Sue and Alex are a wonderful couple, whom love their Daisy dog. Alex shared with me a map of the area, with all the walking trails, and noted that the map cover has, none other than, a picture of Daisy dog! I was humbled to sit for such a famous pup. Daisy is a gentle natured dog, whom has her routines, and let us know what she wanted. She liked to be around us, and also moved about the house to spots where she slept, throughout the day and night. She walked outside, if it suited her, and the length of the walk was up to her, as was the destination. For the time I was with her, she preferred to walk on the streets, stopping in at the food spots to smell viddles and hope to get the attention of a human for some pet strokes. Daisy’s home is on the edge of a beautiful park and occasionally I could direct her to the park if I gave her a treat and talked gently to her. The park has many streams and waterways throughout, and Daisy liked to paddle in them. Walking into Sue and Alex’s home is like entering the wardrobe in The Chronicles of Narnia. One moves from a fairly busy street and nondescript front into the cocoon of a lovely home, absent street noise. The back of the house opens to beautiful gardens and quiet countryside, where Daisy roamed or sat with us. The kitchen was equipped with everything one needed to prepare meals. The bedding was very comfortable. We arrived the night before Sue and Alex’s early morning departure, and they were kind enough to prepare us dinner. We had fun chatting over our meal and learning more about Daisy, Sue and Alex, the home and neighborhood. They did a great job of preparing us to care for Daisy and their home. Upon our departure, Sue kindly dropped us at the train station. We greatly enjoyed our few days with Daisy, taking care of her home and the surrounding greenways.
Cheryl was one of the nicest and most accommodating owners/sits I've ever done! Her hospitality was totally welcoming, and very appreciated. Plus, as a fellow traveler she was both fun and illuminating to talk to! Kuzco is a nice and quiet housemate :-) She sleeps most of the time, but is very affectionate when I would sit on the couch and we would read or watch TV together. Plus she's by far the most communicative and responsive cat I've ever spoken with!

Sam has been watching our 2 year old golden retriever, Georgia, ever since we moved to Switzerland a year and a half ago. Sam was a gem with Saba , she took care of him for 5 nights with pick up and drop up ! I got daily updates on how he was doing particularly while he was on walks on their beautiful property in the mountains! I’m grateful she was flexible enough to make arrangements to take him there as he had more space to run and play . Sam was timely with the pick up and drop off and communicated effectively throughout the whole process . My dog was slightly bigger than what she handled him with care ♥️!
I have a 30kg rescue dog. She has on leash reactivity and can be quite intimidating for most. But not for Sam!!! I highly recommend her. From the moment my dog met Sam, my dog was much calmer than she usually is with strangers approaching us. I think my dog was charmed by Sam immediately and I could go away feeling confident that my dog was in safe hands. And the photos Sam sent everyday confirmed this. Sam took care of my cat Leyia twice (for 2 weeks each time) and was outstanding. Highly responsive, helpful and thoughtful. She sent photos every day and Leyia really enjoyed cuddling her. I have had several cat sitters and Sam is by far the best.
Sam has been looking after our little Dachshund for almost a year now and we’ve been delighted by her services: Sam is very well organized, the communication is great and she is taking care of Rio like it was her own. My goldendoodle, Darcy, stayed with Sam for 2 weeks while I was traveling and Sam was fantastic with him! Right from the beginning, Sam asked the right questions about Darcy clearly demonstrating her experience with dogs. And most importantly, Darcy had a great time with her. She took him to the lake, to the forest, the mountains and we got daily photos and video updates of his adventures. We were thrilled to see how well looked after he was by Sam and her husband, and to see him up to his usual games in the photos! NOT to send your dog to this boarding: My dog was with Best Friend Palace for about a year. He was 9+ years old when we started, but when he turned 10+, he was rejected from the facility. When I asked why my dog lost 4.5 kg in a 10-day stay, the owner seemed dismissive, attributing the weight loss to my dog running around and playing with other dogs all day, especially as my dog chased female dogs. If this is the case, they should require that all dogs be sterilized to prevent such issues. It appears this facility is not willing to handle older dogs or those needing special care, or they are simply not equipped to do so. Additionally, I had recommended Best Friend Palace to a lot of friends before they rejected my dog. I didn't make any complaint and moved on. Tragically, last year, my friend’s dog, Teddy, passed away from a stomach bacterial infection, which we believe was caused by the raw food given to them. This incident has raised serious concerns about the hygiene and quality of care at this facility. If you decide to board your dog here, I strongly recommend providing your own food. Because of the owner's unfriendliness and double face, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place at all.

We have left our dogs twice in the last 2 months. We are delighted, they socialize and exercise with other dogs. One of our dogs has daily treatments and this has been taken into account by the boarding house. We received photos and videos each of us without even asking for them and also a written report of the stay at the end. We can only recommend this place and we are very happy to have such a good pension close to home. You can leave your furballs with complete confidence and peace of mind.

Unfortunately disappointed with Coralie's performances. She looked after our cat several times, we asked her to be careful to ventilate to let the cat out but also to prevent the apartment from smelling of cats, our cleaning lady one day passed between two visits from Coralie and us Said it was an infection, Coralie even left the litter bag on our kitchen counter…. I have already had my children and animals looked after by Coralie and I recommend her 1000%!!! She won't leave your children in front of the TV but will keep them busy doing activities with them. And for our animals, cats and dogs, it’s the best!!! I recommend!!!!
