Barbara and Bo were fantastic Barbara was very hospitable to me as she picked me up from the airport and was nothing but accommodating. She let my family come with me and stay at her place while taking care of Bo as well as let us borrow her vehicle. Barbara was clear with her instructions and gave me updates if I needed to be aware of any potential deliveries coming to her house. Bo is a sweet and loving dog who loves to play, when he's in the mood. If not he loves cuddling up besides you while you watch TV or work and enjoys the general company you provide. Bo is a very low maintenance dog. He enjoys the simple things in life, doesn't bark at most things and listens to commands. If you want to be with a very friendly, loving dog, while being a stone's throw from the city. This is a great location for a sit.
We've just finished a fabulous house sit in Fulbourn, Cambridge, looking after Miles, a sweet little poodle, and Muffin, the cat. Both animals are delightful and have really good routines. They were really easy to care for and good company. Martin and Deanna are very friendly and made us very welcome in their beautiful home which also has a beautiful garden. The village of Fulbourn is really pleasant with a local Co-op, butchers, bakers, and pub nearby. Plenty of pleasant walks around and a very popular Sports & Social Club on the edge of the recreation ground - which was a bonus to be able to stop for a drink at the end of the dog walk. We thoroughly enjoyed this sit and hope we get invited back in the future. Highly recommended for other house sitters.
We had a lovely time at Kiki and Sophie's flat in Stockwell with Pieper and Timi. It's in a really good location for visiting basically anywhere in London and the surrounding area is fun/buzzy with lots of interesting people. Kiki and Sophie were friendly and good communicators before and during the sit. Pieper and Timi were sweet and funny cats who enjoyed a lap in the evenings but were fairly independent. They sleep through the night which is always appreciated! Pieper enjoyed playing with his springs, string toy and watching cat TV with us. There's also a nice working set up if you do work from home! Thanks so much for having us Sophie and Kiki, we'd love to come back if the dates lined up!
A very pleasant home, close to the Bristol city centre. We looked after Pluto the cat, who is a very friendly big ball of fluff. Communication was easy with Steve & Liv too, would highly recommend this sit.
Graham and Kay were so accommodating and lovely. Very cool area and lots of walks including one. practically in the backyard up to Croft Castle. Teddy is in enormous sweetheart. If you are looking for a sit with a small lapdog, who never wants to play, this is not the sit for you. But if you were looking for a large, active, energetic dog, who likes exercise, then you will love spending time with Teddy like I did. Thanks for a great week Teddy!
