Suzanne looked after our dog Buffy since she was 6 months till she was 2 1/2. We are moving out of the area soon and will miss having someone so trustworthy to look after our girl. Our dog adores her and was always pulling the lead towards the house, which made us so happy. Couldn’t ask for more! She communicates brilliantly, is compassionate and just a lovely person all around. Rare find!

Spot On is run with a kind hand & canine orientated hearts! I have been using their boarding services for several years now & judge them by my dogs reaction & returned to me status. My dog is excited as soon as the overnight bag comes out. By the time we are packing up to drop off, he is ready & waiting to get in the car - such anticipation! You may expect a well administered, regulations adhered to set up. A clean & warm home to accommodate your four legged family & a friendly welcome! My dog has always been happy to return & so, therefore, am I. Thoroughly recommended family team making it a home from home experience for your pet!

I have been using Suzanne at Spot On Pet Care now for many years now and I feel compelled to leave feedback as I‘ve just noticed someone had left 1-star feedback. My experience of Suzanne is nothing but polite, very helpful and absolutely professional. She has been taking care of my pets for many years now and I would definitely recommend Spot On Pet Care with complete confidence.

Su and family have provided Dog walking, daycare, holiday stays and emergency cover for my dog for the last 7 years and before that looked after my elderly fragile cat. Their service is fully insured and they adhere to high professional standards. They have a great bond with my pets who really enjoy spending time with them as they are treated like one of the family - a home from home. Spot on were key holders for my house which was so useful when I had to rush away on a family emergency. They were able to collect my dog and all she needed and look after her until I was ready to come pick her up. I tried other companies before I discovered Su and family and this is the best by far.

Spot On Pet Care have been looking after Stanley for over a year now.We used their Dog walking service regularly when Stanley was a puppy and now he attends day care and stays overnight and whilst we holiday! I only have to mention Suzannes name and he is chomping at the bit to get round there. Would Highly recommend anyone wanting home from home care for their doggies.

Phoned up to arrange a stay for my dog. She asked what sort of breed he was and if he was good with other dogs. I answered he is half border collie half golden retriever and that the border collie breed makes him pretty excitable but he is a good boy. She promptly said he wouldn't be a good fit because it was in her home. I can understand not wanting a misbehaved dog in my home. But what she failed to find out was my dog is 9 years old and as sweet as they come. It would have been more professional to maybe arrange a meet and greet. Or to at least find out more about him.

Barney loves going to day care each week and Suzanne takes so much care of him - starting to think he likes Suzanne more than me! He can never wait to get through the gate. Suzanne is very caring and I know Barney is in good hands. I would never dream of sending him elsewhere. All queries are responded to very efficiently. Excellent service all round. Would definitely recommend

We have taken our dog Millie to Suzanne for boarding many times now when we have been away and can not take her with us. She is well cared for in a nice family environment and is always happy to go there. I would recommend Spot On to anyone who wants to know there dog is in good hands when you are away.

Jane has been walking Doris for sometime now she is extremely reliable and trustworthy and always goes above a beyond. Doris adores her which means a lot to me. You can tell by the interaction she has with your dog that this is not just a business for her. I have no problem in recommending her.

Ive used a number of Dog Nursery's as I have to travel a lot for work. I can honestly say this is one of the best I've come across.I would recommend them to anyone. And more importantly my Border Terrier 'Fras' loves it!

Our dog Charlie is really well looked after by Jane and unlike a lot of day cares we've used before, she goes the extra mile by sending pictures during the day so we know Charlie's having fun with his friends!

Super friendly, amazingly helpful and our dog was greeted by the lovely Basil! Completely recomend.

Jessica was an excellent pet sitter for our cats and rabbits. She took great care of them and made time to give them plenty of fuss too. She also messaged us regularly to let us know how they were. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend jessicas pet care, I have 3 fur babies and I get extremely worried about leaving them but jessica is reliable and instantly made me feel at ease with leaving them in her care. Trustworthy and professional and my 2 dogs and cat love her and that says a lot as they are very fussy bunch!

Carol is brilliant. She works with you and has great attention to detail wanting to know daily routines and patterns so that your pet is completely catered for. I felt at ease being away knowing my dog was being looked after. I even got regular updates and photos. I would never hesitate to use Stellar Pet Care and neither would my dog!

Nicola has looked after our 3 dogs several times now and we couldn’t be happier. Communication leading up to the stay and during the stay is fantastic. Receiving regular daily updates really puts our minds at rest and allows us to enjoy our time away with out worrying about the dogs. The dogs are always happy when we return home. The house is always left spotless.

We've always been really pleased to have Nicola as pet sitter for our pets when we have been away on holiday and we know that they have all been looked after very well. She has stayed on several occasions over the past four years and it was only due to her being busy that we could not have her every time. She has looked after our dogs, cats, chickens and rabbits and has given medication to both dogs and cats. We would certainly recommend her services to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.

Amazing service and very professional pet carers. They were very thorough at the first interview when I shared the details of the pets, the house, etc. Can't recommend them enough.

This is the first time that we have used Oven Green Kennels. We have an old German Shepherd who we love dearly. The owner of the previous kennels, that we had been using, had suddenly retired and we were left phoning around trying to find another 'good' kennels. Right away from the first telehone contact, I had a positive feeling. When we dropped our dog off, I was impressed by the friendly reception. The owners showed us where he would be staying. Everything was clean, spacious and well organised, They were also happy to spend time with us, talking about his dietery needs and giving us a detailed insight into how they look after the dogs in their care. This morning we collected our dog after a two week stay. He was clean and happy and not trying to make a run for the door, as he had done at some other kennels. We are overjoyed that we have discovered Ovens Green Kennels. They really are exceptionally good!

Our dog George just spent 2 weeks in the care of Ovens Green Kennels and was looked after extremely well. He's come home tired, as he always does from kennels (up all night chatting 😁). We also booked a groom for when we collected him, and it's probably the best we've seen his coat, thank you. One happy dog, very happy owners. Thank you to all who helped look after him.

My dog had a fantastic time here over the weekend. Staff are both friendly and efficient. Looking forward to the next time I go away, happy in the knowledge that my dog is happy and well cared for.

Our dogs have been staying with Karen and Dean for years now. Fantastic service and always willing their best to fit you in. Kennels are modern and lovely. I wouldn't take my dogs any where else. We actually travel over an hour to use Ovens Green kennels. Keep up the good work guys x

Brilliant have used them before and have a family room for my 3 older dogs which they loved as very fussy and now they have a day care facility as well not to mention a grooming palour, wouldn’t go anywhere else and will be using them again now for my 6 Sheltie’s couldn’t recommend them highly enough fab service.

Great place for your pet to go, be it one day or a week, they are well looked after. Our dog Spirit loves it there. When we have left him there, our minds are at rest as we know we have left him in great hands. We would highly recommend Ovens Green Kennels you won’t be disappointed.

Dean and team, are an absolute pleasure. I have a very anxious, unsociable westie Cross, who I was nervous about handing over, leaving him in a strange place. I didn't need to worry, he loves going each and every week, he is cared for, and comes out looking like he had the best day ever, he gets so excited to see Dean that he now howls in delight... I would highly recommended this Boarding kennel..

Feels like dropping your beloved pet off to friends. Owners without question accommodate your pet's diet/ likes, etc. From the first phone call to multiple stays over the previous few years, Dean, Karen + family have been so very friendly and courteous to us. My pet always leaves here calm (unlike an experience elsewhere years ago). You don't need to look elsewhere. I am so so so happy to have found such friendly and professional care here. You'll also be supporting a local family business. What's not to love?

Have used Ovens Green for a couple of years. My rescue lab had previously been badly treated, but she has always loved going to the kennels. Dean and Karen have been very understanding and patient with her and so I have had no problems leaving her in their wonderful care. Would recommend.

I've used Ovens Green for the last 6 years and would highly recommend them. Karen and Dean were wonderful with our last dog (who use to cry when she had to leave the kennels!!) and have been great with our puppy. Both dogs have always been excited when they arrive knowing the fuss that will be made of them.
