Kristin was an utter delight! Feel like we found a kindred spirit. She was communicative, kind, flexible, and very responsible. Best of all, she loved being with Hava, and I’m sure gave her even more attention than we usually do! We came back after 10 days away to a very happy, healthy pup. Kristin was also wonderful about leaving our home clean and tidy, even laundering the sheets and remaking the bed she used. We’re already making plans to have her and Brian stay again.
Lori was great. Can't recommend her enough. She was great with my 2 cats, took care of the house, and kept in touch. Very responsive. You can go away and have full trust in her.
This was my first time using zeewoi as an owner (I’ve been a sitter for years) and it was such a disappointing experience. Chris lacks the professionalism to be on this platform. While the sit started off okay, he quickly started complaining about how many accidents Puglo was having. He is a puppy and it was written in the description that he is in the process of being house trained, which is the truth. If you are going to house sit a puppy, that is part of the job. What made this sit so horrible for me was the way Chris spoke to me. He texted me things like “you can’t get a very young puppy and dump him on other people” and “i am here to watch your pet, not house train him” and sending me videos of poop. He basically called me a liar claiming that I said he was almost there with house training (I never said that, although funny enough since I’ve been back, puglo has not had accidents). While I can empathize that there was a difference in expectations for this sit, there is a professional way to go about this. He was suppose to do back to back sits but his messages made me feel so uneasy that I told him not to worry about the second part, leaving me with two days to make alternate plans. I would never speak to an owner the way Chris spoke to me, and I don’t think he should be on this platform.
Seth, Nicole, and Alfie are a lovely little family and I had a wonderful time caring for Alfie while his humans were away on Vacation. Alfie is the sweetest, most loveable dog with a calm and nonchalant demeanor. He loves to be talked to and have his belly patted / rubbed but he's also perfectly content to lounge around and chill. You can tell that Seth and Nicole have taken care to keep him on a schedule because he knows exactly when it's tike to eat, go out for potty breaks, and have his treats. Don't be surprised if he comes and gets you a few minutes early in the morning! Seth and Nicole were very hospitable and communicative throughout the process and were Their home is in a historic part of town and very walkable, with a beautiful park and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. I particularly liked Vegan Avenue (N. Main) and Scratch Kitchen (San Pedro). The home itself is spacious yet cozy and SUPER clean. (Be still, my heart!) I would absolutely recommend this sit to anyone visiting San Antonio!
