We loved this sit. Macsi was a dream to look after. We didn’t see much of him during the first week when it was sunny, but after that we saw much more of him. He spent the majority of the day sitting / laying next to us as we worked. He is not a lap cat, but enjoys connection through being brushed and eating treats. He’s a real sweet boy and so incredibly soft to stroke. Sian and Rhod made us feel very welcomed, and it felt like a mutual exchange. They wanted us to have a good time and kindly left lots of good local information for us. We had good communication throughout the sit, and any questions we had were quickly answered. The house is really comfortable and had everything we needed. It has such a relaxing feel, and we loved sitting in the armchairs in the kitchen next to the large bi-fold doors looking in to the garden. The location is fantastic. Within 30-40 minutes drive to gorgeous sandy beaches, as well as incredible mountains in Snowdonia. It is rural but close to everything you need within ~10 minutes. The mountain views from the house never got old and never lost their magnificence. We loved our month here and left wanting more. We’d come back in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to any sitters.
