My stay at Rob's with Jonas was wonderful. Rob was welcoming and communicated everything needed well in advance. Jonas is a super sweet dog. He was very well behaved on our walks, and otherwise was happy to curl up on the couch. He loves attention, and is a great companion for any exploring. Rob's location is perfect, it has a remote feel with lots of trails nearby but also some friendly neighbors.
I had a lovely time looking after Martin and Amber's house and Pets. Nala is a lovely dog with her own unique character. She loved her walks and enjoyed playing with her toys. She clearly loves the company of humans and would often come to be stroked or just lie at my feet. It was really fascinating looking after the insects too. Waterbeach is picturesque, quiet village in itself but only a few minutes drive away from beautiful cambridge. I would recommend this sit to anyone who loves peace and quiet and gorgeous dogs.
Warm welcome from Pete and Nicky. Slightly hesitant hello from Pickle but within half an hour she was our best buddy & enjoying tummy rubs. She’s such a well trained and impeccably behaved lab. She’s a credit to all Pete’s efforts in training her and she was admired and fussed over wherever we went, including her favourite cream tea in the local pub The Lion. Very friendly village with lots of amenities, great bakery and coffee shop. Never pulls on lead but loves being free off lead on her walks of which there are many within easy walking distance of the house or just a short drive away. We loved spending hours on long and very muddy walks with Pickle then coming home for her shower & towel rub which she loved. That said she does like her own space and will retreat to the doggie room for some R& R. We thoroughly enjoyed our sit in their very comfortable home and look forward to hopefully returning sometime in the future.
What a pleasure it was to housesit for Sofia and her lovely family together with my son during New Year's holidays!! They have a comfy home and garden in West London. They were so welcoming and helpful as it was our first experience with Trustedhousesitters . As for the cats, they were delightful and affectionate, we had a lot of fun together. It has been months since I was there and just the thought of them makes me smile. I would easily recommend jumping at the chance to housesit for anyone there. A big thank you to Trustedhousesitters for introducing us to each other.
It was a very comfortable sit, in a lovely house, in a lovely area and it was great to meet Simi before the sit as she was able to show me everything I needed to know. Bindi was a very straightforward and easy cat to look after too!
We stayed with Opi for 3 amazing weeks. It was hard to leave! The apartment is fantastic, bright, clean, spacious and modern. We could walk to amazing restaurants and stores, including Trader Joe’s. Opi was a treat to be with. He is a demanding cat, in a good way. He wants to play or get attention all day. If you aren’t home, he sits in the window and waits for neighbors to come by and talk to him. This review portion of the app isn’t letting me see what I type. Excuse the typos, it must be broken right now. Opi is a smuggler once he gets to know you. Play friend, he accepts right away, his cuddle friend takes a few days to warm up. We had a great time with Opi. His family communicated well and were easy to work with. I highly recommmend staying with Opi and hopefully I will get a chance to iagain in the future.
