Iralee and her family are good humans with big hearts and were so helpful. We genuinely enjoyed getting to know this family and sharing our home with them. They were very appreciative and demonstrated it by asking lots of questions to show concern and respect for our preferences. Iralee is very intelligent and possesses a wealth of knowledge about animals, their behaviors, and how to win them over. Our dog Whinny is not always welcoming to newcomers and Iralee won her over right away. She took excellent care of our two dogs and cat. Marden was a great keeper of our brood of hens. We returned to a clean home, fresh laid eggs, and soft, shiny dogs with luxuriant coats from being bathed and shampooed. We will definitely ask Iralee to return again!

Carol and Kevin were five-star housesitters all the way! From the moment I met them, I could see that they would be kind and compassionate towards our aging pups. They took good care of everything, even gave us a ride to the airport. We would gladly have them back anytime!

Collette really took excellent care of Izzie and Mochi, I think they were sad to see her go! Collette especially loved taking long walks with Izzie, and hanging out reading and watching with them both, which is exactly what they love best. She went out of her way to clean the house before we came back, and even washed the sheets and remade the bed! She stayed in good communication with us, giving us updates and sending photos. Effie was great! She was very communicative and flexible. She dealt with some mishaps on our end (we had a leak and we forgot to clean the hot tub before she came) and she handled it very well. She clearly took great care of our dog Lily and she took care of our house as well! She also clearly communicated when she spilled something on our desk (not a big deal) and really appreciated her transparency and being forthright! Would definitely host her again!

I’ll start by saying if you get a chance to have Adriana and John as your house/pet sitters I’d jump at the chance! I came home to a happy, content cat which is the number one reason I love this service. My home was probably in better shape than when I turned it over to them. It was like they were never here. I received regular updates without asking that included pictures. Since we now live in the same town I probably won’t get a chance to use them again but if you get an opportunity to have them sit for you you won’t regret it!

We couldn't be happier at how great Mila did taking care of our home and our 2 dogs! We have a 4 month old puppy and she willingly took on that challenge. His energy is nonstop and we appreciate her patience with this stage. Our home is a new construction home with things not complete including no fence for the yard, she dealt with that with no complaints. Mila left our home in perfect condition, she took excellent care and communicated with us on a regular basis, which put us at ease. We definitely would use her again... Thank you Mila!

Wow!! What can we say?  Holly and Robert were amazing!  Holly is definitely a ‘dog whisperer’ we think our dogs were quite upset to see us arrive home.  This is the first time we have used this service and we have been so lucky.  They care so much about the animals, plants and the house.  They leave things better than they found them - my dogs have never been groomed so well, my house plants are stunning, and little issue with the house sorted quietly whilst we were away - we could not ask for more.  You will be very lucky to have them as custodians of your house and pets!

I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Matthew. Matthew looked after my cats (Lebowski and Keyser) and my apartment for 14 days in the fall of 2023. During his stay, he coordinated with my landlord and his realtor to schedule showings of my apartment, from which I was in the process of moving. Most critically, Matthew responded immediately when he observed my cat Lebowski showing signs of a recurrence of a recent medical episode (UT blockage). Matthew transported my cat to and between medical facilities so that Lebowski could receive the life-saving treatment he needed. He administered medications to Lebowski upon his return. Matthew made adjustments as needed to keep Lebowski safe and comfortable, including propping up my bed frame so Lebowski could fit in his preferred hiding space with while wearing his e-collar. During all this Matthew made sure to look after Keyser’s needs as well, and managed the interactions between him and Lebowski. And he took excellent care of my apartment, which was at least as clean and tidy as I left it if not more so.

Throughout, Matthew communicated regularly, first with text messages and photos, and then working in phone calls with veterinarians as needed. Matthew helped me solve problems and meet challenges as they presented. Matthew handled all of this with professionalism and grace.

Matthew is responsible, level-headed, thoughtful, observant, compassionate, trust-worthy, great with cats, an excellent communicator, an efficient problem-solver, and follows through.

Since his stay Matthew has checked in for updates on Lebowski’s recovery (I am relieved to report Lebowski is doing very well as of this writing.)
