This was a lovely sit. Shilpi gave very clear and concise instructions, which made everything so easy. The cats, Taiko and Nori, are cool characters and very independent. And the home is so peaceful and quiet, located above all the hustle and bustle of Silver Lake and Sunset Boulevard, but still just a short, downhill walk away from everything. (But remember to wear comfortable shoes for the uphill walk back!) It's a trendy, happening area with plenty of things to see and check out. I would definitely sit here again!
From the first moment you have the feeling of not being a stranger, Rachel welcomes you with such joy and puts herself at your service, which seems to have always known us. It is very easy to connect with her. Et6 spends a lot of time and tells you everything. How to go to Liverpool, Manchester, or Chester, all well explained. And their kittens are beautiful. Starting with Bella, who is my stuffed animal, affectionate, hugging, then Lilly who has my heart stolen, as she purred every time I caressed her and Lucy, a whole character, independent and affectionate. I left loving them. Of course I recommend you do Rachel's house, 110%, if I could, I would do it again. I arrived as a stranger, and now we are very friendly. Thanks Rachel.
This was honestly my best house/ pet sit so far. From the first second I arrived, I felt so immensely comfortable & safe at Kim's lovely home. I was even lucky enough to spend some time with the whole family, which was a real treat. Everyone was very welcoming and considered that my needs are met. Being with Lola was just a complete joy. She is such a funny, happy and well behaved dog and it was really hard for me to say goodbye. I highly recommend to sit for Lola and soak up the energy of this special & loving home.
We had a wonderful time looking after Bruno! He is very sweet and cuddly. Marita was very kind and helpful and we felt very much at home for the 4 days we were house sitting. Marita's home is very central and it was only ever a bus ride to get into the centre of London. There is also a lovely garden which was a great space to have our breakfast in the sunshine. We really enjoyed staying and looking after Bruno, we would highly recommend this sit!
