Staying with Dory and Destiny in Amsterdam has been a huge pleasure. Dory and Destiny are two cuties. Dory is the social one, she can't have enough cuddles and loves being around you. Destiny is a bit more on herself, but once she trusts you she will find her way to connect as well. Communication with Maria has been great, she always responds quickly. Although I am from Amsterdam myself, I really enjoyed being in the North part of Amsterdam. When you are in the house, you can't believe you're actually in Amsterdam since it looks like you are in the middle of nature! Though you are in the city centre quickly by metro. The house has a lovely waterside terrace which is really peaceful to sit and relax. Thanks for having a lovely stay Maria!
We sat for sweet little Laika over Thanksgiving, and it was such a great experience! Molly and Ryan were the perfect hosts, it was so easy to communicate with them and they were so welcoming. Their home is sooo lovely and in a great location. Everything was arranged for our arrival, it was so easy to come in and get situated, and we felt so comfortable. And, Laika gave us such an enthusiastic welcome!! She is the cutest little doggo, super cuddly, very affectionate and sociable, and loves her walks. It was a lot of fun taking care of her. Thank you Molly and Ryan for this great experience :D
It was such a pleasure to look after Scott and Audrey's lovely home and all 10 quirky pets for my first sit! Lola, Millie, Maggie, Bradley, and I had so much fun together with lots of time cuddling on the couch! I walked the doggies two at a time around the friendly neighborhood, switching the pairs up at times, and they were all very well-behaved both out and inside the house (however, the girls sometimes get a bit jealous during cuddle time). At first, the two cats didn't ask for much attention, but by the end of my time, they were super affectionate and came up to me wanting all the pets. One of the kitties also liked to make surprise guest appearances and join the dogs and me on our walks! The four piggies were also such fun and super easy (and cute!) to look after, and we both enjoyed sharing my veggie leftovers to snack on. Although I was unable to stay overnight, Scott and Audrey were very accommodating, supportive, and kind. They happily answered any questions and responded to my daily updates and pictures! I highly recommend this sit to anyone who can give their love and attention to all the animals, and you will feel very loved in return :)
We had an absolutely fantastic experience watching Nola in Philadelphia. Brittany is warm and welcoming and very easy to communicate with. Her apartment is lovely and in an ideal location with breathtaking views. Nola was the sweetest and most affectionate dog and both Scott and I fell in love with her. She is great company and so easy to care for. We would love to watch her again!
We had a great time taking care of Evan. It is obvious that Alex takes great care of Evan and that made it easy for us! We had everything we needed and she left great instructions for care and feeding and playtime. He loves going outside and at first we were a little worried but he comes back in on his own or if you shake his catnip mice toys, but still needs to be checked on often. He is still learning to play nicely with your feet but we found that walking away and ending play time way a good motivator for him. He is SO cuddly and if you are sitting (or sleeping) he will want to cuddle with you, be pet, sleep under the covers (lol) or on your pillow. He also loves being help up to your chest/neck and will sleep there if you let him. Additionally, Alex was an amazing host and her place was super comfy! I was able to work remotely at the desk she had, and her place was way bigger than we expected. She left us amazing recommendations and we fell in love with Napa. Super grateful for this pet sit experience!
