We had a wonderful few days here in this unique house with Motzi, really one of the sweetest young cats we've ever looked after. Sylvie was kind, warm and welcoming, and explained everything clearly for us. We had a calm few days exploring the local area, and enjoying being in the house with music and lots of books. Motzi very soon became trusting and friendly, it was a delight to be with her. All in all, we feel lucky to have had this experience. Thank you Sylvie!
Hector is the sweetest most agreeable dog I’ve ever pet sat! He likes to chase the ball in the park, chew on his toys and cuddle on the couch with you. The house is lovely and only a few minutes from the tube line which takes you to Central London in 10-15 minutes. There are supermarkets, coffee shops, cafes and breweries close by. Thank you so much for this opportunity!
Jenny communicated well with us before and during this sit, and warmly welcomed us to her lovely, bright and super clean home, with a thorough walkthrough of everything we needed during our stay. She was flexible with our arrival which was helpful, since we travelled directly there from another pet sit in the region. Jenny has excellent recommendations for nearby activities and grocery shopping! In our opinion, it's best to have a car like we did, though transit is certainly doable. Tali is a sweet dog that became our close friend within the first day. He showed us his preferred routes, leading us through pretty vineyards, fields and quaint town streets. He seemed most happy to just be near us, especially if a belly rub was available. Thank you Jenny and Geraint for a wonderful stay, and your kind recommendations. We hope to see you all again!
Robert & Anita's house is so comfortable. It's small so it's easy to maintain, with a huge chef's galley and lovely livingroom and sun room. The dogs Fenway and Baxter are a joy to hang out with. They're fun and loving and we miss them very much. Bob and Anita are very relaxed and trusted us with our work. They were always available to answer any questions we had. We would gladly sit for them again if they ever needed us.
Had a great weekend looking after Ruth’s home and her cat Ziggy! She was super welcoming and gave us a great guide on looking after Ziggy as well as places to go around the area which answered any questions we had during our stay. Ziggy is a very loving and friendly cat and once he’s warmed up to you he loves cuddles and to play. Ruth’s home is very nice and the bed is sooooo comfortable! It is also located in a great area close to lots of nice places to eat/drink or a short journey into central London.
I had a great time watching Radley and Hot Dog! They’re both really sweet dogs, and the location is just beautiful. Linzey was really communicative, helpful and friendly, definitely recommended!

Keep dogs moving, people want dogs having fun, playing, interacting, unless they can’t n are elderly. When they come home from work they are tired and their dog should be happy to see them but also feel like they had a busy day. Not , gee! Me, me, me, let’s walk n play for hours now, I had hours of boredom while you were at work! No non spayed or neutered, all shots. If any chance of illness…no do not endanger 50 for 1. The location has the ability to be wonderful. N children should not be brought in to middle to lay around n play with dogs. It is a business, dogs are wonderful animals but once you put 5 together anything can happen. It’s not a child day care a I repeat, kids do not belong on the floor with clients dogs. If a dog bites once you are putting him at risk for bitting again. Step on them, if you bang into them n they have cancer n you don’t know it, a nice dog will bite. You now created an issue for dog owner because you thought it would be fun to have your kids on the floor of a dog day care/ boarding business.
Very expensive for a fair job. I left it to the groomer’s discretion and although my girl was very pretty when I picked her up, they barely cut any hair. i will need to bring her for a haircut elsewhere and pay a nominal fee. Anyway $95 dollars for a wash and a trim for a 10 pound dog is absurd. I will not be returning. Chris and Zoe

Our favorite doggy day care spot! Our dog, Houie, goes a few days a month and he absolutely loves the whole team there. He goes running in as soon as we walk through the door. Highly recommend!

I have two rescue dogs who I have to board occasionally, they have high anxiety and we have had bad experiences at previous places but I feel so comfortable leaving my dogs at Fuzzy Butts. It is clear all of the staff I have met care so much for the dogs here and treat them as their own. My dogs who hate going places, love going here even to board! The staff are so accommodating and they communicate so well during their stay.
Our daniff goes to fuzzy butts for regular daycare and boarding. When we get out of the car he runs to the front door and is genuinely excited to see everyone and spend time with his other doggie friends. He had major separation anxiety and a very particular diet due to his size (he needs three meals plus a day) and fuzzy butts has been more than accommodating. The staff are extremely friendly and we love the daily picture updates!

Been taking our pups here since 2009 and we all love it! Our pups always come home exhausted from their play! The staff evaluate the dogs to ensure a good fit and friendly atmosphere. They are so sweet and treat our pups like family - so caring and loving. They also offer boarding and grooming services and we recommend those as well. The hours are great and pricing very reasonable. They've been super flexible when we've had a last minute ask for a weekend boarding. We're so lucky and appreciative to have found this gem years ago. I've been a customer here for 14 years, with 4 dogs over those years. My dogs have always loved this place, where they have lots of room to run around, lots of toys to play with, and people who truly love them and get to know each dog. They celebrate birthdays, Santa comes for Christmas pictures, and there is nothing better than Halloween at Bark Avenue! The staff is great, the place is spotless, and my dogs are nice and tired at the end of the day!
We are extremely satisfied with Bark Avenue. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I feel so at ease whenever i drop off my dog because i know that hes going to be in good hands. Sometimes they even post photos or videos on their facebook feed and every once in a while i get to see my pup running around. It makes my day knowing that hes happy and playing with other dogs. I also love that they split up the dogs by energy level, not just size, so i know my small dog is around other pups who wont be too aggressive with him. Im so happy i found this place. And i know my dog loves it too, because he gets so exciting when we ask him if hes ready to go to "school".
So great to be back at Bark Avenue! We moved and started taking our Basset Hound to another day camp. Not sayin’ nothin’ but the name of the franchise rhymes with “Messed Ends” Rather than go into all the problems with them, I’d like to list just a few of the ways in which Bark Avenue distinguishes themselves from the aforementioned chain. 1. Bark Avenue retains customers and staff 2. They recognized Ike (after a 3 year absence) and welcomed him back with great warmth and enthusiasm. 3. Their hours are much more convenient 4. When Ike is bathed or gets his nails trimmed (by Marydean) the work is noticeable. 4. Best of all the director and staff seem to genuinely enjoy the dogs! Bark Avenue is not fancy or pretentious, but we trust them implicitly to care for our “best friend.”

My licensed therapy dog was bit terribly. Then, they try to make it sound like it was my dog's fault. My dog is very friendly and has NEVER had an incident. I'm now sitting at the animal hospital because my dog has severe wounds from the attack. Never again!

We reached out to Five Paws very last minute to see if they would be able to watch our dog who had significant medical needs. They were wonderful from start to finish and I was so confident each time that she was in such great care. We've previously had her boarded and she would seem so stressed when we picked her up. We were desperate to find an alternative and we didn't look back once we started using Five Paws. They give updates, pictures and each time we came home she was as happy as can be. They provided such peace for us knowing she was in good hands and was happy especially given all of her medical concerns (dog dementia, blindness, hard of hearing, pain, etc..). Our Sahara has since passed but I would use them again and again with any dogs we may have in the future and cannot recommend them enough.
I don't trust anyone else with my pets when I'm away! I love that I know I will get photos of my cats and a report of how the visit went from the sitter. They take time to give the cats individual attention, not just coming in to feed, clean, and leave. Scheduling is very easy and the rates are reasonable.
Hi: Kudos to Five Paws Recently had Five Paws cat sit our cats and pond fish. The team at Five Paws hit a homerun with us. The team is very professional, respectful and loving to our gang. The team of Melinda and Blythe were so observant of our pets, even going out of the way to feed our strays, without blinking an eye. Special shout out to Melinda who really saved the day as she was feeding the fish in our pond, when she noticed that one of our goldfish got stuck in the filter. Without any hesitation she jumped in to save him, which would have been a disaster if she didn't as he would have passed and fouled the pond water. Five Paws has taken excellent care of all my pets (rabbit, cat, mice) for many years now and they do an excellent job! They were even able to give my cat pills (in pill pockets) and coordinated with my vet once when she stopped eating and I could not be reached. They are reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and professional. I will continue to use them when I go on vacation and highly recommend them!

We have been using Five Paws for a few years now, for small weekend trips or week long vacations. They have been so wonderful with our pups. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Five Paws of Delco! The owner is fantastic, the scheduling process is so simple, and all of the sitters are wonderful! They are EXTREMELY reliable and trustworthy, which is so important when you're away. They also have a great app used to communicate with each sitter and to see pics of your pups! I always receive such a sweet and detailed update from our sitter after every visit. I had an experience where I was out of the country using a different sitter (not Five Paws of Delco) who was supposed to watch my dogs at their house for the week. They decided that they no longer wanted to watch them after a couple days, so they dropped them back off at my house, alone. I was panicking, just having arrived in another country, so I reached out to Five Paws of Delco who immediately responded and scheduled multiple last minute visits for me. I cannot thank them enough for being there during this very stressful time! It's so comforting to know we always have them available to sit for our dogs. Lisa is incredible. She has helped me so tremendously I can’t even put it into words. My cat Homer is a 16 year old newly diagnosed with diabetes, which makes leaving for holidays and events a bit harder due to his injections. Lisa has helped me more times than I can count, and Homer loves her! It is such a weight off my mind that he is being cared for so well. She sends updates and photos and is always so generous with her time. I can’t imagine what this past year would have been like without her help.
I have used Lisa Burke from Family Style Pet Sitting as my pet sitter for 13 years now. My old dog would actually get excited when he saw us packing for vacation because he knew he was going to go to Lisa’s house for his “vacation.” I never worried about him because I knew he was in the best possible hands. When he was sick and required special care and medicine, she was the only one I trusted. She also takes care of my two cats and my new dog, and she used to take care of my chickens when we had them as well. Highly recommend!!

Jen is truly one of the best dog walkers out there. Our dog Oscar is obsessed with her - to the point where she tries to walk quietly by our house if she's going to walk our neighbor's dog so he doesn't hear her! On Oscar's first birthday, I was traveling for work and Jen took Oscar to the store to get him a birthday cake toy. It's the smaller, thoughtful things like this that make her irreplaceable in our pup's life. She also takes super cute pictures (attached) and sends an email about how each walk went. She makes leaving Oscar for work trips less hard because I know that he'll be so excited to see her when she comes for his walk!
Jen and the Shawe's team have been walking my family's dogs for 7 years or so. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate shifting schedules, schedule or cancel on short notice, and even pick up the phone to talk about any pet concerns we might have (unrelated to them! just for advice!). My pup Ollie loves seeing his walkers and I could not do my job without the peace of mind that someone responsible will come take him out and play with him while I work. Bonus - they take the best pics of my little guy while they visit!

When we first moved to Philadelphia, our dog was very shy and timid around walkers that we would hire through various apps, but then Jen came and saved the day. She goes above and beyond to make Benji comfortable and now he gets excited when we just say her name. I’ve used Jen and her walkers for over 5 years now and I honestly would never use any other dog walking service in Philly. She is trustworthy, reliable, AND LOVES all of her dogs. And my dog absolutely loves her dog walkers, as I’ve been able to see a couple times when my dog will go running toward them, tail wagging if we happen to bump into them on the street. Jen uses an easy-to-use app to schedule walks/pay invoices and to see the daily walk reports which is super convenient. Also Jen makes herself available for every client and will always try her best to accommodate any late requests - I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to put in a last minute request for a same-day dog walk or for an overnight stay the week-of and Jen will always make it work. Aside from that, it’s great to get pictures of my dog on her walk while I’m at work - I truly never have to worry Sophie when I’m not at home because I know she’s in such great hands. Jen and her team has been taking care of our dog since he was brought into our family as a puppy! From consistent walks, amazing walkers and just all around dog people to overnight stays, she has been there for us throughout his life (and will be for the many years yet to come)! Jen is understanding and flexible with last minute changes, which for us happen a lot! Her walkers leave a note about their walk every time and even text/call us from time to time with updates. I have never noticed a thing out of place in out of place after a walker left. The Shawe's Paws team is the only team I trust to take the best care of our dog! Jen has been in my dog's life for years (even though we've since moved to the suburbs.) She and her staff are flexible, reliable, and they LOVE their charges/pets. They truly understand my quirky, sweet dachshund and he loves them for it. He even got to sleep over Jen's house!! Jen is super responsive and capable and she chooses excellent staff members. Complete Pet Care's name says it all - Complete Sending daily photos, including funning stories of what Pi did, taking my dog to nearby parks for a change of scenery, shutting my freezer all the way (my fault), bringing in my mail. I feel so comfortable leaving my house and Great Dane in Shade's hands.
Shade is a true animal lover and I would highly recommend Complete Pet Care to anyone with pets! Our dog loves her and they had a connection as soon as they met. Shade provides our dog with walks during the week, which have been so helpful in allowing our dog to get her energy out while we are at work. She is reliable, flexible, and very communicative by sending pictures, videos, and updates after every visit. Additionally, she has been a huge help with checking in on/feeding our 2 cats when we go away. As someone who loves their pets and is hesitant to trust other people with them, I feel completely at ease knowing that Shade is taking the best care of them!

Aloha doggie daycare is truly a home away from home for your fur babies! My dog can’t get out of the car fast enough when we pull up. Pick up and drop offs are swift and easy, you can’t ask for a better experience. I personally enjoy pick up time because I get to hear about the fun/ funny things my dog was doing during the day. Your dog will have access to indoor and outdoor areas, which provides them plenty of space to run around a play! Outdoor access isn’t something that many daycares offer or it’s extremely limited, but here at Aloha my pup is enjoying the outdoors and beautiful weather all while playing with her pup friends! Lisa, Lou and Jarrod are always coming up with different types of dog friendly activities whether it’s playing in the pool, doggie ice cream parties, or bubbles! My dog comes home wipes out! Another nice feature is that Aloha will post up pictures and videos during the day of the dogs playing or just hanging out. You don’t have to wonder what your fur baby is doing all day because you have the opportunity to see for yourself. The facility is very clean especially compared to others. I’ve been to other daycares where my dog came out smelling like cleaner or urine, she was constantly sick. She has been attending Aloha for about 4 months and we haven’t encountered any of these issues. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Aloha, I recommend it to everyone with a dog that I encounter! You know when you send your dog here they are treated like family and are in good hands.
My dog and I love Aloha. Lisa, the proprietor, goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She really cares about her clients, and it's really nice to support a family-owned and family-operated business. My dog loves it there and gets excited every time I drop her off. I'm really cautious about who watches my dog, and I know she's safe and happy at Aloha. Sprout, my dog, stays there three days a week and I've always felt comfortable with her under their care.
Aloha Doggy Day Care is BY FAR my favorite place to take my Retriever Rio. The attention to detail and safety for the dogs is top notch. Being smaller than some of the other doggy daycare options allows for much more attentive staff and safer play. Lisa and her son Jared (owners) have been taking care of my puppy since she was 10 weeks old and she is now over a year old. My wife and I cannot reccomend them enough!
All I have to say to Luca is “do you want to go to school to see Miss Lisa” and the wigglebutts start! Luca loves going to Aloha Doggy Daycare and I feel so relieved knowing that she will be well cared for and loved like one of their own. Have been using Lisa to watch Rocky before she even opened Aloha. Lisa and her family are great with the dogs and especially our rambunctious hound. Rocky loves going to Aloha and is literally trying to open the back window in the car to get there even when we are still 2 blocks away. I highly recommend them.

Steph's Pet Sitting is a wonderful business. We have a variety of "pets" who are our family members including kitty, Sam the frog, and Monique and Sandy our chickens. When we go away we book Steph's Pet Sitting to take the best care of our family who can't go with us. Steph vets the most caring and professional staff and has a fabulous business. Our kitty is also on a prescription medication which they are able to give her! After each visit from your pet sitter you will get an email update with pictures which eases your mind and lets you enjoy your trip stress free. I can't thank Steph and Kerri enough for my last minute dog sitting request so I could continue with a planned trip out of town. My dog was a previous dog walking client when I used to work in the office and it was great to have him taken care of by Kerri again. I was very nervous leaving our boys for 10 days. Our sitters Anna Marie and Naomi took great care while we were gone, sending daily updates and pics so I was reassured all was well at home. In addition to feeding and cleaning litter, they spent time playing with and entertaining them! The portal they use for updates is very easy to use. We used Steph’s Pet Service for our 4 cats while we went away for a week. We were so happy with the service she provided. She provided a daily update and spent time getting to know the cats. We had total peace of mind knowing our babies were in good hands. We have been using Steph’s pet sitting services for 5 years (after prior service disagreed with the time we scheduled for dogs to be fed and another time forgot to feed them at all!) Our 2, 10 yr old golden doodles now very well cared for when we schedule with Steph who manages a great service: she personally meets with new customers and their pet(s) along with 1 or 2 of her employees to get oriented to our dogs and home and neighborhood. My dog Sadie goes here for regular baths and nail clipping. She is always happy to go so I know they treat her well. She comes out smelling and looking well groomed and wagging her tail! The staff is always friendly and genuinely care for your furry baby!
Our Dalmatian, Neuhaus loves his visits so much when he sees me packing up his food & toys the whimpering begins. He really enjoys the play time with his friends and we love the Pet Cam! It makes our vacation less stressful knowing he is having fun in a safe loving environment.

Our pooch loves Best Friends like it's her second home. We've been boarding our dog here for about 3 years and the staff has always been phenomenal. Everyone is very friendly and it's a very welcoming environment. I admittedly get nervous when my dog and other dogs "meet," but she always does great at group play at Best Friends. I don't know what kind of magic they work but I get a little bit of a "training session" myself each time I chat with the staff at Best Friends when I pick her up. They're all great people and willing to provide helpful tips.
From my experience Best Friends always keeps our dog happy safe and well fed during his trips there. Anytime I have a concern or question or change in schedule they always try to accommodate. They love seeing Charlie’s face when he arrives and their new groomer has bonded with him which is not easy to do!!!
Over the past few years I boarded my dogs at Best Friends for weekend or week long stays. Having the opportunity to “check in” via video is a terrific addition to the boarding service. My dogs have always been happy when they realized they were going to spend time at Best Friends. Their reaction as we entered the doors made me feel they had a good time during previous visits. Best Friends is our ultimate doggy destination! My German shepherd Moon is so excited to attend the day camp at Best Friends, he practically pulls me through the door. Moon has such a blast playing with his furry friends and the staff who clearly adore dogs, and always comes home happy and ready to conk out for a well-deserved nap. And thanks to the clean environment - NO doggy daycare funk!! We have also used Best Friends for longer stays, and Moon always comes back the same tired, happy pup. Knowing that he is having fun and being well cared for allows us to relax and enjoy our time away.
My two golden doodles were well taken care as first time boarders by very experienced staff that were highly responsive to the individual needs of my dogs. Planning, drop off, and pick up were well coordinated and timely. I will definitely be using Best Friends Pet Hotel in the future and highly recommend their services.
