Craig and Jon were the best. We couldn't have hoped for better people to take care of our cats and our home. They are exactly how they come across on their profile - Friendly, professional, trust worthy and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed getting their updates and pictures and it was such a joy to come back to a cosy, tidy home. The cats loved them. We feel truly lucky to have met them and we hope they can come back to sit for us in the future.

Kimberly and Ted were wonderful! Kimberly is super organized, had studied the Welcome Guide before coming over to learn the pets’ routine, and they were timely and very neat. Ted is an animal magnet and Luna and the kitties had a wonderful weekend - Luna hiking and playing ball and tug of war and the kitties hanging out in his lap. They were perfect sitters.

Dhrooti was perfect! She communicated thoroughly and responded quickly. She left my home immaculately clean and was very respectful of my personal space. She was also very attentive to my cat who didn't even seem to miss me, since she was so well-loved under Dhrooti's care. I would definitely re-book Dhrooti and I recommend her with enthusiasm and without reservation.

It was such a pleasure to have Janessa take care of our cat and home for over two weeks. It was clear she was spending time with him, he seemed so chill on our return, which hasn’t been true other times we’ve traveled. The house was incredibly clean on our return. While we were away, Janessa was responsive when we reached out and proactive in her care of Pokey.

My dogs and cat were very happy to have Bert in our home, and I'm very grateful to him for making them so happy! Bert spent a lot of time with me in a video call prior to the sit; I appreciated the chance to learn more about him and his past pet sitting experiences, and I also appreciated his taking the time to fully understand the situation at my house before committing to the sit. His questions during our conversation showed me that he was thinking ahead and that he was serious about wanting to give the best possible care to my animals. A good friend of mine who lives in my town helped me greet Bert when he arrived; this friend told me that Bert asked a lot of good questions and was very friendly and polite. Throughout the sit, Bert kept in touch with me, sending me photos of my babies and asking me any questions that came up. He even cared enough to ask about the locations of my dogs' and cat's toys. Due to the unusual circumstances of my trip, I never got to meet Bert in person, but in the photos he sent, I always saw very happy dogs and a very pleased cat. Two of my dogs are quite shy, and the photos of them crowding in close for Bert's attention and cuddles really warmed my heart. Because my local friend was not available on Bert's last day at my house, Bert was kind enough to stick around and make the time to be at my house to welcome my next sitter. I really appreciated his help in introducing her to my pets and showing her what she needed to know before he left. It was clear to me that with Bert, my animals and home were in very good hands, I am thankful for his good care, and I would happily welcome him back into my home with my pets whenever he next comes back to Taiwan.

I cannot say enough about Barbara and her husband Jonathan! They were amazing, kind and caring and we were so thankful to have them watching our dogs! Right before we left, one of our dogs became mysteriously ill, and Barbara was empathetic, loving and kind to her and we are so grateful! I would recommend her beyond 5 stars if it was available. I would definitely use her EVERY time if she was available!

Kalailia and Ethan were fantastic and all you want in house/pet sitters. They were on time on their arrival, keeping me informed on their travel progress. They were self sufficient, looked after the pups well, asked questions when unsure about things. Left the place organized and spotless. Highly recommend them and hope they might look after my fur friends again someday!

Veronica is a lovely girl who kept us in the loop with regular pictures of the dogs on their walks and the cat in her favourite sleeping spots. Veronica was very flexible when we had some last minute date changes and really stepped up for us. She also took great care of the pot plants 🥰. We are looking forward to having Veronica sit for us again.

Andres and Ximena are lovely and caring! I met them both before the sit so we had time to spend together. I knew from the time we met that I was fortunate to have Andres and Ximena stay with my two kitties. Both are warm, attentive to detail and organized. On the sit, I was updated every day, sent wonderful photos with sweet mention of what the kitties were doing. I had complete peace of mind knowing my cats were in their loving hands. I arrived home to sparkling clean place. I so appreciated that Andres and Ximena thoughtfully washed the bed linen and put it back on the bed. I came back to happy and relaxed cats. I hope and will grateful to have Andres and Ximena stay once again! :)

Reenie and Andrew were fantastic!!! It was clear they really, genuinely cared about my cat and enjoyed spending time with her. I had some issues with getting a package returned to FedEx, and Reenie was ON IT. They communicated well and were a pleasure to work with. Would book them again in a heartbeat.

Rachel sat for our two dogs and two kittens for our first post Covid vaccine trip! We had planned to be away for 6 days, and advertised the sit as such, but then after Rachel had accepted, we realized we could take a few extra days if she was able to stay longer. And being the flexible person she is, Rachel agreed to the change of plans. She was attentive to the pets (we could tell how much they liked her right off the bat), send texts and pictures almost daily to update us on feeding, walks, etc. She took the dogs to their favorite walking trails in her car several times, which was most kind. I was extremely impressed with the consideration and care she gave both us and our home. In a phone call the day before we were due home she asked if she could go into our “wing” of the house to check for any surprises that the kittens might have left and she mentioned some scratches that she’d noticed on a door frame and worried they might have been caused during her stay. I reassured her they were the work of other cats who are no longer with us, and was impressed with her thoroughness and concern for our home. She was communicative, neat, left the house as clean as she found it, and took excellent care of all our pets. I recommend her without reservation. Thank you Rachel for your TLC to both pets and home! We will welcome you back any time.

I so appreciated Tyler. He was very pleasant to work with, quick to respond and easy to set up a zoom house tour. Our animals and house were in great shape following his visit. He gets extra stars for flexibility. Our plans changed and we came home a day early (letting him know of course.) Tyler was willing to switch sleeping rooms and joined our family for dinner. Very enjoyable man and I'd happily have him again.
