Carol
This was a great sit! Carol & Bruce are wonderful people and warm hosts. Their home is spacious, comfortable, and peaceful in beautiful Anacortes. Instructions for sitting were clear and communication (before and during the sit) was timely. Tosh is a fun and easy keeper. He loved going for once-daily walk-jogs in nearby Washington Park; a great place for people and pups on the park loop (which is closed to vehicle traffic till 10am). With his once-daily feeding regimen and easy-to-meet exercise expectations, Tosh was a delight. And a character! We feel like we have new canine and human friends, and look forward to sitting again any time.

Jeff
Jeff and Susan were wonderful hosts, and we really enjoyed our time with all the pets - adorable doggies Chloe and Truffles, and their two sweet kitties Emma and Westley.

Jeff was super-helpful, he even made a point to take us all around the neighboring towns to show us shopping, restaurants, attractions and anything else we might want. They also left us a guidebook - more like an AirBNB than a petsit :) We got a chance to experience all the Christmas festivals in the area, which was lovely.

All pets were incredibly sweet, the cats would take turns sleeping with me at night and the dogs would hang out with us in whatever room we were in. Both dogs are very energetic for their ages, so we did lots of pleasant walks in the area.

Their home is very comfortable and overall it was a great experience. We thank them for being such helpful, communicative and welcoming hosts! And we already miss all the pets!

David & Becky
We had a wonderful stay at David and Becky's. They were really kind and made us feel instantly welcome in their home. David very kindly picked us up from the train station and Becky made us a delicious meal on our arrival.
The house is beautiful, large, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable beds and has a fantastic garden to enjoy. It is so peaceful in the garden with an abundance of birds and squirrels to keep you company. The bus stop to take you easily into Sheffield is 5 minutes walk and the train station is approximately 20 minutes walk. There is a large Co-Op supermarket 15 minutes walk away.

Brian the cat is adorable. He is very independent and the easiest cat to care for. He has multiple cat flaps to come and go as he pleases and always goes to the toilet outside so no litter boxes to clean out! He is not a lap cat and was a little wary of us for the first couple of days but soon gained confidence and was more than happy to lie near us around the house.

If you get the opportunity to sit for David , Becky and Brian you will have a great time - A definite 5 stars!

Alison and Scott
We are very grateful that Alison and Scott gave us the opportunity to take care of their home and pets; and also got to enjoy the beautiful area of Shirley and Victoria. Alison and Scott’s beautiful home overlooks the Juan de Fuca Strait with changing great vistas. We got to take in the fog with the fog horn, the lights of the ships cruising by, and the sound of the ocean. We were made to feel relaxed and at home on arrival, and appreciated the time they both took to show us around and explain what was required while they were away. Tassie was a very smart 18 month old Golden Retriever. We absolutely enjoyed the long French Beach walks with Tassie, as she loved the water and loved every one she met! Chai was no effort to take care of. Chai loved her head rubbed so then she would purr….purr. So thank you Alison and Scot for a very enjoyable house sit! We would certainly would entertain another invite. Alison and Scott are a 5 thumbs up!!!!

Safa
I had such a wonderful experience at Safa's with Q and Eve. Safa was a great communicator before and during the sit. I felt very comfortable and knew there was someone to reach out to if I had any questions. Q and Eve are adorable and I loved spending time with them. Eve was a cuddle bug, and while Q took about a day to warm up, once she did she was always ready for a pet or chin scratch. Safa's flat was well-located and had everything I needed. Safa has such a warm and welcoming personality, and I felt right at home. I'd definitely recommend this sit!

Wonderful sit at Tom and Kate’s immaculate home in a lovely, safe neighbourhood close to trails and amenities. Their home had everything one could wish for and all in impeccable order.

Wallis and Drizzle were lovely companions. They were easy going, playful, and affectionate. Sweet kitties that we miss already. Would highly recommend sitting for Tom and Kate.
