This was my first house sit and it was Geoff’s first time for a house sitter also. Geoff is super chill and laid back which is awesome! He has maple very obedient for such a young pup at 1 year old, it’s impressive. She is full of love and very energetic and loves to play fetch with the ball! Cahlua is very chill and relaxed, she trained as a guide dog some years ago so she’s very calm! The closest park is 30 seconds from the door when you bring them for a walk daily! I would also bring them to a much bigger spacious park a 4 min walk away also. I would bring them on the bus to Preston park which a huge spacious area with lots of dogs about! They are very obedient on the bus. I would also bring them to the beach where maple loves to swim. The studio is very modern, zen, cosy & spacious! It’s very quite even though you are in central Brighton. The kitchen workspace is very spacious and a pleasure to cook in with a spacious fridge and a modern washing machine and dryer also. The TV has Apple TV and Netflix and a cool sound system which you can connect to also with your phone or tv. I had the use of Geoff’s bike if needed but most things are walking distance. Train station - 3 min walk Tesco express - 30 second walk Beach - less then 10 min walk Library to study - 6 min walk Majority of pubs/clubs/shops - 2min to 10min walk away. Geoff offered once he returned that I was welcome to stay for a few days extra if I needed, that there was no pressure to rush off which I found to be super awesome and I stayed for another 3 days with Geoff and the dogs! I would highly recommend this place.
