Jenny and Steve were such wonderful hosts! They are two extraordinarily kind people, and their comfortable home is in a lovely location. The animals were delightful companions. We felt entirely at ease with the dogs around our seven year old son and very much enjoyed running and playing with them in the yard. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable place to be, we rarely left the property. I can't recommend this house sit or this family highly enough.
I had a very enjoyable stay with Timble; she is sweet and a very friendly cat. She loves being groomed. Jenny and I had a couple of chats prior to the sit, and while away there was easy communication. The house is very comfortable, and talk about close to amenities: the train station and CoOp could not be nearer. There was a hard copy of the Welcome Pack, along with a stack of leaflets on the many lovely places to visit in Yorkshire. A great sit, thank you!
I have a new best friend and his name is Zeus. He is a gorgeous and energetic dog who absolutely adores going to the beach. We had a lot of fun exploring the beautiful neighbourhood near Seacliff, where I regularly took him to parks like the Presidio and Land's End. Don’t be surprised to be stopped all the time by people who want to compliment him on his looks. He is a big dog, but very gentle and easy to handle. When you let him off leash you might lose his attention for a minute or two while he runs and jumps around in circles and lets the energy flow. However, he is very well trained, so after that he’ll happily come along with you for the rest of the journey. The owners Gianmarco and Natalie were incredibly kind and attentive. They were always quick to respond to any messages and made sure I had everything I needed to provide the best care for Zeus. Their house was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable and convenient base for this pet sitting adventure. I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to care for Zeus and would love to pet sit for them again. Five stars all the way!
Phenomenal dogs, people, house, location! Lola and Mike are 2 of the sweetest, cutest and cuddliest dogs you'll ever meet! They captured our hearts instantly! We loved spending time with these two, they are so playful and funny!! On walks Mike is stronger, faster and adventurous, Lola loves to stop and sniff! We found it was best when my husband would run with Mike and I would walk with Lola. Jessica and family were wonderful hosts-- friendly, welcoming and generous. Jessica was excellent with communication and always just a text away any time we needed anything. She also completed the Welcome Guide which came in handy for us on several occasions. Their home is a dream!! A gorgeous and charming place with stunning views right near Haight-Asbury! Their home is really fantastic, and has everything you could need to be happy and comfortable-- full kitchen, excellent wifi, many cosy places to relax, fabulous art everywhere, even arcade machine games!! The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, with several fantastic local parks to bring the doggies to! This was a perfect housesit. I can confidently recommend this sit to others and we would be thrilled to sit for Jessica & family again any time! Thanks again for everything, guys!!
