This was always going to be a difficult sit looking after 2 very mischievous 5 month old kittens but we had a really good video call with Viv so we were confident that everything would be fine. Then on the day that Viv & Graham arrived one of the kittens got sick and had to go into hospital for 2 nights meaning we had to cancel our departure. Viv & Graham very totally calm about this and just checked themselves into an Airbnb for a couple of nights. They were due to come back to our house after that as we were leaving early in the morning on newly booked flights and then our water main exploded leaving us with no water. Once again this was no problem to Viv & Graham and they found themselves somewhere to stay for another night. We finally got away 4 days late and from that moment on everything was plain sailing. Viv sent us photos and videos of the kittens every day, as we had requested. Graham fixed a big sunshade that had fallen down and the cats got lots of love and attention. We came back to happy, healthy cats, a spotlessly clean house and a delicious traybake. We would happily have Viv & Graham back to sit for us again and highly recommend them to anyone else.

Stan was fantastic with Maisha and Nusu and we would have him back anytime. Maisha is an anxious dog and felt settled with Stan immediately. He was wonderfully calm around them but also they knew he was in charge, which was good for Nusu. He took them for wonderful walks. Very helpful and kept all my plants alive during the hot weather which was a wonderful bonus. The house was immaculate when we got back. Thank you so much Stan.

It was Sabita's second sit for our cat Cleo and on this occasion too we returned from our holiday to a clean and tidy house and a happy cat. Sabita is a lovely girl, always responsive to the needs of Cleo and our own. She communicated well and sent us pictures of our beloved pet while we were away. We are planning to have Sabita back for more sits.

Holly made us feel safe in the knowledge that she would care for Freya as she was her own. They took her everywhere they went and Freya seemed happy and relaxed in the photos we received. I would definitely have Holly to care for Freya again 🐾🐾

Amanda and John took excellent care of our pets and property while we were away for a 3 month period. They kept us updated regularly and provided us with peace of mind all the time we were away. Our critters are older (dog, 2 cats and chickens) and had specific care needs and these were no trouble, all were very well looked after and cared for On our return it was lovely to come back to a clean home that they had clearly respected. I couldn’t recommend Charys and Dan enough as sitters. The love and care they showed our dogs and home was incredible. Such a lovely couple who couldn’t love dogs more or do enough to care for them. So respectful of our home and kept us updated on the doggies antics and wellbeing which was so appreciated as Prince hadn’t been well recently. Would have them back in a heartbeat! Tara is lovely and clearly an animal lover. Communication was great before our sit and during whilst we were abroad. She took our pup on lovely walks and sent us pics of her having the best time! We got home at 2am after a long trip and our house was spotless, we couldn't be more thankful and will definitely have her again! X

We all loved Helen, she's incredibly warm and friendly and obviously loves dogs and the outdoors. Our dogs seemed to really like her and had obviously been well looked after while we were away. Fabulous, Faultless Five Star sitters! We were treated to daily photos, videos and anecdotes about our much loved pet, which our whole family could access, and we had absolute confidence that our dog was being loved and cared for as always. It was as if a family member was at home. Local friends saw them out on walks and our dog always looked happy, under control and well cared for. We didn’t meet this lovely couple unfortunately, but they were totally reliable and communicated efficiently to advise of their arrival and departure times, they are super organised and didn’t ask any unnecessary questions. The house was spotless on our return despite the fact our dog moults at this time of the year, all areas were thoroughly clean and tidy, and we had a helpful handover note. We couldn’t have asked for more, and don’t hesitate to recommend Claire & Mike!

Just back from ar relaxing stay in North Luffenham. Paul and Fay are such a lovely couple who made us very welcome in their cosy home. The house is in a beautiful setting with a super garden. Our en-suite room was very comfortable. We were left loads of information about the local area -so much to see and not enough time. Ruby was a delight and so easy to love and care for. She is a sweet, gentle soul and wins your affection with ease. Hopefully we will catch up again and we would thoroughly recommend a visit if you get the opportunity

Our stay at Karena’s was delightful, restful, and totally enjoyable. Kosmos is a gentle, old soul who just needed the basics plus a little time together every afternoon. He liked to follow Jason around the house which was great. Aspen and Charlie were also really well behaved and a lot of fun as they still have that kitten energy. Karena walked us through all the pet and house logistics so everything was easy and well organized. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay in a great wilderness retreat. We hope we are invited back.

We had a great time sitting at Anna and her families house and looking after their sweet cats Whisper and Willow. On arrival Anna and her family had left thoughtful gifts and notes for the girls and I. Communication was great prior to the sit and whilst we were there, with clear instructions about everything in the house and what to do in the area.
Anna's home is spacious, comfortable and well organised, it was a pleasure to stay there and felt very relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area and it's an easy walk through the park into the town centre.
The two cats Whisper and Willow were easy to look after and we had fun playing with them.
We would happily come and sit for Anna again and would recommend to others.

I enjoyed spending time with Julep and Nimbus. Ariel was easy to communicate with. Care instructions are simple. The neighborhood is dog friendly with many other dog owners. Restaurants and grocery store are nearby. I enjoyed my time in Charleston.
