Very nice stay at Steven’s house! The best of it all… Telli! She was such a little sweetheart and I loved spending my days with her. She was so playful and fun yet sweet and cuddly. She gave the best morning cuddles! Steven’s house is located in a great area in a very nice neighborhood. I loved my daily walks with Telli especially to the Lenox park close by! Great experience!
I had the most wonderful experience with with this housesit. Dax, Bentley and Georgia were delightful to look after. They were so well behaved and affectionate, they really made the stay enjoyable. Susan and Colin also went above and beyond to ensure that I felt right at home during my stay. They also took the time to make me feel like a welcomed member of their family. Along with leaving lots of information on things to do around the area and how to get around. Overall looking after the dachshunds and meeting Susan and Colin was an wonderful experience and I will definitely be coming back when possible!
I had a very comfortable 3night stay at Sophie's! Miya is very easy to look after, and spends most of the day snoozing. As Sophie says in her listing, Miya tends to mowl loudly when she is searching the house for you, which can wake you up at night, and may take a night or 2 to get settled with you. But she will cuddle you at bedtime when she settles! If you like walking, I used AllTrails free app to find a walk straight from the front door - a 6mile circular walk around the canal, Low Wood and Alder Carr wood.
We had a lovely time in Ruch at Debbie and John. Contact was very easy with Deb by mail before the sit and John welcomed us with a delicious home made soup with veg from his garden ! The house is ideally located close to a lovely village and right in the middle of the vineyard. We enjoyed walking with Cedric around the house : there are lots of walks just out the doors : Vineyard, castle, wood and Palombières, secret fountain, etc. And Cedric is such a lovely boy : he loves being cuddled and he will take you hand to make you understand it's time for cuddle now ! He loves walking and is very good off the lead when it is safe (we had a very long walk along the Dordogne river). He is very curious and goes easily to people to ask for a cuddle but he is very obedient and will stop when he is told to. It was a very nice experience and we would like to apply again - maybe in summer or autumn to see this marvelous garden with veg and fruits. We highly recommend this sit.
