We were thrilled to have Dan and Lana back for a second home/pet stay. Our first experience with them last year left quite an impression on us for so many reasons. They are incredibly attuned to our dogs' unique behaviors. Both are storied rescues. They have their antics and quirks and will push boundaries when given the opportunity. This second go round with our pups, Dan and Lana deepened their relationship with both. They strike a beautiful balance between being playful and working with each dog. As an example, Rupa often wakes up quite early and with unbridled exuberance. Dan and Lana find positive and effective ways to diffuse this energy so that all can move into the day more calmly. This same approach was used for meal time. They ask Freya to wait outside the kitchen as they prepare their meals. Rupa also waits for her food with less cattle dog drama! Dan and Lana are truly gifted when it comes to canine communication. Just as was true with their first stay with us, they shared dinner with us when we got home and relayed invaluable training tips as well as observations they made while walking the trails, playing fetch, etc. These are people we have complete trust in, making our travels completely worry free. They leave our home clean and well ordered making our return a breeze. Beyond their capacity to work with our dogs, they're wonderful people who we now consider friends. We feel honored and very fortuntate to have this relationship and will definitely call them back when next we travel.

We were so lucky that Flora could look after Lilah. Flora is not only a calm and deeply considerate person, she is absolutely brilliant with animals. Lilah settled with her immediately and had the privilege of Flora’s 5 star care. Flora sent us daily updates and photos of Lilah and it was so lovely to see her looking so happy and relaxed. We were immediately comfortable with Flora and communication was easy and straightforward. The flat was absolutely immaculate on our return. Thank you so much Flora 🤩🙏🌼⭐️

Margit was brilliant. We came home to a clean, tidy house with a big bowl of fresh fruit on the table. She let us know everything was ok back at the house a couple of times too. I highly recommend Margit as a Housesitter!!

Jax and Dash were both awesome dogs and super friendly and easy to take care of. Loved being able to take a long walk downtown to a hockey game and local farmers’ market from the house!

I had a fantastic time looking after Inca, Cupid, and Toffee over the past two weeks. Inca is absolutely adorable and so well behaved - she is a joy to care for. Cupid loves his treats and being involved in whatever is going on, and Toffee is a sweet, shy guinea who enjoys his outdoor run. Mia and her family were wonderful and everything was so well organised. Mia's home is also lovely and the surrounding countryside is great for walking. I would highly recommend this pet sit!

Perfect weekend with Benno, lots of adventures in parks and neighbourhoods. It was a real pleasure, and so easy to communicate with Monica and her husband. Hygge experience with the loveliest Mr. Dog, who behaves so nice and is funny young fellow.

Dila
Dila and Rueben are the loveliest and most welcoming hosts you will find. Our stay was comfortable, with everything well provided for. They gave us excellent food recommendations, and the apartment was clean, cosy and homely. The guest bed was also really comfortable. Communication was stellar, and it was helpful to meet them prior to get acquainted with Loki.

The star of the sit was definitely Loki, who is the biggest cuddlebug! He loves playing tug and plenty of scratches, and is super affectionate with everyone. He’s a generally well behaved and sweet dog that did not whine or fuss when we left the house. Loki is a pleasure to be around, and we missed Loki’s company for days after the sit. Highly recommended! 🥰🐶

I really miss Noodle, Nora, Luna and Wilson! Noodle didn’t expect to find me in his house when he got back from day care the day after I first arrived and, being a rescue dog, got upset. But that was all resolved the next morning, and he immediately became my dear sweet and very best friend! He loves provoking Nora to chase him and wrestle! I loved looking after them all – with their strong personalities and presence! And also staying in a spacious room in their lovely home, and taking Nora and Noodle on beautiful river walks to Richmond and in Twickenham.
