Andesia was absolutely wonderful and super flexible. She communicated with video and pictures daily. Any time I contacted her she was available. My house was left the way she received it. We had an excellent stay with cats Enke & Sidney and our kind hosts Susan & Brian left very clear instructions for all facets regarding the fur babies and their beautiful well equipped house. The location was just South of the airport in a lovely suburban town of Manotick with lots of forest and active wildlife outside the study window such a red, grey, black squirrels, Cardinals and Bluejays. Fortunately I also got lots of exercise as Ottawa had some of their biggest snowfall this century plus Curling lessons. Ottawa city centre is a simple 25 min drive and a must do is skate on Rideau Canal and eat Beavertails..
Olivia is very welcoming, she explained well how to care for her cats. Her house is clean, comfortable and well situated in London Archway. Her cats are so cute, gentle and easy to care for. We were happy to sit Olivia’s cats and her house, and it will be a great pleasure to see her again.
I am not surprised that Lizzie and Chris have such lovely kitties - they are the loveliest of people! Badger, Cookie and the Princess - Treacle, are such wonderful characters and their acceptance and affection for me brought me such joy. They each have their own unique personality and it was a delight to share my days and evenings with them - my bed (me in it) and my bag were their favourite places! Oh what snuggles! Their house is THE most beautiful; comfortable beyond belief and the garden is a dream. The countryside around for walking is second to none and the footpaths and trails countless and full of variety. I ached with sadness as I put the key through the door and drove away, leaving my new furry family and the beautiful, rolling South Downs behind. Lizzie and Chris thank you for sharing this experience that I will treasure.
Spending time and looking after poodle Jeje and cat Princy has been an overwhelming joy for us in every way. Jeje loves to go for walks outside in the beautiful woods and fields of Ben and Sibylle's rural home. Jeje also joined us to explore the nearby city of Basel—which is very convenient to travel to by tram. Jeje loves to play and is also totally cuddly and affectionate. Princy is very lovable and sweet, likes to be alone, but at the same time always wanted to be close to us. Both animals live in such a loving environment and beautiful home. Ben and Sibylle are both very communicative and warm-hearted. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel very welcome as part of the family and staying for a few days after house sitting resulted in wonderful conversation and a loving farewell. We will surely miss them all. And we look forward to another opportunity to see them all again.
We had such a lovely time pet sitting for Sally and Doug! They left a very comprehensive guide detailing all the needs for each pup and caring for the home. We arrived a day before they left which was perfect since we got to know the schedule for the dogs and lay of the land while they were there for us to answer any questions. They also made it easy to stay in contact while they were away if we had any questions which was reassuring. Each of the dogs has such a different and fun personality! We really enjoyed getting to know each one and spending time with them on walks and couch cuddles. We miss the girls for sure and loved our time with them! The home itself is situated in a beautiful location. We took advantage of the fresh mountain air and went for scenic walks around the house. There was much more to explore and we recommend it future sitters!
Looking after Baillie and Malcolm was an absolute delight. They are such beautiful dogs. We went on gorgeous walks in beautiful Drem and one day we took the boys one stop over to North Berwick one day where they enjoyed walking along the beach. Rachel and Andrew's home is lovely and they were so welcoming. I really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend to any pet sitters looking for a lovely escape in the countryside with super sweet dogs!
