Biggie, Bob cat and Ursi have been very easy to care for and we enjoyed their individual personalities. Helen is very organised and made it easy for us to care for them. The home is well equipped and is in a lovely and quiet environment. The balcony is very pleasant with a sneaky peak of the sea. Biggie was great on his walks and he is happy to guard the house from the balcony. We would highly recommend this sit and hope to assist Helen again in the near future 🤓
We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend at Lisa's apartment in Arlington, VA. The location of the apartment building couldn't have been more ideal, with its convenient proximity to the metro, grocery stores, and a wide selection of dining options, all within easy walking distance. From the moment we stepped into Lisa's apartment, we were immediately impressed by the comfort and style it offered. The well-appointed living spaces, tasteful decor, and attention to detail created an inviting and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Lisa for graciously allowing us to enjoy her apartment and for considering us as potential caretakers for Lucky. It was a truly memorable experience, and we sincerely hope to have the chance to foster a bond with Lucky in the future. Thank you once again, Lisa. We eagerly anticipate the possibility of another visit and the opportunity to shower Lucky with love, care, and attention.
Ana was a great host and we enjoyed sitting for her! Communication was great throughout the stay. Lhasa is a good cat that is very easy to care for- she is fairly independent. The space is very nice and the location is awesome- food, downtown, the beach, and the forest all within walking distance. Thanks Ana!
I had the pleasure of sitting for Jane & Alex and their two lovely cats, Molly and Pusspuss in Forest Row. Jane & Alex were extremely welcoming and generous with their home. They were exceptional in providing the resources not only about the sit but also information about the Sussex area. I haven’t explored this area very much in the past thirteen years I have been in England but it is an exceptional area rich in history and such a peaceful countryside. I don’t remember a sit that I have relaxed as much as this one just by stepping out their back door. When you read their information regarding home and location it is an excellent narrative of how dynamic the Sussex area is and has to offer. They were conscientious & helpful to ensure my stay and experience and interactions with the rulers of the home were rewarding. I really appreciated their efforts and the Welcome Packet was well prepared, organized and explained to me prior to the sit about the care and routine of the kitties and their home. Their home is spacious with terrific natural light that flowed thru the windows especially the bedroom I was staying and the home was peaceful and easy to feel at home. The kitties were easy to care for and didn’t hesitate to tell you when it was time for head rubs and more importantly when to eat. I think they had other ideas on how much they should eat then Jane and Alex, (hee hee) and you will fall in love with them. Jane and Alex’s personality, empathy and love for their pets and life in general continue to be the highlights of the pet and house-sitting opportunities that I have experienced along this journey. I highly recommend sitting for them if you have the opportunity in their lovely home in one of the most desired areas in England.
I did not get to meet Tirion in person, The communication was good before and during the sit. The house and garden was beautiful, and everything was very comfortable and homely. Meeting and getting to know Tirion’s Mum Kath is the highlight of the stay. Would love to return in the near future I’m highly recommend this sit.
We had a lovely time on this sit; James and Ryan have a beautiful home! James is a kind and accommodating host whose communication was great. Their handbook is especially detailed and helpful, containing all the information needed for the housesit and about the local area. Rizzo is an adorable, lovable girl with such an affectionate and endearing personality. She's very easy to look after in the home but walks can be difficult because she is reactive and strong, so best to have a strong arm and hold her tight!

Amazing staff, they always take extra care of my dog Mango when we bring her through. They do festive days and extra fun things for the pets. The trainer Jess has worked wonders and helped us make breakthroughs with our dogs behavioral issues. I never have to worry about her being here she’s so spoiled by staff. Here is a picture of when they did doggie Dino day when they let owners opt to have their dog dig through a sand pool and grab toys. She still has her this toy to this day, and it’s one of my favorite photos of Mango!
Update July 12, 2024 - We have finally resolved the issue. We are unsure of the cause, it's likely a reaction or something she picked up while I'm boarding. Either way, we are content with their final customer service follow-up . Our complaint is mostly the lack of response initially. We enjoyed sending our dog to PetSuites for all the services they have. She's been going there for years and we believe that they are overall a good company, however when something like this happens, it's hard to send our pup back. We appreciate their services in the past and hope others don't have the same experience as ours did. July 10, 2024 - I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by PetSuites Manassas.Our dog, came back ill with allergy issues after her stay. We've been loyal customers for three years, and it pains me to write this review. We were informed by an employee that she was fed some of their canned food, despite us providing her food and specific instructions not to feed her anything else due to her allergies. We tried to contact the company for clarification and resolution, but received no response for several hours after calling and leaving a voicemail. We also sent texts and finally after several hours they responded via text to inform us that their manager was aware. After not receiving a response by the afternoon of the second day, we called. We spoke to another employee and were told by that employee that the manager stated they do not have any wet food available, contradicting the initial information we received. Furthermore, they mentioned that their dry food is salmon-based, but could not confirm if it contained any chicken ingredients, which our dog is allergic to. I asked for the manager to call me and discuss the situation. The employee reiterated that the manager would return my call by 3:30 this afternoon. However they have not contacted me by the promised time. I am deeply concerned that our dog was fed something other than what we provided, leading to her current health issues. This experience has been highly distressing, and the lack of communication from PetSuites is especially upsetting given our long-standing relationship. Additionally, the health issues caused by feeding her non-regular food have resulted in significant financial costs to us, totaling over $500 in veterinary bills and treatments.
My Zoey LOVES coming to Petsuites! She rushes me out of the house and can't wait to be greet the staff, the other dogs and even the dog parents 😄! When she comes home, Zoey conks out until dinnertime. The staff are so wonderful and caring and genuine. Every dog that comes in always smiles and runs to staff and that says a lot about the care they receive. You will not be sorry if you choose Petsuites. Update 06/21/24 - Zoey joined group day play for the first time and had a BLAST! She made new furry friends and wore herself out. She has been attending Petsuites for over a year and we are still very pleased with everything and everyone 🙂❤️
I love this facility! Our family moved away from our usual kennel for boarding a few years ago. It’s difficult to find a kennel you can come to trust after you have developed a relationship with and come to understand the processes of another establishment. Pet Suites was great from the start. The facility is clean. Everyone there genuinely loves animals. You can tell by the animals coming and going, they are happy and enjoy being here. Transactions are never rushed, in depth conversations surrounding your pets care are the norm. They offer veterinary services, boarding, daycare, training and the list goes on. I trust the care my dog receives during his visits. The services offer transparency and reasonable costs. I cannot recommend them enough.
This was my first time visiting PetSuites and I was very satisfied and impressed. The staff was very friendly and the groomer was very upfront and honest about letting me know what was going on with my fur baby. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone and I myself will be taking my business there from now on.
I took my catt to be groomed, and I was very satisfied with the cat groomer. She was very friendly and did an excellent job. I would certainly bring her there again
We were so worried about changing groomers, but all worries were replaced with shear joy at seeing our fur babies come out so happy, clean, and smelling wonderful! We were so happy when we got a call from Bobby asking for specifics and our preferences on Rocky's grooming. We will be back for sure! And now with Christmas, they came out with beautiful bows!

We are previous Waggin' Tails customers and have had great experiences at Bark + Boarding. Amy has been amazing and hosted a few events at our apartment community over the summer. I think the photo events are a cute idea, and we look forward to returning! We really like this facility because it is always clean, does not smell like other local competitors' facilities, and our dog always seems to be well taken care of. Keep doing what you're doing!
We truly appreciate and completely trust the amazingly wonderful staff as well as the entire boarding experience at Bark and Boarding in Manassas ❣️❣️🐶 From the warm friendliness and efficiency of the front desk, to the genuinely compassionate loving care and expertise of the staff giving the direct care to my 18.5 yr old little dachshund, the whole experience was totally above and beyond ❣️🐶 My sweet mini dachshund, Nugget, has multiple care issues and the tender caring staff gave the very best of loving care and attention to her 🐶❤️ We gratefully have the utmost confidence in the staff when we have to board her! We wouldn't board our fur baby anywhere else because of the trust and confidence we have developed in this Bark and Boarding staff ❣️
The staff are nice. But the one time we did overnight boarding, he came down with a wicked case of bordetella and a step infection.
Our puppy, Wally loves going to daycare. He loves all of his friends, human and animal.
