Carly and her crew were wonderful pet sitters for our dog and cats. My favorite pictures to receive while we were out of town were of the kids loving up the dog and snuggling with her. They were so cute! Before arriving, Carly did a video meeting with me that helped us both feel comfortable about the actual sit, logistics of having a family of 4 stay in our home. They arrived after we had already left, but were able to use to Welcome Guide to get started easily. Questions arrived via text and were grouped in one message that allowed me to handle business while on vacation easily. Part of our trip involved limited internet access, which Carly handled like a pro, making sure she was not trying to send pictures at that time and just sending quick check in notes that we were able to receive. The end of the sit was a fun bit of chaos as we arrived and they packed up at the same time, but how fun to meet her family and have a moment to say thank you.
