We had a fantastic week in Madehurst. The location is absolutely stunning and we were blessed with some amazing weather. Honey and Toast are delightful dogs. Toast is super cuddly and a real character. Honey is quite elderly but very sweet. Tory is an incredibly generous host - providing a delicious hamper and loads of useful information. The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and exploring all the local sights. Couldn’t recommend the sit more highly and we would love to return if invited.
Petsitting Laurie's and ENPA's cats is a unique experience, both challenging and enjoyable. Her cats are very sweet and friendly, watching them grow is something heartwarming. We fall in love with each one of them. Besides, taking care the kittens from ENPA was something new for us, but the last sitters before us, Laurie remotely, the people from ENPA and vet helped us a lot. The house is big and well prepared for the sitting experience. Of course, you have to take well take care of it. The town is very nice with a beautiful view to the mountains. Also you can do a daily trip days to Venice. Laurie is a very gentle and nice woman, she was always giving us a hand during our experience. She loves her cats and devoted to them. We totally recommend this experience to any cat lover!
Tranquil Haven: Embracing Elegance and Openness Melissa and Andy are wonderful individuals and their home as well as their sweet fur babies Ingo, Rue, and Alfie is a perfect reflection of them! I loved the opportunity to housesit for them and their fur babies just enhanced this serene experience. Rue, Ingo, and Alfie are three peas in a pod and as soon as you meet them, they are immediately loving and affectionate!! The chickens and ducks were adorable and very easy to care for. Melissa and Andy’s home is equipped with all that you’d need and their bed is like laying on a pillow!! Thank you sweet beings for inviting me to housesit as I truly appreciate the sublime peacefulness of your home, pets, and surroundings!
Dawn is an amazingly friendly, hospitable and attentive hostess. She gave me a tour of the home and left detailed information about the home and pets to make my sitting easier.Her house is very clean and comfortable. Both cats are not problematic and calm. It took Dakota a while to used to me and we became friends. Diego was affectionate and purring. I really enjoyed this sitting and am grateful Dawn for hospitality.
We enjoyed our sit with Sarahs four dogs very much. They all have a nice and friendly, good-natured character and we fell so much in love with them, that we met them again, even after the sit was finished. Jeronimo is a very cute and easy going Labrador who resides in a special house built basically over the water in Ballard. The views are amazing being on the water and Ballard is an cool area to explore with lots of breweries, restaurants and shops. Would recommend to anyone looking to explore a bit of Seattle or just stay somewhere quite cool. Jessica was very responsive and welcoming too!
