Andrea was truly an angel. She is a professional. She handled any issue that was presented to her with ease. When I came home, my house was even more warm and inviting than I had left it. She has a beautiful energy and she leaves some of it behind with us.
The puppies are hilarious, all of them love attention in their own ways, and they will follow you around the house and always want to be close. The house is wonderful, and Stephanie was responsive to all of my questions.
We loved our petsit for Jan and David and would happily sit for them again! Their cat M was easy to look after even at her advanced age of 16 and in need of medication. M is a bit shy until she warms up to you but once she starts bringing you her Angry Bird toy, you’ll know you’ve made friends. During the day she loves to nap cuddled up under her blanket but in the evening, she looks forward to a warm lap and brush. She’s a very sweet cat and it cracked us up how she would wake us in the morning with a little gentle tap and meow. Jan and David are lovely people with a beautiful home. The house was sparkling clean for our arrival and it’s very comfortable with all the design updates. Their view is to die for. On top of all this, they are an incredibly generous couple who went out of their way to make our stay over the holidays delightful. They even offered to put up holiday decorations for us if we wanted them. We hope they will have us back to sit for them again.
Hannah's apartment is very clean and comfortable. Her cat, Oliver, is a love and easy to care for. Hannah was responsive and communicative. I would highly recommend!
Our days with Bella and Shelby were great. Both are very affectionate animals, each one in their own way. Bella is a very quiet dog, who likes to be around and loves to nap on the couch. The walks were peaceful, she likes to walk calmly and will be very happy if you give her some treats. Shelby also loves to be cuddled (when she wants, of course), she will come to you when she is needy or when she wants food. During the day she loves to relax in the garden. Sometimes she came to wake us up meowing and climbing on the bed. They are lovely animals! Nick and Izzi were really nice and welcomed us very well. The house is a little far from the center, and is great for those who want to escape the crowd of Edinburgh center. There are several parks and walks nearby. Public transport is very accessible and there are some shops close. Thank you Nick and Izzi for the opportunity. We definitely recommend!
We had a lovely time caring for Pancho and Sammy, the two kitties, and the cuddly chook. The villa was in a great location and we enjoyed the quiet and solitude and spent most days just chilling with the Pups by the pool. Stephen and Robert were great Hosts, fantastic communication from beginning to end. We would recommend them as hosts for any future housesitters. We know they are heading to the UK, and will look forward to catching up with them again.
What an absolute pleasure to sit for Sarah, Rob and family. They were 5* hosts, making sure we were comfortable and happy at all times. The accommodation was immaculate and had everything we needed. The two dogs were a delight to look after. Chester is a playful and happy dog and Hazel is very loving and both were brilliantly behaved in and out. The goats were very easy to look after as were the chickens - fresh eggs were a bonus- and the Guinea pigs allowed our boys to play and pet them. I cannot recommend this house sit enough.

I have owned four Rottweilers over the past 15 years and Rob has walked all of them. He has always been completely reliable and I'm sure all of my Rotties enjoyed their walks with him. He has been willing to step in at short notice and recently, when I was looking after my daughter's English Pointer, was happy to take her out while I got in a round of golf!! After having a bad experience with another dog walker. Walking Woofers were recommend to me. Since the first meeting Walking Woofers were professional, friendly and the dogs were very important to them, as if they were their own. Walking Woofers have been walking are two working springer spaniels for many years and they enjoy their time out with Walking Woofers and you know your dogs are in safe, caring hands which is so important to any dog owner. I cannot recommend Walking Woofers enough for anyone considering a dog walker. You know your dogs will be safe hands and have a great time.

Rob from walking woofers is fantastic- I have a lot of shift work and last minute changes and Rob is always happy to accommodate my last minute changes . Our family dog loves seeing him and always has great walks which Rob captures on camera for us to see.
After breaking my arm i got in touch with Walking Woofers to walk my Rottweiler. I am so pleased I did. Initially it was only meant to be temporary but because it made such a difference to Jason's (dog) temperament going from a teenager to an adult., I kept them on. I also do not need to use kennels as Rob will sleep over and walk him the next day. When I come home it is if I have never been away. he is so much happier. Not all dog walkers will take on large dogs. I would highly recommend Rob and Angela.

Rob and Angela have been looking after our dogs for 11 years. They have known all our dogs since they were puppies - currently two Ridgebacks and one Parson Russell Terrier and have always been completely reliable as well as being flexible to meet our dogs needs. Wonderful dog boarding experience. Felt at ease leaving my springer spaniel because of Scott’s professional, conscientious, and friendly demeanour. A lovely family to host my Ollie. And he was in very good hands. They went above and beyond (way above!) to help when things got complicated with the collection. Ollie was a happy pup! And we had a guilt-free holiday knowing he was happy. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again.
Digby’s Dog Boarding Service came to our rescue… quite late before going out we realised we were going to need to leave our slightly anxious dog Dougie at home longer than he can usually take. We contacted Digby’s DBS and they were amazing fitting him in. We were delighted as it was a home from home for Dougie, with a safe home and garden to be in. As soon as we arrived an AirTag was fitted to him to make sure he didn’t disappear. I handed over Dougie’s dinner, treats and favourite toys to keep him comfortable. We were kept informed that Dougie was happy and all was well. I would highly recommend Digby’s Dog Boarding Service. I’ll be very relaxed leaving Dougie with you again very soon. I started using Grace and her dog walking services a year ago after I went back to work and Bella my puppy was 6 months old. Grace came over to my house to meet her before she went on her first walk so Bella could meet her. Bella loves Grace and gets very excited when she comes in to collect her! Grace is kind and very caring towards Bella and messages me when she has rolled in cow pat (which she does very often!) and always hoses her down and drys her after the walk if she is dirty. Grace will always ask too if your dog would like to be on the lead or let off. Bella was on the lead for a few months whilst she gained confidence before being let off. Her services are very easy to use. I just message Grace on Sunday Evenings and tell her how many days I would like Bella to be walked that week and bank transfer her money across, simple. I cannot recommend Grace highly enough. She is reliable, caring and always messages if there is a problem. Your dog is in safe hands and will love their walks, I have one very happy dog.
Grace has walked our Australian Labradoodle, Teddy, since he was a puppy. Grace is fantastic with him and he loves going out on his walks with her, he gets so excited when she arrives. Grace is very flexible with the days she walks him and fits around our diary which is excellent. Overall we think Grace is marvellous and would definitely recommend her services. 🐾👍

Sian looked after our two beagle boys at our wedding. She was utterly fantastic, a great calming presence in what was a very hectic day. She completely took care of the boys which allowed me to enjoy them being there without having to worry about them. She dealt with them perfectly as they greeted everyone and kept them calm during the ceremony - two beagle under 3, that’s not easy. If you are thinking of having your dogs at your wedding, do it! You will definitely not regret having them there but you may regret not!
Sian is so dedicated to what she does, and it shows from how well Hank’s walking behaviour has improved since starting his walks with Four Paws Plaza. The care and attention that Sian provides Hank is second to none. Pawgeous Pooches have been looking after our springer spaniel for several years now, and we’ve found Angeline and her small team to be the perfect solution for our dog care needs. As well as regular walks and occasional daycare, Juno also gets all her grooming requirements addressed by Angeline. Pawgeous Pooches are always helpful when our calendars, and therefore our dog care needs, change. Their billing is clear and accurate, but most importantly we are 100% confident that Juno is being carefully looked after by people who really love dogs.

We researched dog walking and boarding companies for our Labrador and were fortunate to come across Tails and Trails. Kelly did a home visit for us to meet her and for her to meet our dog. We immediately felt at ease that we’d found someone that loves dogs and genuinely treats them with the same love and care that their owners do. Our dog is now so excited on walk days that she sits staring out of the window until the van pulls into the driveway when she leaps up and does multiple loops, urging us to open the door ASAP. The walks have socialised her brilliantly around other dogs. Boarding has been fantastic, knowing she’s in such good hands makes it much easier to leave her. We highly recommend Tails and Trails.
Our Labrador Hazel has just had the best week with Kelly while we were away skiing. We could see updates during the day when Hazel was on walks so we could see how happy and well exercised she was and then Kelly would send the loveliest photos of her over in the evening. You can see in the videos how well Kelly has trained the dogs she walks - they are all staying close by but still having a great run around. Hazel has come home looking really well and happy (and to be honest I don’t think she missed us at all!). Thoroughly recommend. Thanks Kelly x

Carolyn has been looking after our pet guineas pigs when we’re away for the last 3+ years and does a wonderful job with them. I honestly feel like they’re at a home from home getting all the care and attention they need. Carolyn has been nothing but flexible with us when plans change last minute and her prices very reasonable. I wouldn’t take my girls anywhere else!

Not sure why I keep giving Carolyn at Ashted Pet Boarding good ratings as she now gets full up too quickly despite having increased capacity. 😀 To be fair, Carolyn is brilliant and my guinea pigs love going here for their holidays. I suspect they prefer it to home 😥 Carolyn is extremely experienced in looking after small animals and the facilities she has are fantastic. Just please don't book until I've got my lot booked in!!

Our dog Bailey is the fifth member of our family so we wouldn’t trust him with anybody unless we felt hundred percent certain that he is in safe hands. Tom offers that exact safe environment with a good mix of other dogs where Bailey can run free but also have a cuddle when needed. Tom takes the hassle away each day by collecting and dropping Bailey off at our house. I know it’s like home from home for Bailey and we never have to worry that he is not being looked after and really cared for. We would totally recommend Under one woof!
We heard about Tom and Underonewoof from a recommendation from a friend. Tom and Sarah treat Toby when he is there as if he is one of their own, which is amazing and just what any dog owner would want. He is always very happy to go and now has many doggie friends there too. Tom is very flexible to be able to help out if he can which is a great when work isn’t always 9-5. Thank you Underonewoof for the past year and a half and hopefully many more to come.
Tom has looked after Cody since he was a pup - now a 3 yr Labradoodle. Cody’s clearly very happy there and often tries to go through Tom’ gate when we pass by on a walk! Tom has a calm manner and the dogs are very well cared for.
We were so lucky to be recommend to Tom and is lovely dogs Wispa and Bear. Our Frenchie- Ralphie loves going to play with all of his friends! Tom offers an excellent service, and is incredibly flexible. I highly recommend him
Alfie, cockerpoo, has been a regular visitor for the day, overnight and holidays for the last 3 years. He is always very happy to see Tom and we know it is just home from home for him. Couldn’t be in better hands.

We first came across Ingrid and Kate when personal circumstances and a couple of unweildy crutches mean't we needed a little help looking after our 2 yr old Irish Setter! Having never needed pet care services in the past we were a little unsure what to expect and of course that we were trusting someone we'd never met before with the little furry grenade that had so quickly become the centre of our universe. We needed'nt have had any concerns and within the course of a couple of days, which included an initial visit to meet and great and her first walk with the group, it was clear that she was in the best possible hands and was really enjoying adventure and high times with her other, new, four-legged friends. We've since explored a whole range of services DPC provide; walks, day care, home visits and evening drop-ins! We've been so lucky to find Ingrid and Kate. The Bean clearly loves them and we absolutely love what they do and now can't imagine what it was like before they came along. Even more so lately as within a very short space of time the Bean was laid very low following some hefty surgery for such a young thing. With tyical gusto she's bounced back but what has been absolutely amazing has been the way that Ingrid and Kate have been so accommodating and in particualr helping us with the Bean's recovery whilst she been convalescing. We could'nt recommend Ingrid and Kate highly enough. Both for us as owners but particualrly for the Bean they provide just the most amazing service, a home from home on day visits and as a bonus are both wonderful, wonderful people too (also not forgetting Reuben who's doing a cracking job reinforcing the Bean's paw work!). Keep it up guys, awesome job. Steve, Nicky and of course the Bean.
Ingrid and Kate have been walking my dog Merlin every week for nearly a year now. I think they are absolutely brilliant, and Merlin agrees. As does Munro, my partner's dog. The dogs love them, and enjoy every walk. Both Kate and Ingrid clearly care for the dogs, give a debrief after the walk, and do everything they can to fit in with our wishes.
I cannot recommend these people highly enough. Kate provided a thoroughly professional, decent, well priced service. Our cats were looked after better than we look after them ourselves and we were given regular updates and sent videos almost every day. We arrived back to happy cats and our home just as we had left it. Thank you so much. We will always use you in the future.

Bertie gets so excited when Kate and Ingrid come to collect him. He gets a great walk every day and they are really flexible if he needs a little more time with them. I really appreciate that whilst I’m at work he is having fun and being well looked after.

Kate and Ingrid are great and Max always comes back from his walks happy and exhausted. They are friendly, flexible and Max adores them which is all we can ask for. A great team and highly recommended.

We are very happy that we found Lesley as our dog walker/sitter. Our Springer spaniel has a lot of energy so needs countryside off lead walks and this is exactly what he gets from Lesley. We receive lots of photos and videos (way better photos than we have ever taken!) and we can tell that Monty is loving his walks. After a couple of walks with Lesley, he jumped straight into her van which shows that he enjoys the walks as he is always reluctant to get into our car! Lesley's communication is also excellent and she has always messaged to say when she is on her way and this is very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend the Surrey Pet care company as it is so reassuring to know when we go away that Monty is in great hands.
Luna loves Lesley and for good reason. She gets active, interesting and fun walks with other suitable doggies. Lesley is punctual, reliable and very accommodating. She’s taking the best care of my fur baby and I know she has dogs best interest at heart. Would definitely recommend.
The Surrey Pet Care Company offers the best care for your dog/cat that you could ask for! Lesley has been looking after my dog for around 2 years and she is great at communicating to arrange walkies, even at the last minute when plans change. I get pictures from the day which show how much fun my fur baby has with the other pups. She is realiable and trust worthy and I highly recommend her services.
Lesley is fantastic! We wouldn’t trust our dog with anyone but Lesley keeps us updated throughout the day with photos and texts. She’s punctual, reliable and friendly and our dog loves being with her. Highly recommended!!!
Lesley has been looking after our puppy Koda for a few months now, we couldn’t be happier with the service she provides. Koda loves her, and the other doggy’s he gets to play with. When Lesley arrives to pick Koda up, he runs up to the van and jumps in ready to start the day. Lesley provides us with regular updates and photos throughout the day so we can see what he is up to and all the fun. Would highly recommend Lesley!
Since finding Lesley to come in a look after our cats while away, we haven’t looked back! To have such a trustworthy and caring person coming into our home while we aren’t there, gives us great peace of mind. We love the daily, often twice daily updates and pictures of them enjoying some attention, play time and food. Our cats can be quite nervous with people they don’t know, but it has been lovely to watch them warm to Lesley and now they look forward to having treats when she comes in. Would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a cat sitter!
Barney has been with Lesley for over a year now and we cannot recommend her enough. He goes to her twice a week and absolutely loves it! He waits by the window for her van to arrive in the morning and we always have a very exhausted doggie on his return. Lesley always sends photos and video updates of the pups so you can see all the fun and feel reassured. She is one of the only people we trust to look after Barney and we don't know what we would do without her!
Poppy bounds to the door when Lesley arrives!! She is our preschool therapy dog but loves her breaks from work, spending time going for walks to lots of different places, or relaxing at her home from home! We always have a very happy, refreshed dog return & we love to see all the photos online of her fun day!
Since moving to Ashtead earlier this year it has been incredibly comforting to know our little boy is in good hands and looked after most days while we get work done. He gets very excited when the doorbell rings in the morning and comes home well exercised. We have found Surrey Pet Care company to be reliable and communicates very well on a regular basis including pictures and videos of the exciting life our pup lives outside of our home with his pack. We have recently got another puppy who will also be joining the pack as soon as she is able to.
Lesley is fantastic with Chester. He’s very excitable and loves running off lead and playing with other dogs. Leslie provides all that in a calm, professional and reliable way. She’s fantastic, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, as I have done many times.
Our dog Sophie spent all of her holidays, several each year, with Jane over some 11+ years. She loved going there and got on very well in the company of Jane's three dogs. We now have a new puppy of six months and hoping Jane will take her for puppy days when she is a little older. Jane has always sent photographs showing what your dog is doing which is very reassuring.
This weekend was the first time Izzy had stayed at Happy Pets - excellent service from a very caring lady. I have booked for end of July already!
In 2010 Jane started helping our family by looking after our lovely Labrador Pippa. Pippa was an anxious dog but Jane worked her magic, slowly gaining her trust increasing her length of stay from 1 hour to overnight and even one holiday of 3 weeks! Jane loves all the dogs as if they were her own. It's not just the walks and feeding , Jane actively interacts with the dogs during the day playing games and having fun. Sadly our Pippa died and now we have Molly, a rescue with issues! So once again Jane is slowly building the bond between them. Jane has so much experience and knowledge of dog behaviour and has given helpful advice in training Molly. Dogs that get to stay at Jane's are indeed lucky dogs and do have A Happy Pet Holiday.

I was going away for 4 nights and luckily found Jayne to look after my 7yr old Multipoo. I had an initial meet up at Jayne’s home followed by a half day trial to test the compatibility of our dogs which went very well so both Jayne and I were then sure a short term stay would work. I found Jayne to be calm, friendly and welcoming who clearly offers a loving environment for dog care by having them as one of her own in her home which is exactly what I was looking for. On my return, my dog was very happy and relaxed after being on long walks(5k) during her stay and Jayne took her time to give me feedback which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Jayne for any dog care you require and can vouch you won’t be disappointed with the loving and safe care your dog will receive.
My labrador Winnie has been enjoying holidays with Jane for many years now. When the car pulls up she instantly recognises where she is and gets so exited! She loves Jane and we can enjoy our time away knowing that the dog is happy and well cared for. The photo updates are very welcome and add to our peace of mind. We have left our little doggy Veuvie with Jane a few times and she has had a wonderful time. Jane takes the dogs multiple walks a day, which Veuvie loved. She also has a great garden which is perfect for the dogs to walk in and out. Jane is amazing with dogs. Veuvie absolutely loves her and now gets so excited when she realizes she is going to stay. Can’t recommend Jane enough. She is so helpful and extremely caring with dogs.
Jane kindly looked after our 2 year old Vizsla, Indi, for two weeks in September. Indi was very comfortable and at home with Jane, and her dog, Daisy. We were kept up to date with photos and video clips, and when I went to pick Indi up they clearly had bonded, which was lovely to see, and so reassuring. Jane looked after our 6 year old Labrador Rufus at very short notice when we had to be away for a few days. I can thoroughly recommend her services. We have already booked him in again for later this year as we will require more help.
We wanted someone to look after our two dogs whilst we were on holiday. Luckily, Jane had availability and the dogs could not have been happier. When we returned they were very pleased to see us but really didn’t want to leave Jane!
