Joana is wonderful! From the first contact online to a pre-sit meeting we felt completely at ease leaving Lola and our home is such reliable and caring hands. We were happy to get daily photo or video updates and felt confident that Lola and Joana had become firm friends. Communication was great and Joana even offered to remain on standby in case our return flight was delayed. We came home to an immaculately clean and tidy house and a very well cared for dog. Mel and Rolf were absolutely amazing. From the start communication was fantastic. On arrival we very much enjoyed our time meeting Mel, Rolf and their adorable son Samuel. They were so friendly and organized and the dogs took to them right away. While on our trip we got regular updates and photographs of the dogs. What was very apparent from the photos was how much our two dogs had bonded with Mel, Rolf and Samuel. It made our trip so much better to see that the dogs were essentially having their own "staycation" while we were away, On our return, the house was cleaned and organized for us and Rolf even baked us a delicious loaf of bread. We can't thank Mel, Rolf and Samuel enough for taking such good care of our dogs and home. If you are so lucky to have them apply for a sit you should say yes as quickly as you can and rest assured you will have amazing care of your home and pet(s). Thanks again to Mel, Rolf and Samuel.
