Simply amazing! Nala was the best cat, easy to care for and although she was a little aloof at first she warmed right up to me and we became fast friends. The house was in a great location next to walking trails and bus stop, once the snow came I took the bus to and from the ski hill every day. Steamboat is a cute little town to explore and I got out for lots of gorgeous hikes in the fall before the weather changed. Kathy was easy to communicate with, super kind and generous, we were in touch all the time and there were zero problems with anything! Highly recommend!
Angela was extremely warm, kind and hospitable, even making me a meal for my arrival. She made me feel very welcome in her spacious, comfortable home, and the cats were an absolute delight, no problem at all. Bobby especially is very affectionate. There was a small issue with the shower but otherwise it was all excellent. Thanks Angela!
Spending a week with Indigo in her lovely Sydenham home was wonderful. Indigo is a beautiful cat, very affectionate and companionable. Célia was very organized and responsive to questions, so everything flowed very easily with no confusion. Sydenham is a great area, very quiet and relaxed, with good access to public transport, parks, etc. I had a wonderful week and would cat sit Indigo again in a heartbeat.
I had the privilege of taking care of Ben, Orko, and Lulu, and it was an absolute pleasure. Ben is an obedient champion walker who responds well to a confident pack leader. Orko and Lulu, the cats, are laid-back and easygoing. Lulu loves to be petted and enjoys sitting next to you, while Orko prefers to spend his time exploring the great outdoors. Georgina and Ionut's home is located in a charming and peaceful area, with plenty of beautiful walking trails nearby. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxation, and the hosts are warm, welcoming, and generous. Overall, I had a truly wonderful experience during my sit. The pets, particularly Ben, were delightful, and the home was cozy and perfect for cooking. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this petsitting opportunity.
Georgia was a young COVID dog so we were with her almost every second of the day. We took her with us when we ate and visited the local attractions. She did very well on the leash and did well when seeing other dogs. The house was wonderful and we spent most of our time in the four seasons room. I thought we did very well in cleaning and maintaining the house as it was found but apparently not from our review. It was incredibly hot when we were there but Nancy set us up with a in window air conditioner that we put in. Great area in NY state.
I had a wonderful time watching Zander, he’s super friendly and loves a snuggle. He even plays fetch which is adorable. Sarah and Max were great hosts - so welcoming, very communicative, and made my stay at their apartment seamless. The apartment is great, outfitted with everything you need and they provided great tips for the neighborhood. The apartment is quiet and very well maintained and short walk to the subway. Would definitely recommend sitting for them.
