost Overnight’ service and the week we were gone went so smoothly. Anna and her colleague, Chelsea, did an amazing job. They were always on time, super communicative and sent us great updates, including lots of pictures! It really allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our trip knowing our pups were in such good hands. We will certainly be using Fetch in the future and look forward to having Anna and her team care for our dogs.

We recently left town to visit family and used Fetch! to care for our two needy cats. Usually, we take the cats with us, but decided to try a sitter this time to reduce the cats' (and our) stress. The staff at Fetch were very helpful and assisted us in finding the best options for coverage for our cats. Our sitter, Hazel, was wonderful! She took excellent care of the cats while also sending photo and text updates at each visit. We are very thankful for their services and will absolutely use Fetch! again for future travels!

Fetch provides a fabulous service. Everything from scheduling to billing is as easy as can be. Our petsitter (Jennifer) takes great care of our dogs and house while we're away and always goes the extra mile - like being sure I leave out towels if it's going to rain so she can clean the dogs' feet before they come inside. I also really appreciate that she messages me while we're away so I know how things are going. You can tell she really loves our dogs, and they love her too!

I needed a sitter to check in on my kitty while I was on an away rotation in September. Emily and Mary took such great care of my cat! They sent me updates when they visited my place and I knew he was very well cared for. Fetch was very easy to schedule and they accommodated an extra date when I had to stay away from home unexpectedly. I loved Fetch and would certainly use again!

Our experience with Fetch was great. The only concern we had was, this was our first time with Fetch. But with that quickly settled, Jennifer James was wonderful, the dogs took to her very quickly. I've used Fetch! Roughly 5-7 times in the last 1.5 yrs. First at our rental home, and now at our new home. Almost every time I've booked, it's been last minute, including the first time. The owner was extremely accommodating and kind, ensuring the sitter met with us ahead of time and we felt comfortable. I've been impressed every time since. Both sitters have been so sweet and made me feel awesome leaving our girls home. I've done the pet resorts in the past. Not only are they twice as expensive, but my girls were not happy there. They are comfortable hanging on the couch at home. The sitters have all given updates and pictures with each visit. I feel 100% comfortable with them in my home. I don't hesitate to leave them at all anymore, makes it easier to visit family on a whim overnight!

Coco and Max had the pleasure of spending time with Kayley while we were out to town and she was AMAZING. We have one dog that is kind of skittish and one that can be a little aggressive. She quickly mastered both personalities and was able to provide great care for each which I’m sure was not easy! She sent pictures after each visit which put our minds and hearts at ease. She recognized other needs and , without being asked, brought in the mail and took the garbage to the curb. I would recommend her 1000 times over and over. She went above and beyond to meet the needs of each dog and those of the humans as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Fetch Pet Care really came through for me when I needed a sitter around the holidays on short notice. I got a great sitter who took my dog out not only for a short walk around the block, but played fetch with him and gave him the attention he needed. She sent me an update every time she visited him, telling me how everything went, and did exactly what I had asked. I was really happy with the service. I will definitely recommend Fetch! She spent time with our cats ensuring they not only were fed and litter boxes cleaned, but she played with them, brushed them, gave them treats... some nice TLC they needed while we were away. Our experience with Ark Angels Pet Care was great and our two kitties were taken care of very well. The process was smooth and their staff was very prompt with scheduling and organizing around our ten-day vacation. While on vacation, they sent daily pictures and videos of our cats which we looked forward to every day. When we came back the litter was cleaned, water was full, and food bowls were clean too. For two cats it came out to ~$20/day which I thought was reasonable. While I can't speak re: dog-sitting, we would definitely recommend this pet sitting service for any cat-owner. In fact, we will be using their service again for an upcoming 5-day camping trip.

Very professional service. We were referred by a coworker of mine to take care of our cats and they went above and beyond to follow all of our detailed instructions and even send me updates and pictures of our cats every visit! They also kept our apartment clean from litter and did some extra things to make our cats as comfortable as possible.

Adorybull has been bathing,grooming and boarding my frequently smelly 100 lb Chessie for 5 years, they are friendly,professional and great to the animals. My dog loves them so much l just open the car door and she runs to the door! l can’t say enough good things about this place, l love it!

I've boarded my elderly dog several times now at Adorybull. He is always well-cared for, and the staff is friendly and seems to really love all of the animals in their care. I don't really like leaving him, but Adorybull makes the whole process easier, and it's very much appreciated.

My dog loves coming here so much that she beats me to the gate and tries to open it herself. The staff always give her plenty of rubs and love, and they spoil her to the point where she even expects morning hugs while boarding. I highly recommend this place for any grooming or boarding needs.

Laura and her grooming team are so friendly! It was my first time bringing my anxious, snippy dog in after moving from out of state. My dog previously only went to one specific groomer specialized in dogs with behavioral issues because others could not handle him. I also had given him sedatives in the past for this. Thankfully Laura was able to fully groom him without any medications and he turned out great! He's not an easy client so I am super grateful that they had the patience to work with him. I am so relieved I've found a new groomer for him.

I've taken my pups to Adorybull for many years now and I have always been very pleased with the services. I would highly recommend them for both grooming and boarding. Mrs. Francine and her crew are the very BEST! If you want a more personable experience for your pup with plenty of outside time in the fresh air, instead of them being placed in an indoor facility full of barking dogs - you need to call Adorybull! Mrs. Francine actually cares about the dogs and it shows...our babies are always happy to see her :)
