Ashley was great from the beginning when we started the conversations. Very easy to communicate and straight to the point. I was a little worry how our very shy cat will react to a person that he doesn't know but he was just fine and quickly warmed up to her and I could see from the pictures from the update that he was relaxed and even playful. Ashley put us at ease and we felt quite confident leaving our boy with her. We have never met but I could feel a very calm and responsible attitude from Ashley. She left the house very tidy and was so kind to actually wash the bedding and leave to dry on the line. We asked Ashley to water the garden and she did it very well too. I would highly recommend Ashley as she was a delight to deal with and our boy felt very comfortable with her.
Lindy & Barry were amazing! Such a beautiful couple. They were great at communicating with us & giving updates on our cat Angel. They did some repairs in our home, took beautiful photos of our cat & were very neat & tidy. We hope to use them again in the future.

He loves her, and is so excited when she comes to collect him, and even cries when she leaves. We did 2 sessions with Octavio for our dog who has separation anxiety. Octavio gave us real advice, we did exercises together in order to understand them well and be able to repeat them on a daily basis. No violence, only gentle and effective methods.
