Cat Sitters in Auburn Hills, MI

Itzel, Enzo and José Maria stayed over in our apartment for 10 days during one of the most sweltering summers I can remember and I can't thank them enough for holding the fort and caring so lovingly for our cat! They are a very warm and gentle family : organised, reliable, and self sufficient, and we greatly enjoyed their company the evening before we left. We came back to a very happy cat, the house was left spotless, our garden looked better than when we left it and our hearts were much warmed with the attentions left for us to come home to :) Thank you very much to you all and wishing you all the best on your further travels!

Lisa, first, I am very sorry for taking longer than I said to write this review (1 week and I went a little over...my apologies!), but it was very busy when I returned. Now for my review: I booked Lisa from my gut reaction to her first email and then subsequent ones. She did not have any reviews at the time, but after reading SO many profiles and holding out for that "one special one", I was glad I did hold out. Lisa is a hidden gem in zeewoi, because while experienced with animals, she was just starting out on here when she applied to keep my little Molly while I was away in Antarctica. Lisa was amazing. Her communication was timely and very thorough. It was evident that she and my dog bonded very fast. Due to COVID and the Antarctica cruise I was on, there were a lot of hurdles (covid testing) to pass to even get on the ship. This put a lot of uncertainty toward this trip on the front ends and back ends of it. However, Lisa strived to accommodate the uncertainties, if they came to pass. Luckily, it all went perfectly and we had the time of our lives. I could not have taken this trip without the assurance she gave me. There wasn't a lot of communication during our trip b/c, well...we were at the bottom of the Earth! However, when I returned, I did find detailed updates on Molly, along with some photos. Molly got so many walks and I do feel that Molly was even a bit sad after the newness of me coming back home wore off. It was as if she was still waiting to see if Lisa walked through the front door a few times. I am very thankful to have met Lisa, and if she has applied for your sit, give her a chance, even if she still doesn't have the most reviews like some profiles have after a few years. Everyone has to start somewhere, and I knew to trust my gut with her. Lisa, if you ever want to return to Nashville, just let me know and I'll try to be out of town again! ;) haha. I also talked to Mitch about getting a future THSitter for him, as well.....where both our dogs would stay together at HIS house. Believe me...you would LOVE his house on the lake. It's incredible! :) You'll be the first I contact for our next travels, if you think you ever want to return here....but who knows when that might be, given these stinkin' gas prices now, right? Laura was absolutely fantastic. From the time we confirmed the visit, she was in touch making sure she understood how to best care for Jasper. Our home was pristine on our return and Jasper was a happy kitty. It was obvious he was Ioved while we were gone and Laura sent lots of pics. I highly recommend her if you need a conscientious, reliable, pet-loving sitter.

Melaina and Jeff were wonderful. They communicated regularly, took extra care with Betty, and left my home spotless. Betty has had some health issues recently and Jeff and Melaina were on top of it, keeping an eye open for any indication of the matter needing attention. I had full trust in them to handle any situation. Luckily, Betty was great and all was fine. On my first full day back, Betty walked into the guest room several times, I'm sure looking for her friends! I don't think there's a better review than that! I would definitely have Melaina and Jeff back any time.

Amerlia was a god send. She communicated clearly and had promised that she will arrive 9am before I left on the 6th. She came even before time. She was taking care of two dogs. My son's dog Klay was very needy and both the dogs were full of energy. Amelia took them for trail walking, beach and did lots of activities with them. When I came back on the 10th, both the dogs looked very content. Thnak you Amelia for your wonderful service.

Erica was great! We had a last minute change to our trip and Erica was so understanding and flexible – we really appreciated it. She sent us daily photos of Pepper and kept our home tidy. Pepper clearly loved spending time with her! We highly recommend Erica.

Yasu and Taylor were excellent, organized and friendly sitters. They were flexible in arrangements and were accommodating to our schedules in key pick up (and very kind when a snafu left them waiting outside for a little bit). We got great updates during our trip, they take stylish photos! We came back to a spotless apartment and a happy cat. Very highly recommended sitters.

I would highly recommend Nat to anyone who wants peace of mind while you’re away from your fur babies and your home. She’s responsive, friendly, communicative, and asks questions about anything that’s unclear. I have an older cat with some medical issues, and I was confident that my very social kitty got the attention and care she craves. On top of all that, she left my place in immaculate shape, (which is such a huge thing when you’re exhausted from a long travel day.) I was thrilled to have her stay in my home and would welcome her back at any time.

I can't say enough about Isabella and how great she is. Before arriving, she was very reachable and communicative. Once here, she easily familiarized herself to the routine of the house and Buster. While gone, she sent pictures and daily updates of Buster and the house. And, when Buster had a medical complication while we were gone, she weas very observant, communicated to us frequently and handled getting Buster the treatment that he required. We are very thankful for her and would gladly have her come stay again anytime.

Shoshana was a fantastic petsitter and house guest! We connected a couple of times before the stay. She was punctual and a clear communicator. We coordinated her arrival and departure, which made the pet care seamless. She sent photo updates during her stay and did a great job with Bandit and Gracie. I very much appreciate that Shoshana left my home neat and tidy! She even took out the trash. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you won't be disappointed.
