This was a different experience than any of our previous zeewoi's use. When we left town, our son was going to be watching the pets for the first couple of days, before leaving town for work. Because of this, we were so grateful when Debbie made the effort to visit with us 2 weeks prior to the sit. We were able to spend time walking her through everything and get familiar with her ease with our gang and the house. Throughout our absence, Debbie kept in touch daily, sharing photos of Juniper's outings and swims, updating us on the garden and potted plants. Debbie even assisted with Juniper's digestive issues, aligning with the vet on potential food allergies. Having such a caring and attentive sitter with our pets was comforting. We were delighted that Debbie explored our town, discovering our dogs' favorite paths. Upon leaving, she left the house immaculate, with neatly folded linens and a spotless kitchen. Thank you, Debbie, for your dedication, care, and eye for detail!

Fabulous personal visiting sitting service! Currently on my second cat cared for by Tatiana while we are away with no worry or stress. It’s not just a visit to feed and scoop the litter tray but time spent with your pet and interaction in line with their preferences. The regular updates let me know my boy is OK while we are gone. This lovely lady looks after our lovely cat every time we go away. She advises us, gives her plenty of time and attention etc When we return everything is all tide and most importantly our little cat is happy as Larry and not at all bothered that we’ve been away. Will always continue to us!
I highly recommend Tatiana. She has an obvious love of dogs and is well versed in their behaviour. Our bouncy Lab took to her straight away and not only did his behaviour improve but so did ours following some training advice from Tatiana - so you can teach old dogs new tricks! She is so well organised, punctual, and gives a great service, which we will be using again. We have now used Tatiana three times and will continue to do so. She provides such an excellent service.
Finding the right pet sitter is difficult. Not only do you need to trust them with your beloved pets, but you also need to have trust letting them into your home when you are not around. After reaching out to Tatiana via e-mail, she was quick to respond and provide several alternatives of when she could come and meet with us and our dog Oscar. It's immediately obvious how much she loves animals. She gave him the right amount of attention, but still focussed on going through the process and paper work with us. I felt confident that she would treat him like she would her own dog. Tatiana walked our dog every day this week. She provided text updates after each walk, with valuable information, and confirmation that all was OK. We will be using her service again already next week! Thanks Tatiana, I know you and Oscar will be seeing each other regularly!
Highly experienced, completely reliable and totally professional services provided; ranging from dog walking, feeding, vet visits, etc. Equally importantly is having a high level of trust as you are allowing someone into your home when you're not around. Diesel Dog and I can highly recommend Tatiana to anyone needing support to look after their pets at very reasonable rates. Diesel goes bananas when Tatiana arrives to take him out; I'm slightly envious of his love and affection for her :)
Peggy our Bedlington Terrier loves going out with Tatiana several times per week and loves spending times with other dogs on the walk. Peggy started with Tatiana when she was a puppy and it was really helpful that she grew up being able to socialise with other dogs. We get frequent photos and video clips and can clearly see our dog is safe and happy and getting a good run around with Huggles Pet Care

Tatiana has taken our dog Bobbi for regular walks over the past few weeks to help us out. She is an excellent dog handler and I have learned a lot from her. Bobbi adores her and enjoys his time with her. She is very calm and easily controls a dominant dog who does not like to walk on a lead. I have relied on her and she has not let me down. Tatiana is an excellent dog walker. Our dog, Alfie, is now happy going on walks with other dogs which is all down to the time and effort Tatiana has put in!

This is a great place to board your pooch whilst away on holiday. Great service from Abi and the team and the accommodation is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Great peace of mind to know your beloved family member is being well looked after.
Wish I could put the dogs thoughts in writing, let’s just say the moment they realise they are going to Oaksedge Farm they are all excited and happy - normally I don’t even get a goodbye from them 🙄 Only downside is if you are not a confident driver the access might be a little tricky but nothing you wouldn’t expect in the Peak District
The care and professionalism of this place needs no mention ....exceptional is to weak to describe it. Recently my old man (Gunter) took his last breaths with Abi and Leah by his side,apart from me and Rach I could not think of anyone I would want by his side at the end...thank you both for everything. I have just collected my little sausage dog from his 3rd stay at Oaksedge farm. Its a truly lovely place where I know he is looked after very well.. I'm very protective over Lincoln and he's never stayed with anyone apart from family. However, I instantly got a good feeling when I looked around the farm and could tell that animals come first!! I would never take Lincoln anywhere else. Thank you to everyone who looked after Lincoln xx!

Amazing place for our dogs, First class luxury & care, our 4 dogs loved the stay. We felt so at ease with daily photo's to see them playing on the paddock.
Genuinely a brilliant place for your pups, young and not so waggy to chill being looked after by the best team led by a champion. For many years, our own several hundred mile trips to drop off and then collect have been nothing compared to the comfort the pack of three enjoy. They know when we arrive and go crazy to get in and are well refreshed when we collect the reluctant returners.
Our Jack Russell stayed at Oaksedge with Abi and her team for 12 nights. The care and service was absolutely fantastic. Abi sent approximately 25 pictures to our daughter (the bride) every day. This was so lovely and very reassuring for us all. After the 12 night stay our 12 year old dog came home looking healthier than ever. Can't thank Abi enough. I would definitely use Oaksedge again without hesitation.
This is the only place my wife will leave her babies sorry Dog's! Abby is great with them especially as they are both rescue dog's and Scruff can be a handful! But they love coming here. I really thought hard about leaving this post as Abby is busy enough and we want to get our dog's in when we need to ! But she deserves the praise.
Dear Abi, Thank you for looking after me when my Mum and Dad went on holiday. I've told all my friends down the park that they should come and stay with you if their Mum and dad go away, because I went on lots of walkies and met lots of new friends. My bedroom was better than Mum and dads bedroom at home and I cant believe I had my very own Flat Screen TV. I particularly enjoyed paddling and hanging out with my mates around the bone shaped pool in the doggy garden. I cant wait to stay with you again. lots of licks and woofs Oscar
Excellent transport and assistance provided by Michael for my first ever dog! He drove from Sheffield to Canterbury, stopping off at two service stations so my dog could exercise and make some mess! The car used was very smart and comfortable.
I have had the most amazing trip to pick my puppy stray up from Zante and drive all the way back to Yorkshire. My driver/courier, Norman was fantastic. The whole process went smoothly, safely and was a trip of a lifetime. They organised every last detail to ensure the dog and myself were comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend this fantastic company. Expensive but SO well worth it. Thank you.
I travelled with my dog from Sweden to Wales. They were very professional and organised and even remembered our names when we would call. No issues with booking etc. Were given plenty of information and contacted by the driver days before which was reassuring. He arrived in a branded van and clothes which reassured me (I am a young woman) and was very professional throughout. The van was clean and well equipped for transporting my dog and we took regular breaks around every 4 hours. Well worth the money and would definitely use c four paws again. Thanks/Diolch!
We had Milo collect from London on Sunday with two cages and a carry cage and lots of toys. Milo was perfectly happy and items were in good order. Collected on time and delivered on time. Excellent service and driver was very nice. Highly recommended for animal transport. Will definitely use again if the need arises. Good job thank you
Calagran Four Paws and my driver Will were absolutely amazing at handling our cross country transport for a long distance move. Having a rather large Staffy x Old Tyme, who had sadly had to be exempted due to her size, I was even terrified to take her on the road in anything other than proper transport. And with it being such a long way I wanted a safe long distance option also for all round safety and comfort. Our needs were catered for with the upmost care and Will was absolutely amazing with my nervousness and with my lovely girls nervy nature. I couldn't have been happier and I plan to travel with them again. I can highly recommend them.
I highly recommend this company. I just endured an incredibly stressful and long importation process into Europe and finally into the UK with my 3 med/large breed dogs. CFourPaws went above and beyond to help me logistically with things they really didn't have to and was outside of their services. Provided much needed emotional support and were empathetic to my unforeseen financial costs. Really without people like Keith and Greig, I may have crumbled under the stress of it all. In a medical emergency you were the first kennels we found after literally 100's of phone calls with spare capacity to take Casper while his mum had an emergency operation to remove a brain tumour. The 10x photo's you sent us showing him happy & thoroughly enjoying a run in the secure field were a huge relief to his dad & a massive boost to his mum's immediate recovery.
We recently used C Four Paws to transport our dog Adi from Glasgow to Heathrow for her trip home to Canada. David was a very kind and professional driver and got us to the Kennel at Heathrow on time in spite of some unavoidable traffic delays along the way. We’re back home with Adeline safe and sound and are very grateful for having used the services of your company and David for the first leg of our trip.
An absolute lifesaver when it came to transporting me and my cats from Dublin to Somerset. There was fantastic communication the entire time during the booking process and our driver Clive was incredible! They made what was a very stressful move for me and my cats, a very easy time and I cannot thank Clive and the whole team enough.
We feel so lucky to have found Complete Pets, we wouldn't take our dog anywhere else for her boarding! From our initial meeting with Kelly we found that she was very professional, knowledgeable about Siberian Huskies and had plenty of experience with their temperaments. Our husky, Nala has been going to Kelly now for a few years whenever we go away. As soon as Nala arrives you can tell she is happy to be there and is more than comfortable in Kelly and her family's company. Kelly herself is really friendly and super responsive to any requests and queries we have and always posts pictures of Nala whilst we are away, which is something we look forward to. Overall we would definitely recommend Complete Pets, we wouldn't know what to do without Kelly!

“We Love Pets Mansfield” and specifically Mandy & Jason recently cared for our two 3 year old British Short Hair cats twice a day whilst we were away for two weeks. Although outdoor cats, they remained inside and at home for the two weeks. Both cats looked incredibly well, content and had clearly been properly looked after once we arrived back home. Feeding stations and litter tray areas were immaculately clean and we were sent photos and short video clips of Belle and Blu pretty much every day. We could not have had two nicer people attending the property; both clearly love all animals, were attentive and spent time on visits interacting, entertaining and playing with our pets. Highly recommended; we will be using “We Love Pets Mansfield” again in September. Thank you so much Mandy & Jason!
Mandy and Jason looked after our young cocker spaniel for 2 weeks. It was our first time away from him but we felt at complete ease knowing he was safe and being cared for. He had plenty of exercise and fun during his time there and we got updates with photos. He fell in love with them on first meet and you can just tell they are great people. I'm so grateful to them both for everything. I would highly recommend them.
If you ever need a pet sitting service then Jason and Mandy at We Love Pets are definitely the people to get in touch with. We have had them pet sit both our cat Rio and our Rattie Norris several times this year and it’s less stressful for both of them being able to stay in their home surroundings whilst we go away. They both love Jason and Mandy and our Cat Rio who is not a peopley cat will always call us a liar and fuss round them both when they call in. Its also a breath of fresh air to have a pet sitter that will also look after a rattie as alot dont but they look after all different pets not just cats and dogs. I wouldn't have anyone else look after our Cat and Rattie ♥️
Mandy has been amazing all round. Our beloved puppy Milo gets so excited for his walks with her. When working long shifts we get regular photo updates, showing us he's safe and well looked after and he always looks like he's having the best time. 😁 …

Dex came for his first holiday stay & I felt comfortable leaving him with Mandy & Jason. I received photos of Dex looking happy which made me feel at ease. Any queries they had they asked. They were great being able to give him his daily medication. He came home with no signs of stress(weight loss & stress lick sores) like he has when stayed in kennels which tells me he felt happier. I'd definitely recommend and visit again.
We absolutely LOVE we love pets. Darren has been so helpful and kind since the beginning, and our dog goose absolutely adores him. We get photos from his walk each day which is so nice. And it’s so reassuring to know they’re first aid trained. Definitely would recommend to anyone and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
Used a dog boarding service for the first time and chose Mandy and Jason to look after Stan for a few days. Had a meet and greet before I went on holiday to get to know them, for Stan to meet them and discuss his feeding/walking routine. While I was away they sent pics every day which put me at ease. Happy to recommend their service and will use again in the future.

Our little Betty was so well looked after at Auntie M’s and was so happy. We were sent pictures and videos, being quite an old lady house rabbit Monika pampered her cannot thank her enough and highly recommend her.
Monika is wonderful with our nervous rescue cat. Susie has several conditions requiring multiple medications so she is not an easy customer, but Monika always does her best to follow the many instructions we leave and sends regular updates and photos. She’s by far the most reliable pet sitter we’ve had, and reassures me when I get worried leaving her because she’s previously been very ill whilst we’ve been away. Susie wouldn’t cope in a cattery so we’re very grateful to Monika and would recommend her without hesitation.
I would definitely recommend Monika to anyone looking for rabbit boarding. She's incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable and understanding (of my two naughty bunnies who tried to eat her shed...) I can go away knowing that my rabbits are being expertly looked after by Monika; she's my first choice sitter! Thank you.
We were lucky enough to have Monika to care for our four guinea pigs during our holiday away. She found out all the information necessary to keep to their routine and really spent time to know and understand their individual needs and preferences in order to provide excellent care for them while we were away. She sent us photos and videos showing how settled the guinea pigs were with her which was so thoughtful and was very much appreciated. If you're looking for anyone to take care of your animals I would highly recommend her, your pets will be lucky to have her care for them!
Our rabbits mystic and Merlin have just return from another stay with Auntie M. Auntie M kept us updated with have they were doing, regularly sending photos and videos of them. Auntie M is very caring and looks after our rabbits as though they were her own. Would highly recommend.
My cat Sophie loves Monika and so do we, we wouldn't dream of leaving her in anyone else's care when we are away, she feeds her and gives her medication as needed, gave her cat treats in our auto feeder as we requested, cleaned litter tray and sent us videos and photos of her to us. Just watching the videos we could tell how settled Sophie was and happy 😊 with Monika, we could enjoy our holiday knowing Sophie was getting the best of care.

We have a cat with urinary disease which is worsened with stress so finding the right person to look after her when we are away was really important. We had tried a few other cat sitters before but Monika is absolutely fantastic. She visited us first to make sure she had all the right information and answer any questions we had. She sent us updates, pictures and videos whilst we were away which put our minds at rest that she was fine. Thank you so much Rose Cottage, I received your lovely present for Arthur today. He absolutely loves it, dad gone off to get a ball pump whilst I'm in my paddling pool. Arthur absolutely loves Rose Cottage, he was a shy boy who struggled with more than two dogs around. Working with Rose Cottage Helen and Chris suggested to get there early so he not overwhelmed, and then can meet other dogs on his terms. It has worked a treat, he is so happy on his two days a week at Rose cottage. He gets so excited as we drive up, and keeping him in the car is hard as he just wants to get going. He loves it so much now I don't even get a goodbye or a look back (he always hide behind me) I will never be able to thank everyone enough at Rose Cottage as our little Arthur is growing into one amazing little boy. I would 100% recommend Rose Cottage, and listen to their advice as it works and they really have Arthur's best interest at heart ❤️
Bill & Bess have been at Rose Cottage for the last 2 weeks. I can’t thank all the staff enough. They looked after them and loved them, and played with them all day. Bill and Bess particularly enjoyed the walks within the huge grounds, and doing the agility course. The office staff always replied to my emails asking for updates , which set my mind at rest, and also sent photos. Many thanks to the owner, Dawn, for coming up with this unique concept of the dogs playing all day and only going in their (luxurious ) kennel in the evening.
I would recommend Rose cottage to anyone. They took great care of my dog Poppy for 2wks while I was on holiday. They replied promptly to my check-in email, reassuring me that she was having a great time. She has come back and is now very affectionate towards us, which is lovely as she wasn't a fan of affection before. Rose cottage did very thorough checks and we had a visit and an overnight stay before our vacation, to make sure she would settle. On our visits before her long stay, she would get very excited on arrival or even anywhere close to Rose Cottage, she would jump around crazy, shaking with excitement. I have 100% confidence in leaving Poppy to have fun with her doggy friends at Rose Cottage. See you again soon and thank you so much❤️

Our dog Woody has just started here and after being at Rose Cottage at Chesterfield he is not only tired he is calm and relaxed money well spent. You also get a run down on how he/she has been and any issues that might of come up. I also like the other services that are offered by the centre which there is a good chase I will use from time to time. I would also have to comment on the staff friendly knowledgeable caring and easy to talk to bossy though in a good way. I think they are great I have no worries.
Truly exceptional. Dawn and the staff go over and above what you would expect from a daycare / boarding kennel to ensure your dog is safe and happy whilst with them. I wouldn't consider sending Charlie anywhere else.
I feel very safe leaving Arthur at Rose Cottage. The staff are excellent, there are about three layers of fencing between him and any kind of road, and they really care about the dogs, including getting plenty of play AND relaxation. Also its right next to the train station which is handy.
Winnie has been going to Rose Cottage from 17 weeks old and is now 3 - we love her being there and feel she is well looked after and safe - also have her regularly groomed there which is a bonus and Lisa does a fantastic job. Much praise and many thanks to Dawn and her staff who do an amazing job xxx
Lynne and the team provide an excellent service, the dogs clearly enjoy the experience as seen in the pupdates which are sent on request (being sensible of course with the times of requests). They are dog owners and are very responsible. Only issue is very popular and you need to get you booking in early. Strongly recommend.

We have used Upperwood previously for our cats so knew how great they were, but we wanted to introduce our puppy from an early age to get him used to kennel visits. We initially booked him in for a day and then 1 overnight building up to 4 nights most recently. On his first visit the staff were absolutely brilliant, knowing he hadn’t been before they suggested they take him straight into the kennels whilst I completed some form work; he was gone before I realised which made it extremely easy for me. When we collect him he comes home happy and looking really well. I would highly recommend Upperwood kennels.
We were holidaying in Derbyshire and our golden lab stayed for 2 nights to allow us to visit National Trust houses. He's 6 and it was his first time in kennels. The staff were very good and I'd definitely recommend Upperwood as a great place for your furry family members
My dog Larry always leaves happy! Have boarded him for short weekends and longer 2-3 week trips with no issues at all. Staff are lovely and welcoming and the accommodation is on acres of farmland in Derbyshire. Staff answer their phone promptly and provide pictures and updates on your animal(s) if you’re missing them. Amazing place! Thank you Upperwood.
I can highly recommend Upperwood! The staff are so lovely and clearly really know and love dogs very much. My Labrador boy has been going for day boarding with them when I need to go into work nearby for the last couple of years. He's always happy and tired when I pick him up at the end of the day. There's no one else I trust to look after him.

Checking in process was quick and easy. The staff really friendly. No frenzied barking on arrival. Dogs had their own outside space and access to grass and they have centrally heating in their sleeping space. Hopefully they won't be too cross when we get back.
Fabulous. I have used Upperwood for the last 20 years (not the same dog!) - I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. I know that my dog is safe, happy and well cared for. I can't recommend highly enough.
This was our first time using Upperwood and also a new experience for our 1yr old Sprocker who is quite timid. Lovely pens where the dogs can see what's going on and also interact with each other (each pen has its own run with fence separating dogs from each other) This allowed Ruby to go outside when she wanted and still feel secure. She actually came back a lot more social with other dogs and I think allowing her to sniff and see other dogs with the knowledge she was safe in her run gave her the confidence boost she needed. Pricing really competitive and lovely staff. Will definitely be back next year. Thank you.
I have been a vet nurse for over 20 years, and am often asked to recommend a boarding facility. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Upperwood. My two dogs are always happy to abandon me at reception, without a backwards glance. They are always relaxed when I pick them up, and never drop weight or seem remotely concerned about anything. The staff at Upperwood are fantastic, sensible, experienced, and know the dogs inside out. I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks
