Victoria and Jack were absolutely wonderful! They're super nice and took such good care of our two beloved girls. They kept sending us photos and updates while we were away and the cats really seemed to love them. When we came back our apartment was clean and tidy, as if we've never left. We highly recommend Victoria and Jack and would love to have them here again!

One could not ask for a better pet-sitter and house-sitter than Sam. After being away for six weeks, we came home to a spotless home, a calm and welcoming dog, and even cookies and a vegan casserole! In the interim, Sam was an excellent communicator, shared pics and anecdotes about Brewer with us in messages, and was self-reliant and practical when she had a concern about a limp he developed--an issue we were easily able to work through together in a few conversations. Brewer is a Big Boy and needs a daily dose of exercise in addition to being monitored in the evenings so he doesn't "serenade" the neighbors and Sam was diligent in her attention to his needs. We seriously cannot recommend Sam highly enough to capture how great she is as a Trusted Homesitter. 10 out of 5 stars!! Crystal is a very sweet and kind person and I liked her a lot when she came in to meet Zazu and I. I could see straight away that Zazu liked her and For me the most important thing on these sits is that Zazu is safe and happy and that my flat is well taken care off. And Crystal did that. This being said, there’s a few points I’d like to mention. As she knows, there was a bit of miscommunication on the check in day which meant Crystal arrived later than I had wanted and Zazu was alone longer than I wished, so I take the lesson to be more clear about it in next sits. I also wouldn’t have minded if Crystal had sent me more updates (like once a day) but I didn’t feel too good asking for it as I didn’t want to disturb her. Also, one day Crystal locked herself out with Zazu and luckily my neighbours were around and had a spare key, but very often they are not and that would have been a stressful time for Crystal to resolve it as during Christmas time I didn’t have anyone around with a spare key set. Finally, something that bothered me a little bit was that when I got home Zazu’s water bowl was totally empty, and of course that’s a big issue for me and it made me wonder how long it had been empty for. I am sure it was just an innocent slip mistake but quite an important one to not happen again. Overall, Crystal was a lovely person but I did wish all these little hiccups wouldn’t have happened.

I can’t say enough good things about David and Bernadette! As always they check all the boxes. Communicative, sent photos and my home and pets were in great shape when I returned. Hope to have them again!

Jennifer and Matthew were wonderful! They kept me informed about my dog and cat, and sent pictures . I was away at a trade show, and I didn’t worry a bit about my pets ar my house. When I got home the house was neat and clean. Will be happy to have them come again! I think Tsuka, mt Alaskan Malamute, misses them!

Monica and her daughter were EXCELLENT house & pet-sitters. We've had her family here before and our pup LOVES them. When we come home, it's as if no one was here as far as the state of the house. They leave it in perfect condition - sometimes better than we left it! We would always welcome Monica and her family at our home.

I can’t tell you how lucky I feel that Barbara and John were available for my housesit. They were so fabulous on their first sit two years ago that I actually reached out to them to see if they would sit for me again on this trip – luckily they were! My cat is very fond of both of them. It was also wonderful to come home to a meticulously clean house, especially after a 27 hour travel day. They even bought fresh milk, eggs and bread so we would not have to run out first thing when we got home. Barb and John will continue to be my first choice whenever we travel!

It was so wonderful to have Erin and her daughter stay at my apartment for the week! Erin communicated very well before and during her stay which made me feel very comfortable during my trip. She clearly gave my kitty lots of love during the week! I loved the photos she sent daily, and I could tell that my kitty was really happy when I returned. She also did an amazing job cleaning up the place and leaving it tidy when she left. I would definitely recommend Erin to anyone looking for a great pet sitter!

Johnnie was very sweet. She was easy to talk to and was careful to listen to and understand the details of the sit. She did all the things that were important to me during the sit. She kept my kitty fed and safe. Minnie seemed quite content when I got back home. The house was mostly clean when we got home except the kitchen was a bit of a mess. She watered all my indoor and outdoor plants and made sure the house was locked and the alarm set when she was away. I would love to give Johnnie a 5 star rating but there were a couple of issues that came up that are preventing me from doing so. She was travelling with a partner that was not disclosed in her listing nor was it mentioned in any of our messaging. I found out by accident only a couple of days prior to her arrival. That information needs to be in the profile or at the very least the messaging with the host. The second thing is they appear to have helped themselves to a fair amount of alcohol while they were here. I have never had this happen before and will put it on my guide. I would never give permission for the alcohol.

Olivia was a fantastic choice for our family and kitties! She was very attentive and communicative. She made sure that not only our cats were well taken care of, but she tended to my garden and my houseplants as well. The house was neat and tidy when we got back. We'd be very happy to have Olivia stay with our family again!
