Michelle is someone we'd love to have again for a pet sit. She is communicative, responsive, organized, and made it easy for us to have her in our home looking after our fur babies. :) We have three older dogs who need medicine and other care. She not only handled that, but also sent us pics throughout her stay, spent lots of time with the dogs and upon our return our house was spic and span. I love Zeewoi and meeting people like Michelle.
Allison and Jason are very considerate and welcoming hosts, and they made sure I was comfortable in their home. Nestled in beautiful and private location, their home offers every amenity. The highlight of my stay was Keiko, a sweet doggie who loves to hang out with you. And the chickens! They were easy to take care of, and provided fresh eggs every day. Thank you, Allison, for your prompt communications, and to Jason, for fixing the AC! Highly recommend!
Very nice house near supermarkets and parks. Owners kept in contact the whole sit and helped us with all our questions. Gizmo is lovely and very easy going, she loves cuddles and being in the garden😊
House sitting for Michelle in Silverthorne was a dream of an experience. Lulu is immediately lovable and easy going. She was a great companion. This was my first time caring for chickens, and I had a lot of fun doing so! The process is easy enough, and being able to eat some of their eggs was a new experience for me. The casita and home are super cozy and clean. Michelle is super sweet and communicative, she left great directions and walked me through everything in person. We also texted a bit and she was always available. The family is wonderful and I’d highly recommend this sit! Thank you Michelle + Brian!
Great sit! Ramy is easy and fun and talkative... we had fun birdwatching. Sarah was awesome to communicate with and her place is comfortable - love the artist supplies!! Neighborhood is great for walking and exploring... thank you!!
Staying at Liz's gem of a home was such a treat! So comfortable and beautifully decorated with original artwork and recent renovation, this cozy spot is a short walk to a great coffee spot and several ethnic eateries - including the amazing Savio Volpe restaurant! There is a lovely large kitchen and a back deck that is a perfect place to put your legs up and have a read. The outside patio / garden areas are also lovely and a perfect spot on a sunny afternoon. On those chilly nights, cozy up with a blanket in the upstairs den with the large screen tv! At the end of the day, a very comfy bed awaits. Liz is very easy to communicate with and she has a very useful house guide prepared waiting for you at the house. The neighbourhood was is central Vancouver so easy to get to any destination. Today I picked up my Sam and he was smelling good and was ready for his pup whip cup… from the looks of it since he was being such a good boy Auntie Chelle’s Pet Care treated Sam to an early birthday gift before sending him home and his whip was all over his face and since the one I bought was in the car it was double trouble thank you for having the big heart that you do for our pets and caring for Sam when I’m away on business I really appreciate it. I highly recommend and highly trust Auntie Chelle’s pet care with my animal anytime.
Where do I begin….? I never had a dog before and at the start of this year I made the choice to add to my family a GSD. I wanted to do everything for my fur baby but had no clue where to start. I was scouring the internet for resources and ‘what to do ….’ type information which quickly became overwhelming. I have spoken to many people during my search for a Doggy Day Care and was thankfully met with Lachelle. I was ultimately searching for a place where my pup would be able to get socializing time while I am at work; a place to be safe and play with other pups/dogs. To my surprise Lachelle offered that and much more!!!! Such as plenty of information, suggestions, unique approaches to training, exposure with children/kitties/adults and always communicates about progress (daily updates). She has provided more than just a day care but peace of mind!! I can easily tell she is the whole deal because of two things - that auntie family like feel/trust and how excited my pup always is to meet her and her family! If your looking for a place for your fur baby where they are given plenty of play time / attention and structure then Auntie Chelle is your place! My favorite things are the daily reports she provides (its the cutest and informative), if she notices anything she will always make me aware and the pictures/videos she send me which (always) cheers me up! -Thank you Lachelle for everything-

The only place I’d board my dog is Doggie Bed & Breakfast. Julie, Kevin, and everybody else there is calm and unflappable - exactly what a dog needs going into a new situation. They are kind, knowledgeable, and take the time to learn the personalities of all the dogs in their care. As soon as he’s out of the car, Hopper starts pulling at his leash, wanting to get there as soon as he can, wagging his tail like a lunatic, and I know when I pick him up, he’ll be happily exhausted. Whether you want a low stress place for your dog to socialize with other dogs and people for the day, or you need a place for your dog to stay overnight that’s safe, fun, and where they’ll gets lots of love, Doggie Bed & Breakfast is the place!
Doggie Bed and Breakfast is the only place I trust with my supper needy boston terrier. Dallas always feels at home and it is very awesome to receive pictures and updates on how my little man is doing. Julie and her family have a life saver for my family as well, taking Dallas on short notice when my house/dog sitter backed out last minute. Thank you so much for everything..
The team at Doggie Bed and Breakfast go beyond to take care of my dog Reno. Each day when I drop him off I am confident that he is as safe and as loved as if he was at home. They are pup- perfection! Leaving our fur babies is hard, just know if your pup is in their care he/she will be in great care.
Julie and her sister Sandy are wonderful. My miniature Dachshund, Bruno, has been going to their home for doggie daycare for some time now. They have gone above and beyond taking him with very little notice and picking him up and returning him. I feel very confident about his safety while in their care. Recently, I had an emergency and they picked him up without any notice and I boarded him with them for 3 days. This was the first time he was away from home and his first night he was nervous, but they gave him lots of reassurance and comfort. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a loving and caring doggie daycare and boarding in a home environment.

I cannot recommend Cha Cha's highly enough. My dog, Penny, has been going to daycare for a couple of years now, and I continue to be impressed with the staff's enthusiasm and care for my girl. The minute she realizes where we're going, she'll start her happy vocalizations in the car, and as soon as we arrive, she is DRAGGING me through the front gate to go play with her friends. Something I really love about Cha Cha's is that the staff doesn't just sit there and observe the dogs - they actively engage with them - enrichment activities, snuggles, etc. It makes my heart so happy to see my pup so happy there. For me, having separate spaces for big and little dogs is a huge plus, as Penny is very nervous around high-energy/boisterous big dogs. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure every dog is comfortable and well-taken-care-of. In addition to daycare, I've also used Cha Cha's boarding services and more recently, their grooming services, and have been really happy with all of it. While these services aren't "cheap," everything is priced competitively/reasonably and frankly, the care your dog will get is worth ten times what you're charged. And I feel good about supporting a small business that gives back to its community, supporting many of the same groups and organizations that I do. Bottom line: Penny and I love Cha Cha's and know you will too! ❤
My dog has been going to Cha Cha’s for several years. She loves it and is so well taken care of. But just recently did I see just how much she’s loved there. The staff at Cha Cha’s is amazing. My dogs have been going here for the last 3 years.. they have been so patient with my kiddos and I absolutely trust them with their care. I recently took my dog to Cha Cha's, and I couldn't be happier! The staff was welcoming, and the groomer listened to my preferences, making my pup feel at ease. When I picked him up, he looked adorable - his coat was shiny, and the trim was perfect! The salon was clean, and they even provided helpful tips for at-home care. I highly recommend Cha Cha's for a fantastic grooming experience. We'll definitely be back!
My little Jackie loves Cha Cha’s, and so do I. I can check in on Jackie during the day via the live cameras and I see a happy dog. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. They seem to really enjoy the animals. They provide a safe environment for my dog to socialize and play with other dogs. At the end of the day, I pick up a tired and happy dog.
Cha Cha’s is the best! I’ve been taking my little rat terrier here for years- not only do they love her, but they always do a fantastic job! Julie is an amazing groomer and Heather at the front desk is always friendly and accommodating. I was even able to make a same-day appointment
We love Cha Cha's! We come here 2x a week for daycare, some grooming and lots of boarding throughout the year. The staff, literally everyone, is always so welcoming and kind to my guy. Arthur, my Boston Terrier, has a unique personality and can sometimes be weary of new people. Everyone knows this about him and they all give him his space and time to warm up when he comes in. The staff communicates well with me and go above in working with Arthur to break out of his shell. He comes home happy and exhausted. Having Cha Cha's as part of Arthur's routine has been so great for him!
Our rescue dog, Marty, has been going to Cha Cha's since she was 2 years old in 2019. She goes multiple times a week for day care, gets monthly grooming, and boarding occasionally. We absolutely love the staff and greatly appreciate the care they provide. We know she has a blast every time she is there and wouldn't trust her with anyone else!
This review has been a long time coming. From the time you step in the door with your fur baby(s), people are friendly, pleasant, attentive, and in great spirits! My dog is running for the front door when we arrive, which makes me feel like I'm a good dog Mom. He comes home tired and freshly bathed, ready for dinner and, evening snuggles.
