Shawna and Doug were incredibly caring and generous hosts. We house and pet sat for them for just over three weeks and they did everything they could to make our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable in their beautiful and spacious home. Communication with them was easy and relaxed right from the start. Our information pack was clear, concise and informative. They showed us around the local area so we knew where to go for days out and shopping and left us all kinds of brochures and books for things to do in Ottawa. We loved spending time with their pets, Sadie and Jenny. Their pets are very well behaved and charming. We had so much fun playing fetch with Jenny and taking her for walks. Sadie has personality plus and was very much a princess. They both seemed to enjoy being with us. We had a wonderful experience house and pet sitting for Shawna and Doug and would highly recommend them.
Aylin and Kevin have a lovely apartment in a great area, and the best dog! Mycroft was such a sweetheart and I really enjoyed his company. He is so well behaved and loves to snuggle. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. They gave very detailed instructions about his daily routine so it was easy to care for Mycroft. If the opportunity arises, I would go back again and again.
Me and my partner loved our stay in this place! The cats were really friendly and a pleasure to be around. Ashra was welcoming and stayed in touch the whole time! The house was big, comfortable and clean! Also quite near to the R5 to downtown😊
We had an absolutely amazing time taking care of pups Hazel and Sadie, and Miss Kitty! All three are so full of love, and so much fun. Hazel and Sadie love their walks and river playtime - stick throwing is a highlight for both of them, but Hazel will play all day if you want! Miss Kitty is lively and loves to play too. Of course food and treats are a highlight of their day, as is snuggle time. They will hang out with you wherever you are in the house. It's all about purrs and tail wags. Francesca and Bill made us feel right at home on our arrival. We stayed the evening before they left. Francesca cooked up a super tasty dinner, and we had a great time getting to know them, and get familiar with all the home and pet routines. Francesca was super to communicate with, and provided clear and detailed instructions to make the sit a successful and fun experience. Their home is lovely with a gorgeous garden, and just across the river. Great pup walking neighborhood too. We highly recommend this sit! Thank you Francesca and Bill, we hope we can come hang out with your babies again.
We loved sitting for Emily! She was very welcoming in showing us around her place, which is comfortable and centrally located. Most importantly, her cat Beech was easily the friendliest and cutest cat we have sat for. She loved to cuddle and sleep, which made for a relaxing stay.
Megan and Mitty were super! Megan took time to show me around before leaving for her trip, and had a very detailed welcome packet with all the info needed for the stay! She even provided laundry and public transit cards, which was really appreciated! Mitty is adorable! She loves to play with her toys and is a great companion on walks! Would absolutely recommend Mitty and Megan if you get the chance!
