Kitty and I are so grateful to have had Austin and Beth care for our dog and home during our three-week winter trip abroad! Sebastian is an old dog with chronic health issues and Austin demonstrated quickly that he could manage the frequent ear cleanings and medications. We found both Austin and Beth to be highly competent, responsible and trustworthy. We were impressed with the genuine care and love they showed Sebastian. Right away they recommended and ordered a supplement designed for improving his weakened hips. We also appreciated their comfort with things like using a wood-burning stove, warding off unwanted wildlife (like predatory blue herons), and everything tech. Their communications were regular and fun. I’d be amiss if I did not mention the deep clean they gave our home. We have been back a couple of days and have delighted in opening a drawer to see the contents organized. To us this spoke strongly to the care and love they extended to our home. We are so grateful to have had this chance to get to know them and hope to have the chance to work with them again in the future! Anyone would be lucky to have them.
