A definite 5 star housesit begins with Sandra and Rod - two very interesting and accomplished people who I genuinely enjoyed talking to… add a wonderfully well-appointed & comfortable condo that is situated on a golf course (one of many) and is walking distance to town and the beach! Finally, you will love the “girls” who are sweet, well behaved and total snuggle-bunnies! As I said, a total 5 Star experience!!
We were incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to watch Hank and Dakota! They are the sweetest dogs, well trained, and incredibly easy to love as they enjoy snuggling and playing in the yard just as much as we do! Sarah and Colby were wonderful from the first moment we spoke to them. Their home is beautiful and welcoming in the charming town of Marsure. We instantly felt comfortable and loved the location. They are the NICEST couple! Communication was easy and they both were very helpful with recommendations of what to see and do in the area. We are happy to consider them friends now. Thank you for welcoming us into your home and we look forward to seeing you all again soon!
Sitting and getting to look after Maddie was fantastic. Maddie was very well behaved and loved all her walks as well as listening to the radio when I was out. Mary and Dave were fantastic, they gave me all the information I needed as well as tips of what local pubs and walks to explore. The home was spotless and an amazing stay all round. Could not recommend it anymore!!
I had a wonderful sit for Dawn and Bill and enjoyed looking after Iris and Rose. Great communication from Dawn before and during the sit. I didn’t meet them on arrival but was lucky enough to meet them when they returned from their holiday and we got on instantly. Iris is a shyer than Rose but, by my last day, braved snuggling up next to me. Rose sat on my lap a few times. The cats get on really well and there’s no harm in either of them. I enjoyed visiting quite a few places - including Dartmouth and NT Greenway ( Agatha Christie’s holiday home), a walk to Dawlish and visit to friends for lunch in Brixham but also enjoyed being around the lovely home and enjoying the sunshine in the garden. I would not hesitate to return and would encourage anyone to take up a sit here if offered.
It was a pleasure to care for Snowey and kirsty's house for two months. I only met Kirsty briefly but she is lovely and very laid back about the whole house and cat sitting thing. Communication was great and easy between us while she was away. Snowy is a very independent boy, he loves to roam and hang out with his kitty pals and comes home for food and, and for cuddles when he feels like it :) He's a sweet and gentle boy and easy to care for and love. Kirsty's house is lovely and spacious; easy to get to the beach and always lots going on locally. Would happily sit for Kirsty and Snowey again. Thank you
Katie was super easy to communicate with! Willow, Casper and Pepper were a dream to look after. Pepper is such a cutie and loves her walks and play time. Llanelli is such a beautiful little town as well and we enjoyed the beach and the local pubs in town. Thanks again Katie for having us, we hope we might meet again one day!
