Stephen &Jean we’re amazing ...very Professional the best house sitter we have ever had We had daily updates on everything at home which put our minds to rest .The electric went off in part of the house and Stephen had no problem solving the issue .We arrived home to a home cooked meal for the family..the log basket re filled ,the fire laid the hen house cleaned out ,the bed linen washed ironed and re-made and the house cleaner then when we left !... I would have no hesitation in recommending them both to house sit ... the are so trust worthy ,organised warm and friendly so we will asking them again.....
Martin, Amandeep and their son stayed at our house for three nights to look after our dog Ted whilst we were away. Martin kept in touch with photos of Ted having a great time and the house was exactly as we left it when we returned (if not tidier!). Jack and his associate did a fantastic job looking in on my cat while I was away for a week. She is used to my almost constant presence, so it is hard for her when I am not there. But, she adapted to Jack and Michelle very well, which helped her to be less anxious. They are consummate professionals, and I would recommend them to anyone. This is my second experience with their great service, and I will be back!
My wife and I have a cat who, while adorable, is rambunctious to say the least. He's friendly around people but is picky about play and how he is petted. And I would certainly hate to leave him alone! But Jack, Michelle, and Asher take such great care of him that I've been coming back ever since we first tried out Your Pet's Best Friend while we went on a vacation. I particularly appreciate the communication I receive--daily texts, videos, and questions about what to do in certain scenarios tell me that my little furry guy is being taken care of each day he is visited. I also really enjoy that during the warmer months, Jack will water plants. Thanks to him we had some very successful tomato yields! I also appreciate that traditional peak times--Thanksgiving/Christmas/etc--are not a problem for checking up. Last minute availability is also not a problem; I've given Jack sometimes as little as 24 hours notice and he's been able to accommodate watching our cat. Jack was exceedingly professional at our first meeting, and he asks all the questions you would hope that someone watching your pet would ask. You can't go wrong if you need a sitter for the day, for a weekend, or even for a month (all lengths of time I've used him for). I highly recommend if you're looking for someone to care for your furry friends.
I have been using Jack for midday visits to my home since January of 2018. I remember when he came over for the first time to meet me and my animals. I was interviewing a few different people, and Jack was the one that exuded confidence and professionalism. I felt like I could trust him with my two rambunctious pit bulls, which required a higher degree of responsibility. The choice was pretty easy. Not only does he provide great care to the resident dogs, he is always accommodating to the many senior foster dogs that I have had over the years. He texts me after every visit, and his narratives are detailed and frequently humorous. He is proactive about holidays and asks if he is needed or not, and always gives plenty of notice for his vacations. I have no reservations about recommending Jack for pet care needs.
Your Pet’s Best Friend has been walking my dogs on workdays since 2016. I’m so happy with their services - always friendly and reliable. And most importantly - My dogs love them! The communication from Jack and his team is great - I get an update after every walk about how it went. Jack, Asher, and Mary Michelle are truly my Pets’ best friends! Twice a day, seven days a week I can count on them to arrive on time and take care of the needs of my dog and two cats. I should be embarrassed to admit this, but since I don't have children, it's fair to say I treat my dogs as if they were my kids. Jack has been there for all our dog walking and pet-sitting needs. If I'm working late, it's comforting knowing our pups are getting a walk and fresh air during the day. Jack's fantastic and has always been flexible if we need a sitter for the day or overnight. Jack's affordable, quick to respond (even when I have a last-minute request), and he takes his work seriously. You can tell his love of animals is genuine and he provides little notes and updates on our pups (who took care of business, where they went) and is reliable and trustworthy. My dogs love him! And they love only the best people (actually, they love everyone and Jack is no exception).
Jack is amazing. I have a rescue cat who does not do well when I leave him for extended periods of time. Jack was SO patient and caring with my cat while I was gone. Jack takes his job seriously and would send me a daily update every morning which eased my anxiety for leaving my cat so long. Cannot say enough good things about Jack and I would highly recommend!

All Creatures Pet Care is first-rate. Brooke has taken care of my golden doodle since he was a puppy, sometimes for up to three weeks when I have traveled. The care is exceptional! I also have a very dominant, alpha dog and I wasn’t sure if my training was effective or not so I consulted with Brooke and her team and they were able to provide effective solutions to correct those behaviors. I could honestly go on and on about how much I have benefited from All Creatures. If you are stuck between services or if you are seeking a pet service, I would highly recommend this company. My dog Sadie goes here for regular baths and nail clipping. She is always happy to go so I know they treat her well. She comes out smelling and looking well groomed and wagging her tail! The staff is always friendly and genuinely care for your furry baby!
Our Dalmatian, Neuhaus loves his visits so much when he sees me packing up his food & toys the whimpering begins. He really enjoys the play time with his friends and we love the Pet Cam! It makes our vacation less stressful knowing he is having fun in a safe loving environment.

Over the past few years I boarded my dogs at Best Friends for weekend or week long stays. Having the opportunity to “check in” via video is a terrific addition to the boarding service. My dogs have always been happy when they realized they were going to spend time at Best Friends. Their reaction as we entered the doors made me feel they had a good time during previous visits. Our pooch loves Best Friends like it's her second home. We've been boarding our dog here for about 3 years and the staff has always been phenomenal. Everyone is very friendly and it's a very welcoming environment. I admittedly get nervous when my dog and other dogs "meet," but she always does great at group play at Best Friends. I don't know what kind of magic they work but I get a little bit of a "training session" myself each time I chat with the staff at Best Friends when I pick her up. They're all great people and willing to provide helpful tips.
From my experience Best Friends always keeps our dog happy safe and well fed during his trips there. Anytime I have a concern or question or change in schedule they always try to accommodate. They love seeing Charlie’s face when he arrives and their new groomer has bonded with him which is not easy to do!!!
Best Friends is our ultimate doggy destination! My German shepherd Moon is so excited to attend the day camp at Best Friends, he practically pulls me through the door. Moon has such a blast playing with his furry friends and the staff who clearly adore dogs, and always comes home happy and ready to conk out for a well-deserved nap. And thanks to the clean environment - NO doggy daycare funk!! We have also used Best Friends for longer stays, and Moon always comes back the same tired, happy pup. Knowing that he is having fun and being well cared for allows us to relax and enjoy our time away.
My two golden doodles were well taken care as first time boarders by very experienced staff that were highly responsive to the individual needs of my dogs. Planning, drop off, and pick up were well coordinated and timely. I will definitely be using Best Friends Pet Hotel in the future and highly recommend their services.

Jen is truly one of the best dog walkers out there. Our dog Oscar is obsessed with her - to the point where she tries to walk quietly by our house if she's going to walk our neighbor's dog so he doesn't hear her! On Oscar's first birthday, I was traveling for work and Jen took Oscar to the store to get him a birthday cake toy. It's the smaller, thoughtful things like this that make her irreplaceable in our pup's life. She also takes super cute pictures (attached) and sends an email about how each walk went. She makes leaving Oscar for work trips less hard because I know that he'll be so excited to see her when she comes for his walk!
Jen and the Shawe's team have been walking my family's dogs for 7 years or so. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate shifting schedules, schedule or cancel on short notice, and even pick up the phone to talk about any pet concerns we might have (unrelated to them! just for advice!). My pup Ollie loves seeing his walkers and I could not do my job without the peace of mind that someone responsible will come take him out and play with him while I work. When we first moved to Philadelphia, our dog was very shy and timid around walkers that we would hire through various apps, but then Jen came and saved the day. She goes above and beyond to make Benji comfortable and now he gets excited when we just say her name. I’ve used Jen and her walkers for over 5 years now and I honestly would never use any other dog walking service in Philly. She is trustworthy, reliable, AND LOVES all of her dogs. And my dog absolutely loves her dog walkers, as I’ve been able to see a couple times when my dog will go running toward them, tail wagging if we happen to bump into them on the street. Jen uses an easy-to-use app to schedule walks/pay invoices and to see the daily walk reports which is super convenient. Also Jen makes herself available for every client and will always try her best to accommodate any late requests - I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to put in a last minute request for a same-day dog walk or for an overnight stay the week-of and Jen will always make it work. Aside from that, it’s great to get pictures of my dog on her walk while I’m at work - I truly never have to worry Sophie when I’m not at home because I know she’s in such great hands. Jen and her team has been taking care of our dog since he was brought into our family as a puppy! From consistent walks, amazing walkers and just all around dog people to overnight stays, she has been there for us throughout his life (and will be for the many years yet to come)! Jen is understanding and flexible with last minute changes, which for us happen a lot! Her walkers leave a note about their walk every time and even text/call us from time to time with updates. I have never noticed a thing out of place in out of place after a walker left. The Shawe's Paws team is the only team I trust to take the best care of our dog! Jen has been in my dog's life for years (even though we've since moved to the suburbs.) She and her staff are flexible, reliable, and they LOVE their charges/pets. They truly understand my quirky, sweet dachshund and he loves them for it. He even got to sleep over Jen's house!! Jen is super responsive and capable and she chooses excellent staff members. Lisa took such amazing care of our dog on our wedding day. Pepper was able to join into our photos and part of our cocktail hour. Lisa was super flexible and she made sure Pepper was there on time. I can’t say enough good things about Weather or Not. As a former vet tech, I am admittedly extremely picky about the caretakers I choose for my dog. I am happy to report my dog has always been happy, healthy, and very well taken care of here. We’re given frequent updates and pictures and Lisa isn’t afraid to reach out to ask about something if she isn’t sure, which is such an important quality to have! She takes the utmost care and always wants to make sure she’s making the best choices for our girl. We moved out of state a couple of years ago and still make the drive all the way back here when we’re going away because we don’t trust anyone else with our girl. Simply the best!!

My wife and I moved away from Delaware years ago but still make the hour-long drive when we travel because we don't want to leave our pup anywhere else. Communication from her and her partner, Maggie, was consistent and detailed. They even included photos of my dogs while I was away. My dogs are spoiled and they can be difficult, especially the senior dog, who requires daily medication. My concerns were put to rest immediately with Becca's attention to detail and her messages. Weather or Not is outstanding! We have used Lisa's company for pet taxi, dog walking, and overnight boarding. Every service has been outstanding. Our dogs absolutely adore Lisa...so much so, that our pup, Piper, was totally happy to trot off for overnight boarding without even looking back once when we dropped her off. She went on to have a fun filled weekend. I have great comfort knowing that we have a team to help with dog support when we need it. Again, outstanding!
Lisa and her team are the best! They regularly walk my Rambo a couple of times a week. Rambo has also been boarded at Lisa's house which is extremely dog friendly with a great yard! When dogs chew the plastic, it needs to be replaced, when they have an accident, it needs to be cleaned immediately, so they n employees don’t fall. Aggressive dogs can not be mixed in, you end up at hospital. If someone that knows what they are talking about offers suggestions, listen. Keep dogs moving, people want dogs having fun, playing, interacting, unless they can’t n are elderly. When they come home from work they are tired and their dog should be happy to see them but also feel like they had a busy day. Not , gee! Me, me, me, let’s walk n play for hours now, I had hours of boredom while you were at work! No non spayed or neutered, all shots. If any chance of illness…no do not endanger 50 for 1. The location has the ability to be wonderful. N children should not be brought in to middle to lay around n play with dogs. It is a business, dogs are wonderful animals but once you put 5 together anything can happen. It’s not a child day care a I repeat, kids do not belong on the floor with clients dogs. If a dog bites once you are putting him at risk for bitting again. Step on them, if you bang into them n they have cancer n you don’t know it, a nice dog will bite. You now created an issue for dog owner because you thought it would be fun to have your kids on the floor of a dog day care/ boarding business.
Very expensive for a fair job. I left it to the groomer’s discretion and although my girl was very pretty when I picked her up, they barely cut any hair. i will need to bring her for a haircut elsewhere and pay a nominal fee. Anyway $95 dollars for a wash and a trim for a 10 pound dog is absurd. I will not be returning. Chris and Zoe

I have two rescue dogs who I have to board occasionally, they have high anxiety and we have had bad experiences at previous places but I feel so comfortable leaving my dogs at Fuzzy Butts. It is clear all of the staff I have met care so much for the dogs here and treat them as their own. My dogs who hate going places, love going here even to board! The staff are so accommodating and they communicate so well during their stay.
Our daniff goes to fuzzy butts for regular daycare and boarding. When we get out of the car he runs to the front door and is genuinely excited to see everyone and spend time with his other doggie friends. He had major separation anxiety and a very particular diet due to his size (he needs three meals plus a day) and fuzzy butts has been more than accommodating. The staff are extremely friendly and we love the daily picture updates!
Fuzzy Butts is top tier! The staff is extremely friendly and personable. They go above and beyond to make your pup feel at home. On top of all that, their facility is state of the art. I am extremely happy that my dog is a Fuzzy Butts pup!
Olivia is amazing with my rambunctious, reactive with strangers at home, quirky dog. She took the time to slowly get to know him and let him know her. She comes to my house to let him out now and he is excited to see her. Marty also goes to her in-home daycare and loves it! Olivia is an amazing Pet Sitter!
I'm so glad I found O & O! I feel so lucky to have her. I never have to worry about how my pet is doing when he's in her care. Olivia is the hardest working person I've ever met. So dependable and caring. I've used her for both daily walking and pet sitting, and highly recommend her to everyone. Five stars!!!

Trustworthy and reliable
We reached out to Five Paws very last minute to see if they would be able to watch our dog who had significant medical needs. They were wonderful from start to finish and I was so confident each time that she was in such great care. We've previously had her boarded and she would seem so stressed when we picked her up. We were desperate to find an alternative and we didn't look back once we started using Five Paws. They give updates, pictures and each time we came home she was as happy as can be. They provided such peace for us knowing she was in good hands and was happy especially given all of her medical concerns (dog dementia, blindness, hard of hearing, pain, etc..). Our Sahara has since passed but I would use them again and again with any dogs we may have in the future and cannot recommend them enough.
I don't trust anyone else with my pets when I'm away! I love that I know I will get photos of my cats and a report of how the visit went from the sitter. They take time to give the cats individual attention, not just coming in to feed, clean, and leave. Scheduling is very easy and the rates are reasonable.
Hi: Kudos to Five Paws Recently had Five Paws cat sit our cats and pond fish. The team at Five Paws hit a homerun with us. The team is very professional, respectful and loving to our gang. The team of Melinda and Blythe were so observant of our pets, even going out of the way to feed our strays, without blinking an eye. Special shout out to Melinda who really saved the day as she was feeding the fish in our pond, when she noticed that one of our goldfish got stuck in the filter. Without any hesitation she jumped in to save him, which would have been a disaster if she didn't as he would have passed and fouled the pond water. Five Paws provides the BEST pet-sitting service around! Finding them has made time away from our dogs stress-free, as we get fun updates and photos after every visit. The sitters have really gotten to know our dogs, and even our super-shy pup now loves when they come. Highly recommend!
Five Paws has taken excellent care of all my pets (rabbit, cat, mice) for many years now and they do an excellent job! They were even able to give my cat pills (in pill pockets) and coordinated with my vet once when she stopped eating and I could not be reached. They are reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and professional. I will continue to use them when I go on vacation and highly recommend them!
They've taken great care of my cats for a few years! I can relax on vacation, and love getting the photo reports each visit which show how my pets are doing.
We have been using Five Paws for a few years now, for small weekend trips or week long vacations. They have been so wonderful with our pups. It is a relief to know my dogs are in good hands and they can remain comfortable in their own space while we are away, instead of in a kennel which would stress my 13 year old pup too much. I always hate to leave them behind but I am so grateful to know they are happy and healthy and having fun while I’m gone.
We used Five Paws for our cat while we were on vacation. It was the first time we left her behind without family checking in, and I was a nervous wreck. Faith was our sitter, who took wonderful care of our girl. After every visit, we'd receive an update with multiple pictures. We've already put in our vacation request days for this summer!
I HIGHLY recommend hiring Five Paws of Delco! The owner is fantastic, the scheduling process is so simple, and all of the sitters are wonderful! They are EXTREMELY reliable and trustworthy, which is so important when you're away. They also have a great app used to communicate with each sitter and to see pics of your pups! I always receive such a sweet and detailed update from our sitter after every visit. I had an experience where I was out of the country using a different sitter (not Five Paws of Delco) who was supposed to watch my dogs at their house for the week. They decided that they no longer wanted to watch them after a couple days, so they dropped them back off at my house, alone. I was panicking, just having arrived in another country, so I reached out to Five Paws of Delco who immediately responded and scheduled multiple last minute visits for me. I cannot thank them enough for being there during this very stressful time! It's so comforting to know we always have them available to sit for our dogs. I promise you won't regret hiring this company!
We have been using Five Paws for a little over two years for noontime walks and visits for our miniature poodle. They are absolutely the best to work with!
