Sarita is highly recommended. She was the ideal housesitter and exceeded all my expectations. She's also a joy to work with. I will definitely use her again if I ever get the chance. You are in good hands and can travel with ease knowing she's caring for your home.

Nancy and Matt were absolutely fantastic. After a quick walk-through when they arrived, we left them the keys for *an entire week* and didn't hear a peep - they simply took care of our two pups, watched over the house, and explored the neighborhood and city like pros. And they went the extra mile - taking Ruby and Poppy on lots of walks and doggie excursions, to the point where I'm not sure the dogs were all that happy to see us come back. :)

Put simply, I can't endorse Nancy and Matt enough!

Ali and her partner were the most fabulous cat sitters. Couldn’t have asked for more. They were so good at communicating even before the sit and during they sent so many pics of our kitties which were so appreciated. 
They also dealt with a problem with one naughty kitty peeing inside house so kindly and without any fuss. 
They also left the house immaculate and a little gift for us. So so kind. Couldn’t recommend more and would love to use again. Thank you !!!

Karl and Jane's secluded home was a great place to be on hot summer days, and the king and queen of the manor were Sparky and Mimi. After a day of getting to know one another, we had a a wonderful 2 weeks together. They were content with a routine of inside, outside, nap, patrol the yard, and treats. I loved exploring the area and found unique shops, walking trails and nice restaurants in nearby villages. Karl and Jane  were most hospitable and anticipated everything needed to make for a comfortable stay.

What an absolute dream sit! 
And the dreamiest part of all?
Well obviously that would be the super dreamy Finley! 😍

Clearly you can see that the house looks beautiful from the photos but as my Mum will tell you, all I could talk about when I was accepted for the sit… was Finley! 🤩

I was lucky to be staying locally at the time of applying so was able to go and meet Claire, Phil and Finley and I immediately fell in love with all three of them!

Being local also meant I was able to join Claire and Finley for a couple of walks before the sit which was such a bonus as I was able to see how good Finley is when off the lead and get some understanding as to ‘how he rolls’ when he’s doing his adorable Spaniel ‘thing’!  🤩

So that I could give Finley and I a bit of time to get to know each other and so that I felt comfortable letting him off the lead and trusting the recall, I made sure our first walk was the woods where I’d walked with Claire. And just like he was that day, he was brilliant and would come instantly flying back to the whistle (and for the treats!). He really is good as gold and you’ll be his best pal in seconds of hanging out with him!



Claire and Phil were SUPER hosts who made me feel so at home in their company and house within moments of being there and as for Finley, well he’s just FULL to bursting with the love and the ‘let’s be pals!’ 😃

I also stayed with them the night before they left for their travels so it would be an easy morning for them leaving the next day. Claire made us the most delicious dinner and it was so lovely and easy just to be in their company. I felt right at home!

Communication with Claire was so easy, clear (and lovely!) right from the start and especially while they were away. She was always quick to respond to questions which was so helpful. I never had to ‘just figure stuff out’ which is only a good thing when you’re looking after someone else’s furry family 👍🏻

Finley was literally a dream to hang out with. He of course, also LOVES a good walk and has a ton of energy to let rip once he’s out but as I wrote above, he’s amazing on the recall and as Phil told me, he ALWAYS knows where you are and ALWAYS comes back. Which he ALWAYS did! 

It was such a treat and joy to see him just doing his Spaniel ‘thing’ knowing he was safe and happy with me… as I was with him.

Claire and Phil provided a very thorough House/Finley guide which includes lovely walks where you can happily let him run off the lead to his little furry heart’s content. 
 
Back at home, he was the most chill pup and it was just so lovely to be in his handsome company. He’s a fairly independent boy but he also loves to be near you and and also LOVES a snuggle which of course, I was always MORE than happy to provide! 

So thank you Claire, Phil and Finley for being AMAZING hosts and for making me feel so welcome in your beautiful home and above all, for trusting me to look after your magical boy! 💫

I feel like I’ve very much made three fabulous new friends and I can’t wait to see you guys again soon for my next sit with Finley in May!
