Carey and her husband watched my two cats for a weekend and were wonderful. They both are truly 'animal people' which was apparent when they first walked in and both cats were crawling and purring all over them. Subsequent photos proved this love-fest continued through the weekend which showed my big orange cat Lars receiving copious butt scratches and my other cat, Ferghal, fully splayed on the floor, tummy out, utterly relaxed. Beyond cat care, the apartment was clean and tidy and communication was good throughout the process. I would highly recommend Carey! Five Stars!
We arrived the night before the sit started. Ilenka picked us up at the train station and prepared a delicious dinner. We also got to meet her daughter Ines. They are both super kind and friendly, it was great being able to spend some time with them. Ilenka showed us a couple of walks that she does with the dogs and where they can go off the lead, which was very helpful as there are a lot of trails in the area, and is easy to get lost...but anyway, Indie can totally lead the way, so we were fine haha The village is quiet and peaceful, with some beautiful walks around. The pets are just the best!!! Loki is the happiest dog I've ever met, full of energy, and can play fetch all day long. Indie is a little princess who loves walking around carrying her ball. Izzie is in the garden most of the time, but she comes to you whenever she wants attention, she is a low-maintenance cat. We loved our long morning doggie walks, it was the best way to start the day. Ilenka initially had two separate dates for the sit with a little break in between, but as we were available for both of them, she ended up not coming back home and we got to stay here for an entire month. As our sit finishes in 10 days, I'll leave some more comments for the next review.
What a lovely experience - from first introduction to final goodbye. The dogs, Fred & Fraser - two very good boys indeed. They are playful, active, very loyal (loved my two shadows) and lovable dogs who love their meals and treats and of course their two daily walks. I was a single sitter and could easily manage both dogs on-lead to the park/s before letting them roam free. Frazer’s recall is fantastic & he is a master ball finder; Fred gets distracted in his own sniffing-world, so dont forget to check that he is still behind you. Tudor & Bernadette are incredibly kind and generous hosts who really made me feel at home and spoiled. Lovely dinners before and after the sit as well as dropping me at the station. I am definitely keeping them on my regular contact list as planning on coming back for sure. The house is exceptional with the most beautiful back garden - ideal for a quick game of catch with Frazer. 😝 It is so conveniently located, walking distance to both Wimbledon & Wimbledon South stations, as well as a tram stop right behind the house. This is a 12/10 sitting experience!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
We loved our time with Leah and Luna! Lydia and Dave were amazing hosts. They made us feel so welcomed. Their home was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Communication was easy and the pets were a delight to take care of. The area is close to everything including beaches, shopping, restaurants, hiking and more. We would love to return for another sit! Taco is fantastic! An adorable, cuddly, little munchkin. Bargara is beautiful, there is lots to do, from hiking to visiting sea turtles to distilleries in Bundy. Kathy was wonderful. Anything you need she will provide. I’d happily go back and spend more time at any point.
This was a great sit! I came from San Francisco to Gilbert to check on my rental house in Chandler. Carol and her daughter Alicia were beyond accommodating! Carol came to pick me up at the airport and left me the keys to their car so I could get around town. They have (4) adorable Persians that were very easy to take care of and great company. The one kitty will cry a little in the middle of the night but they instructed me to put him in Alicia's bedroom which worked very well. They have a beautiful house with a pool that I did not have a chance to use as it was a bit cool out. I highly recommend this stay and would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you for this experience!
Alex and Hannah were excellent hosts and easy to communicate with during the sit. They left a great welcome guide with the answers to most questions that you could think of. The house is awesome, super clean and in a nice country location. Our guest room was spacious with an ensuite bath. Their Wi-Fi service was great too. Their home is relatively close to farm-based wineries and breweries, some with their own kitchens, some with food trucks. We had a beautiful sunny afternoon hiking up on the Sugarloaf Mountain trails. The two dogs warmed up to us right away, Rocky is very outgoing and will put his head right in your hand if you're not giving him enough attention and Rosie is a beautiful and fun dog to be around. The chickens were a breeze with very little required interaction, but I did speak to them daily - trying to coax them to lay eggs! The 16-night sit passed so quickly! SnR Pet Care is truly awesome! We are new to the area and were in need of a new pet sitter for our cat. SnR Pet Care has been walking my little ones for about 10 years and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I interviewed several other walkers before meeting the owner and knowing they were the one. I typically have the same the walker each week. I have never had a back-up walker whom I have not met before they were allowed into my house, and more importantly, given stewardship of my dogs. It's a small and extremely well vetted staff. Throughout these 10 years SnR has consistently been thorough, reliable, and totally committed to them and to our family as a whole. SnR goes above and beyond without being asked, they clearly enjoy their work, and most importantly, they are wonderful for my four-leggeds and to my peace of mind when I'm not there. We have a 17+ yr old cat with a number of health issues. We were very reluctant to leave her with anyone since our move to Seattle 2yrs ago. We felt very comfortable with Joe and Maryellen when we met with them for a meet and greet. Joe has been cat sitting for us for about 6 months now. Tubby has totally become friends with Joe. It took awhile because she’s very shy. But Joe’s persistence paid off and now she’s the ‘boss’. We love it. Joe is always contactable via texts. He sends us updates and pictures. I have changed feeding instructions numerous times and he’s been so very patient with us and Tubby. We love Joe. Most importantly Tubby does. We highly recommend his services.
MaryEllen's Creekside Critter Care (CCC) has been boarding our dogs for the last 7 years. Our older super-mutt, Gus, always knows where he is when we pull into her driveway. He truly enjoys his time there. We had a little Yorkie who initially manifested separation anxiety when we would leave her behind, but MaryEllen's special focus on making each client's dog be comfortable, won her over. Annabelle enjoyed being bossy and ruling the court at Creekside. We've got two new Yorkies now and the three dogs were in CCC's care for a week recently. The pictures and videos MaryEllen sent, showed how happily our dogs played with the other dogs at CCC. We highly recommend Creekside Critter Care.

I can’t say enough good things about Maryellen & Ann. We brought a very frightened little 7 month old cattle dog into our family from a rescue. They both have worked with her from almost day one. The patience, expertise & kindness went a long way. She warmed up to them right away even though she was afraid of mostly everything! She comes home tired from a day of playing yet they are careful she’s not overly stimulated. Cattle dogs don’t have a “off” button & need to coaxed to take a time out😅. I also appreciate the boost in confidence I get. Never having had a rescue pup before I am so appreciative of all the tips that help to bring the best out in our girl Marley. I go to work & know she’s well taken care of & having a great time. I have no hesitation in recommending them & know you will be pleased with their services.
We took our sweet cavapoo pup, Ohana and we had the best experience!!! And it was our first time taking her somewhere while we were traveling. They were wonderful to work with! Creekside Critter Care is the best pet care team I've used. My dog is not easy - she is very skeptical of strangers and new people but she took to Ann straightaway. Even though she is very uncertain when I am away, the Critter Care team knew just how to make her feel secure. Now Ann is her favorite person and so excited to see her! Linda has been walking my two German Shepherds for a couple of months now, and I have been very happy with her services. She communicates consistently and sends a cute photo collage and update after each visit. The dogs love her and we are so glad to have her feed them and take them out on the days when I work in the office. They are big boys (around 90 lbs each) and she walks them at the same time. She takes great care of them and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend working with her.
Linda is such a wonderful caregiver to my furbabies! My senior dog has special needs, and Linda is always there for her, making frequent visits and giving her (and my other dog!) extra attention. She is loving, arrives on time, is extremely organized and very dependable. I never worry for a second when I leave my dogs in Linda's loving care!
I would highly recommend Linda for any pet care needs. We used her care services for an out-of-town emergency and didn’t want to drop our old English Sheep Dog (Winston) off at a kennel. Linda took the time to get to know Winston before we left and his special needs. While we were gone, she sent us updates on every visit along with pictures, a nice touch. She played with him and sat and loved on him as well during the three daily visits. When we came back, he was anticipating her visits to continue and was a bit sad when she didn’t come back 😊 Thank you Linda for taking great care of our little guy!

I cannot recommend Linda enough when it comes to entrusting the care of your furbabies to someone. She clearly cares deeply about providing the best care possible to your pets and making sure that you are included in that process. The preparation was incredibly thorough, and she made sure that all of our questions were answered. In addition to providing excellent care to our cats, she also sent us daily updates while we were away which was a great personal touch.
Had to find a new pet sitter, and I got Linda's name from my old sitter. She was very organized and professional in getting the booking setup. It was clear she likes animals and knows how to handle them (even my shy cat came out for her). I really appreciated the daily updates. I have booked her while I'm away on my next vacation.
Madison is such a sweet heart and amazing with our dog Neo. He hates baths and he tolerates the whole process with her very well. The prices are very reasonable compared with others in and around the town. Added bonus is that he can go 6 weeks before he needs another grooming due to the thorough grooming he receives. Highly recommend.
We dropped our 6 yr old French Bulldog off for her first ever boarding experience, a 9 day stay. We were very nervous about how she would do on her first stay away from home and family. Thanks to the photos Centennial Kennels posted every day we watched her eyes change from stressed to normal to happy over the course of her stay. Everything went great! My dogs LOVE this place! They get so excited every time I pull in to drop them off I'm starting to wonder if they give them treats as soon as I leave! Staff are extremely friendly and patient. Extra services are a-la-cart and the property is clean and safe. Make reservations well ahead of time because my boys aren't the only ones who love it here!
My dogs can be a bit more difficult and centennial staff was able to accommodate each of their needs!! They were safe, happy and healthy. Thank you guys for going above and beyond for my babies. It really put my mind at ease knowing they were so taken care of.
I was injured and unable to bring my dogs, but my friend was very impressed by the facility, the groomers, their knowledge and clear love of dogs. She brought in my scaredy cat Great Dane and hyper and very matted Goldendoodle and they were very clearly well cared for, groomed beautifully and came home happy and not at all traumatized as they usually were with grooming. We're very impressed and will keep bringing our dogs here. Thank you! Great care, clean, well organized facility and caring, thorough staff.
Wash was good on both dogs, but my long haired dog still came home with knots on his hind quarters. Obviously he didn't get brushed well back there. I also ordered a cut and that didn't get scheduled, said we could come back another day when the actual groomer (not just the dog washer) was there. Not a great experience
We have used Centennial Kennels for many years, and our dogs always came back just as we brought them in. They are easy to schedule with via email, phone, or their app. We recently lost our darling Sophia-Marie, and they sent a card with their condolences signed by many of the staff. They send pictures about every other day, which is such a relief when we are traveling. Pets are family, and we worry so much when we're apart. Our Yorkie can be nervous, especially in a boarding situation. We are so thankful to have the dependable Centennial Kennels! We really appreciate all of you.
Centennial Kennels is RAD. Dexter was there for a weekend and was very happy and loves this place. He got lots attention and I got timely lots of photos. I highly recommend Centennial Kennels for your dogs to stay at. Very friendly staff that I feel comfortable leaving my dog with, knowing he will get love and attention. Awesome facility!
Our dog Story Jane, a feisty golden doodle , stayed at Centennial Kennels for 9 days. She came home happy , bathed and smelled wonderful and softer than ever. Sometimes when I’ve picked her up from other kennels she was obviously miffed at us for leaving her. Picking her up from Centennial she seemed to be saying “ that was fun, let me tell you what I did ! When can I go back !” LOL. To make it more impressive, we live in Texas and had her stay where our daughter suggested since she and her dogs would not get along. So, this was a different experience altogether for her. Thank you Centennial for providing good care - it sure takes away the guilt from leaving them !
We LOVE Unleashed. Listen… go through the process of getting your pup in their system and then enjoy the use of dog daycare or boarding at your convenience. They have great availability, their system is easy to navigate and they CARE. We receive pictures of our pup while she’s away. She wiggles her entire body and leaps from the car when we drop her off. She loves the team here and we do too!
Our dog LOVES unleashed. He never wants to come home. When we do get him home, he is usually so tired he naps half of the following day because he played so hard.
We absolutely loved our first class at WSWD. Our trainers were excellent and they were very patient and helpful with getting our rescue dog used to new things and to learn new skills. We can’t wait to come back for our next class!
Excellent Tricks class with Skye. Both my pup and I had fun and learned new things. The tricks will be great entertainment when we are stuck inside during the cold, rainy winter months. Thank you!

CANNOT RECOMMEND. I boarded my dog with Unleashed for a 5 night and 1 day camp stay. When I dropped my dog off I informed the staff that I sent along double her usual food (knowing she'd be running like crazy) and asked if it was okay to put her in a jacket when it's below freezing (which it was in the mornings and evenings). I was told that her weight would be monitored regularly, they'd adjust her feeding accordingly, and that it wasn't a problem with the jacket. When I picked my dog up at the facility she was in her jacket, so it wasn't until I got her home that I noticed she was down 5lbs (10% of her body weight - her ribs were showing), she had very infected abrasions/hot spots on both of her front legs, and she had a puncture wound in her upper lip. All this culminated in an immediate trip to the vet where she had to be put on antibiotics, pain meds, and in an e-collar for two weeks. None of these issues were mentioned by the staff and her "report card" was all high marks, so I can only infer one of two things happened: 1) none of this was noticed by the staff, indicating a high degree of negligence, or 2) it was noticed and was intentionally omitted by the staff, indicating a high degree of apathy and/or deceit. For the kicker, I made my feedback/concerns known by submitting a message through their client portal - it's been a week and I have not received any acknowledgment or apology for how my dog faired under their care. Given their ignorance of both their obligation to their clients' dogs' wellbeing and to their lack of acknowledgment of their clients' feedback, I cannot recommend Unleashed.
I love the class size and the attention to each dog’s needs. And I love that he’s so chill for the rest of the night after play time!
Unleashed has been a life saver for our Doberman pup! The prices are super reasonable for what they provide and you can tell they truly care. Banks comes home tired for DAYS and this is a hyperactive dog we are talking about. Mathias is amazing with training and Banks absolutely loves seeing him during pick up. We truly can’t thank everyone at unleashed enough! Highly recommend!
I really appreciate the transparency here. I’ve never had a tour of a doggy daycare until this place. The staff give you actual updates on your pup and their progress adjusting to the facility. They truly care.
I’ve been boarding my 45 lb Australian Cattle Dog/boxer/pit mix here for almost six years (and for occasional daycare). He has separation anxiety and cannot be put in a kennel/crate/run. The folks who work here take such good care of him and he is so excited when we pull up. I’m so grateful that I found a place that he loves!
This was such a a great place! Even though my cat was very upset about being boarded and became extra spicy, she was still taken care of with such love and understanding! I would definitely recommend this space for someone looking to board their cats!
Arlene Arlene! I mean guys! This woman is an ANGEL! So, I'm an over the road truck driver and I was freaking out cuz I had just gotten some news and needed to get off the truck and head to surgery. First, she calmed me down. Then she asked me what it is that I needed. I could hear how busy she was but she made sure to show me that she was here for me, no matter how crazy her day was. Now we all know that this is the holiday season so I CANNOT imagine how many cats she has, how many people she has on the waiting list (last time we talked she had 70 so she's a big deal), or even what HER own personal holiday plans were. Have ya'll ever thought of that?! We're all so busy freaking out, needing someone to watch our pet but what about them? Anyways. So Arlene made a miracle happen to fit me in her already impossible schedule, where my two boys needed to be taken care of for two weeks, while I undergo surgery. Then, my plans of where I was going to stay to heal fell through, so everything had to get cancelled and I just broke down. Arlene was there to console me. She went above and beyond helping me find solutions. As soon as she heard that the boys wouldn't be coming, she no longer had to communicate with me! But you know what guys, she has checked on me on more than one occasion! She shared pics of her own personal babies, each with their own story. The love she has for these felines is like no other. I have never seen anyone so in love with these creatures, as I am. Aside from Arlene's awesome rates, just talking to her for those few minutes, you'll know that your fur baby will be safe because this woman loves what she does and even told me that she wishes she had started this a long time ago. One can hear the passion and fervor in her voice and laughter. I know where to put my babies when I come visit WA for sure!
Arlene cares for your cats as though they were her own, which gives great peace of mind while traveling. When my flight was canceled and I had to extend my stay several days, Arlene was very accommodating even while packed with holiday bookings, and gave them comfortable lodgings in her office until they could get back into one of the cat condos. Despite the travel uncertainties, it was a huge relief knowing that my cats would be well cared for until I could make it back. Very responsive with any questions, knowledgeable about caring for cats with medical conditions, and sends regular updates and pictures on how your cats are doing. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to be sure their cats are comfortable and well taken care of while boarding!
Arlene is awesome! She is so knowledgeable and loving with cats. The cat rooms are spacious with windows, multiple platforms for them to climb, running water fountain, and soft/quiet music playing. I don't worry about our cat while we're gone at all because I know she's in good hands.
I've never been here but.. Aaahhhhhh cuuuuuute. Reminds me of that episode of Trailer Park Boys when bubbles opens up Kittyland. 5 out of 5 stars would bring my cat, as long as Garbage Land doesn't open up next door

Let me start off by saying that our cats are our children. My fiancé and I were in the process of selling our house and wanted a place to board our kitties during showings and open houses so they didn’t get outside by accident. Arlene took AMAZING care of our babies. She was patient with our kitty who is a little unsure of new places and people, sent us pictures and updates everyday, and made sure they knew they were loved while they were away from their people. It was also comforting to know that they weren’t in a cage, but had a room and a window to look out (with a water fountain!). I 1000% trust her with our babies again and we are so thankful for the amazing care! We will recommend cozy kitties to all our friends and family.
My two cats stayed here over the Christmas to New Year's time period. The owner was amazing and my cats really enjoyed their time there. They came home happy and healthy. I was kept up to date nearly daily with how the cats were doing. Update 5/26/23 Still love going here. This has become the only place i bring my cats when i need to leave them behind for a weekend or for a month.
This was my first time boarding my cats ( a 10 yr old and a 3 month old) and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Arlene was very punctual and responsive, quickly answering any questions. I love how passionate Arlene is about cats. I was so nervous about boarding my senior cat because he is anxious and has very poor vision. Arlene was kind enough to send me pictures of my two boys and give me updates during their stay. Best of all, both cats really enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend this Cozy Kitties!
I was nervous about boarding my senior lady kitty. She is 15 and hasnt been boarded for 10 years. We planned to be out of town for 7 days and I didnt want my girl to be home alone as she gets lonely. I loved Cozy Kitties website and loved their love of cats. When I met Arlene and seen where Chloe would be staying I was releived and the experience just got better. We love Janice's Critter Care! We've used them several times to take care of out cats while we were away on longer trips. They take excellent care of our cats and promptly reply if we ask for an update.
We started to use Janice’s Critter Care when we moved to Federal Way in 2019 to care for our cat. The peace of mind that her team provides while we are away is most wonderful. Her communication, responsive, and loving care she provides is beyond amazing. This past December we went away when a snow storm arrived and she kept us in the loop on conditions and still made it to see our diabetic cat. Even when the road wasn’t plowed and had to walk to get down to her house, she still made our cat and his health a priority. We are beyond grateful for her dedicated care and services. Christine always takes excellent care of our pup and makes sure he gets long walks while we are at work. We have had poor experiences with Rover in the past so we were thrilled to find this company. Thank goodness for Janice’s Critter Care! This family business has been part of our family for the past few years taking care of our Goldadore Lucky. This team is trustworthy. They have excellent knowledge about animals and they are genuinely good people. We would not trust our dog with anyone else. Janice is extremely reliable, always willing to work with my requests.we had to be gone for a week, I had 4 cats, (one diabetic requiring shots in am/pm) and an aquatic turtle. I had notes on everyday, they were willing to continue services if needed. The cost of the service very reasonable. I would highly recommend Janice’s Critter Care! I trust them and wouldn’t ever use anyone else!!
Janice and Tim are top notch! We have trusted them with our 2 dogs and entry into our private home for years. They are also great communicators with respect to anything they see during their visit. This company is very personal and professional when it comes to onboarding and caring for furry loved ones. My pupper loved his carer and I'm so happy we went with them!! They left notes after their visits, and were very thorough when taking care of my old boy. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them at every turn.
Tim & Janice have been watching our pets for 10 years now. They not only take care of feeding & exercising our dogs (mostly Newfoundlands, but we got a Rottie mix last year to add something new!), they bring in the mail and check the houseplants to see if they need water. Even better, they are able to look after our chickens when we are gone; managing their food, water and treats and giving them a little time and human conversation while gathering eggs. Our four hens are my "Birds with Benefits" and I would not trust them alone or with someone who would scare them and cause them to stop laying those delicious eggs. I just can't say enough good things about Angela's Pet Care, so this will be a long, detailed review. Angela made twice-daily visits to our home for more than three weeks, during which she provided complete care and loving human companionship to our two cats. I can truthfully report that our male cat is IN LOVE with Angela. Our little female cat would be a challenge for any care-giver, because she has medical conditions that require three medications daily, and on top of that, had seriously injured an eye (just before our trip was to begin!) - so required two additional meds twice per day. We were very concerned about leaving that kitty in anyone's care. Angela relieved all of our anxieties by giving all five medications every day, right on schedule, plus she paid close attention to the eye and kept us informed about everything. Giving that many medications to a naturally shy cat might be expected to cause some trauma, but remarkably, we came home to a cat that was trusting, outgoing, confident, and with a healed eye - all a testament to Angela's gentle, able, handling of her, and the special effort she made to cultivate trust and playfulness. (Thank you, Angela!) Angela's Pet Care sets the highest possible standard for reliable, compassionate pet care. Angela has a calm, competent and confident presence that made the cats (and me) very comfortable with her, and was 100% backed up by her actions. She is highly professional and diligent; showed up at consistent times every day without fail; provided all the cat necessities along with brushing, play, and litterbox maintenance; watered our plants; brought in packages; and emailed us many, many visit reports that included photos that put us at ease during our time away. This was the best care imaginable, it far exceeded our expectations, and we're very grateful.
I can't say enough about Angela. She has been caring for our 2- year-old small dog named Titan for 11 months now (2 days a week). Angela took extra time to make sure he would be a good fit to play with the other dogs she cares for before taking him on, which we really appreciated. He is always so excited to see her and the other dogs each morning we drop him off. She has a huge fenced in yard for them to run around in, and let's them hang out in her house and takes them on a walk. Titan is always very tired when he gets home, so we know he gets lots of exercise there, which is great because he is a high energy dog living in a small condo. In a few months we are taking a 9-day trip to Mexico and Angela will be watching him. We know he will feel right at home with her during that time. Angela is also a great communicator and even sends us pictures every now and then. I'll post a few:-)
We are so thankful to Angela for the care and attention she gives our dogs when we need to travel. It eases our minds knowing they are in a loving environment getting a lot of attention from Angela and the other pups with her for boarding and/or daycare. We love that there are other pups there, but not too many like a lot of the other boarding/day care places we've tried in the past. The space the dogs have to explore is secure and safe and inside, the pups are treating like family members! Angela's service request system is easy to use and she is super responsive to questions! She came highly recommended to us from a very picky, zoo keeper friend - so we knew Angela must be good - and she is!!
So glad we found Angela's pet care! We've used her twice so far for weeklong trips out of state. Both trips had flight changes and she was so accommodating by adding or removing scheduled visits. She sends email updates after each visit with details of the visits and pictures! I know my cats are being well looked after with her. Highly recommend Angela's Pet Care!
Angela is the best dog daycare we have found since getting our girl almost 2 years ago. Once I met her I knew I wanted her to watch my Daisy full time and eventually brought her from her original daycare over. I haven't encountered anyone who has been so considerate of the needs for my specific dog, who actually requires special care around meal time. On her own Angela has made the effort to help train our girl in so many different areas helping her to behave socially in a way that actually let's her share how sweet and loving she is. I can't say enough good things about Angela, truly. 15/10 highly recommend!!
Angela was the best day care provider for my dog, Honey! She gave lots of loves and walks. She was attentive and took care of all Honey’s needs while in her care. It was fun getting periodical pictures of my dog’s activities during the day. Angela is accommodating, friendly, reliable, and professional. I would highly recommend her services.
