Five-Star Paws Up! Our two bulldogs, Luna and Mabel, recently enjoyed a 7-day “vacation” at K9 Resorts of Audubon over the Christmas holiday, and we’re convinced they had a better time than we did! From the moment we dropped them off, we knew they were in excellent hands. As owners of two bulldogs with more “quirks” than a reality TV show cast, we’re always a bit anxious when boarding them. But the team at K9 Resorts — led by the incredibly knowledgeable and attentive owners, who also happen to be credentialed veterinarians — erased all our worries. They treated Luna and Mabel like royalty in their executive rooms (yes, only the best for these diva dogs). Bulldogs are, let’s face it, walking bundles of health challenges. But somehow, when we picked them up, they looked better than when we dropped them off! Their wrinkles were spotless, their coats gleamed, and they had the distinct vibe of dogs who’d just been pampered at a luxury spa. Meanwhile, we were recovering from holiday stress and looking at them like, “Who even are you?” The care and attention to detail from the staff were nothing short of extraordinary. It was clear they understood bulldog-specific needs and went above and beyond to make sure Luna and Mabel were comfortable, safe, and happy. Whether it was managing their dietary needs, monitoring their health quirks, or just giving them extra cuddles (we’re sure they demanded it), the team truly exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a place where your dogs will be treated like family — or, let’s be honest, better than family — K9 Resorts of Audubon is it. This isn’t just boarding; it’s the canine version of a five-star resort. Luna and Mabel are already campaigning for another stay, and honestly, who are we to say no? K9 Resorts gets two bulldog snorts of approval and a big thank-you from their very grateful humans.

I don’t know who likes K9 Resorts of Audubon more, me or my dog Buddy! We have been bringing Buddy for daycare and boarding since November. I like the excellent staff. They provide a safe, clean and fun place for my dog to play, making sure that he rests and gets out of the heat. I am comfortable leaving Buddy for daycare and boarding. I am pleased that he is both exercising and socializing. The owners are veterinarians, which is a plus. Buddy likes K9 because of the staff and the dogs. Buddy wags his tail and barks when he arrives and the staff smiles and greets him. He likes playing with dogs, snuggling with the staff and playing in the water. This place is incredible! After just moving to the area, I was delighted to find such a welcoming community of dog lovers like me! They take GREAT care of my baby, always send tons of pictures- and make me feel comfortable having him there for daycare and boarding! Definitely recommend!

It's been a little over a month since the Grand Opening and I feel more at ease and pleased with the quality of service and care given to my dog. She is now wagging her tail when she enters the building and is greeted with excitement and snuggles. Just stop in for a tour. It's comforting knowing a Certified & Licensed Veterinarian and Certified Staff Members are caring for your fur baby with compassion.

Tucker boarded with K9 Resort Audubon last week for 5 nights. He LOVED it! He didn’t wanna leave. It’s a comforting feeling knowing your pet is happy and having fun when being boarded. We will be bringing him back for daycare and boarding. Thank you, Mark and Luis

I have never left my beagle with anyone, ever. A pet lover is always worried "will they be safe?After talking to the owner who is a veterinarian, and talking to staff I realized that my dog would be treated kindly. They treated me kindly when discussing my fears. That's how I knew they would treat my Beagle kindly. It's nice and clean also. I loved seeing the pictures of my baby on the Facebook. I would recommend! All the staff that I came in contact with were great. A special shout out to Savannah for remaining composed during my million questions!

We LOVE K-9 Resort in Audubon. Doodle plays all day, comes home, runs around the yard and then is promptly in bed by 7:30. He sleeps all night gets up the next day looking for his friends at K9 resort. It is clean, folks are happy and it is cost-effective!

Today was my dog's evaluation and 1st daycare. He's two years old and he pranced right in like he'd been going for years. He came home like he was exhausted from playing all day. The team members are professional, the policies & procedures are well detailed and the facility WOW; emaculate and state of the art. We plan on going back for another daycare and possibly an overnight stay, I've got a wedding this month.

Loved this location! The facilities are bright and clean (and smell fresh), and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. They showed me photos and videos of one of my dogs, and were able to tell us how well our dogs had done in play groups. Also my dogs were really well bathed! Clearly cleaner and fluffier than the usual end of stay baths. Highly recommend

Kudos to the staff here for being able to trim our dog's nails. We've tried multiple providers over the last year with no luck. She is a sweetheart usually but becomes Cujo as soon as she sees the nail clippers. We will definitely repeat!

The facility is top-notch and we appreciate the attention to detail in keeping everything clean and organized. We also love that they give back to the community by helping provide service animals for veterans. They also have webcam access so we can check in on our dog. Not only that but they also provide fun events every month. It’s adorable and our dog Zoe, is always excited when she knows she’s going to daycare there! We couldn't be happier with our experience at Dogtopia and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring place for their furry family members!!

We love Dogtopia and the number 1 reason is Julie!! She is an amazing soul with an incredible talent. She truly is a dog whisperer!! She does an amazing job grooming our little guy. Our Theo is a covid pup and does not like being social, but he fell in love with Julie right away and we are so thankful. He always comes home from his spa day looking like a movie star pup! In addition to Julie, we love the place itself - its always clean and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly. We love that you can check in on your dog on the webcams when he's in daycare. In addition, they have been extremely accommodating with us during holidays, when we need to board our lil baby.

We found Dogtopia in a wonderful twist of fate when we met Julie (the owner) at an event in Phoenixville. We started talking about our pets and found out that she's a groomer. Our groomer had closed and we were looking for one who was comfortable with skitzy, long haired mini doxies because our Theo is a handful. We were on a waiting list for a puppy when covid hit, and ended up bringing him home in June 2020. With the pandemic in full swing, he was never socialized and has a real issue with most people outside of our immediate family. Julie understood and suggested Theo do a meet and greet. Well, the very first time he met Julie, he flipped over on his back and fell in love with her!!! Needless to say, we booked his grooming appointment and have been over-the-moon with Dogtopia of Valley Forge ever since! Julie and Steven are amazing, compassionate and accommodating and they run an incredible daycare & grooming business. Not only does Theo get groomed here, he does occasional daycare here as well. We LOVE the fact that we can log in to the webcam and see how he's doing. If you are looking for a daycare or groomer - do not hesitate to give them a call. It will be the best decision you ever made for your pup!!

Julie & her husband are amazing people and are amazing at what they do. You can tell how much pride and love they have by talking to them just for 10 minutes. When I met Julie I knew right away I could trust them with my pups after we had a horrifying experience elsewhere with our senior golden retriever. We brought our youngest golden retriever in 2 weeks ago and she still looks amazing. Honestly one of the best grooms she ever had. I could tell she trusted Julie immediately because she went right to her which she never leaves our side. She got right into the basin. We cannot wait to bring our senior retriever in soon. He loves to get groomed and I know he'll love this place. Anyways, I'll recommend them to anyone. Thanks Julie & staff for taking care of our babies you're the best!! 🩷

Before Dogtopia opened, Julie occasionally pet-sat for my family. Her genuine passion for dogs and her and Steven's expert-level knowledge of canine care are truly impressive. Now, we use Dogtopia for grooming, daycare, and overnight boarding. The facility is top-notch, with all activities meticulously planned and executed.

I would give 6 stars if possible for the excellent & kind staff and their service at Dogtopia Valley Forge. We boarded our dog Milo for more than 3 weeks continuously day and night, and in that period our experience dealing with this Dogtopia location was nothing short of amazing. Milo was cared for very well, was provided his meals and supplements at the right time that helped him maintain his weight and health, and that kept him in good sprits throughout. When he had a bad throat because of his excited barking, the good folks at Dogtopia also took him to the vet and ensured he got his voice back. Needless to say, we recommend this place for day-care and boarding ! Webcams are a bonus!

I can’t say enough about the team at Dogtopia at VF. My puppy has only been enrolled for a couple of weeks and it’s been the best experience for both of us. Their entire staff is amazing. They obviously love dogs and I am so happy I found them. Such amazing people.

My 6 month old puppy absolutely loves going here . The owners are so friendly and responsive and obviously love what they do. I appreciate the live stream to check in on my pup and the staff are so well trained to calm any situation in the room. Could not be happier with our choice!!

We were very nervous about taking our reactive and high energy dog anywhere. She immediately warmed up to the staff and never barked once (which was rare). They all shows her the love she needed and made her comfortable and made her stay there a great experience.

The Creative Critter Sitter is AMAZING! If I could give 5+ stars I would. Sandy is the pet whisperer. My two cats love her and one of them is very hesitant with people. Throughout the fall months I was traveling for work and vacation with a total being gone for 22 days. I was very nervous leaving my pets for so long, but Sandy made me feel 100% at ease. She is extremely communicative, sharing photos and updates each day. I really can't say enough about Sandy/the Creative Critter Sitter. I travel frequently for work and pleasure and have used other sitters and services - none compare. If you have pets and need a sitter, dog walker, whatever - the Creative Critter Sitter is the service to use. Period. I am so happy (and relieved) I finally have a pet caretaker that is awesome and trustworthy.

It's very difficult to find a sitter for guinea pigs and restricted my ability to take vacations so finding Sandy also cared for exotics was a huge win! She followed care instructions so the girls' routine wasn't disrupted and she provided text updates with pictures whenever she was at my house caring for the girls. I didn't worry once about them and they were so happy with Sandy's care. Sandy loves all animals and it shows in her work. I would recommend Sandy in a heartbeat to anyone in need of a home sitter.

Sandy is an amazing person and totally professional pet sitter. Our pets loved her and looked forward to her visits. She is reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and just an all-around treasure. You will not find a better person to care for your pets. She is also an incredibly talented artist and did beautiful portraits of our animals.

Sandy was our guardian angel. She did so much more than walk my last dog and my current dog - she truly cared for them, even reading to my pup! I felt so secure while at work knowing that my dogs would see their friend Sandy every day. I cannot say enough about Sandy not only as a dog walker but also as a person, and I would recommend her to any pet parent.

Sandy is amazing. I was terrified to leave my 17-year-old cat Dusty behind when I went on a trip—he has health issues that occasionally require medication and he hates to be alone for even short periods of time. But Sandy was reassuring, knowledgeable (including about medications), conscientious, and caring. Within one trip to my home she and Dusty became fast friends, and she would read him a book while he curled up on her lap. She texted me every time she visited, provided updates, and sent me adorable photos of Dusty cuddling with her. She will be caring for my cat next time I’m out of town and I cannot recommend her more highly.

Sandy was awesome ! She took care of our 12 year old very well and walked when appropriate . & even had empathy for me during my recovery from major surgery . My dog misses Sandy… . We wish Sandy the very best in her new Town .

We love Howls and Meows! Colleen takes care of Harper like she’s one of her own. Harper starts to bark as soon as she’s pulling in the driveway and never has any hesitation when we leave. Colleen is responsive, sends us pics/videos and has a great Instagram account where we see can what’s happening with our pup while we’re away. Best thing is that Harper always has a friend at Howls and Meows like Squeegie and Biggie Paws :-)

We were initially looking for a place to bring our puppy for overnight boarding that didn't seem like 'doggie jail', and we have been so happy with Howls and Meows! Our crazy dog is definitely more comfortable in their home-like environment than she would be in a kennel. The pricing makes sense, and the business owner has consistently taken great care of our girl when we are out of town. Their flexibility for boarding, overnight in-home sitting, and ability to care for our cats when needed makes it an easy choice!

I have two cats Laverne and Shirley. Colleen is absolutely fantastic! She is always available and very professional. Whenever she is pet sitting she always texts me videos and pictures. She also lets me know how my girls are doing. My one cat Vern is very shy and hides when anyone comes over. Colleen was able to build a relationship with Vern so that she is comfortable. My girls love her! I highly recommend using Colleen and her company for your pet sitting needs!

Howls and Meows and Colleen always take great care of our dog Nelson. There are always other dogs to play with and plenty of space to run around. Highly recommend!

Colleen is wonderful with our dog, Bruce! He’s a 2 year old lab mix who is full of energy and needs plenty of play time. He gets so excited the minute we pull up to her house- he loves going there! Best of all, Colleen has been such a help as we recently found out Bruce has epilepsy. She was right there with us sending suggestions and advice from her years of experience with similar dogs. She’s one of the few people we feel comfortable caring for him when we are away. I know she monitors his medicine schedule and makes sure he’s comfortable in a large crate in case he has a seizure at night. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. You can tell she cares for the animals as if they were her own pets!

Colleen and her business has been such an absolute blessing to our family since we brought our puppy home two months ago. As my father in law says, "She's like the Mary Poppins of dog walkers!" Colleen radiates positivity and kindness and I think she adores our puppy just as much as he loves her. Not only is Colleen always dependable she reliable, she has wonderful communication in updates for our puppy, goes above and beyond by setting up puppy playdates, and has even helped out with little things around the house while she's over (bringing up trashcans, cleaning up after the cat--- she's simply amazing). A couple weeks ago we had a family medical emergency. Colleen was so compassionate and incredible. She came back after her normal hours, packed up our puppy and his things, and boarded him at her place for a few days while we dealt with our emergency. Never did she ask for specifics on when I would be picking up our dog, or bog us and down with questions and demands. We just felt understanding and care from her, and it was such a relief knowing our puppy was in the best hands and we didn't need to worry about a thing. She even sent cute little photo updates on our puppy that were a silver lining in a otherwise very bad time for us! We are so beyond happy with Howls & Meows and can't recommend them enough. Give it a shot and see just how quickly Colleen becomes more than just a dog walker, but a part of your family!

We found Colleen through a Google search, gave her a call, and based on her knowledge, experience, and confidence, we decided to try it out. We went and met with her, saw her home and yard, and were reassured this would be much better than leaving our puppy at a kennel. We were right. She's great, a pack leader so our dog is always safe, and just a nice person. Her rates are reasonable and our dog always comes home happy and tired.

Colleen has gone above and beyond taking care of our Frenchie while we were away. She truly treats these dogs as if they were her own. This was our first time leaving our pup and she checked in everyday, communicated about necessary things, and just gave our dog so much love. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Colleen is professional, communicative, super reliable, flexible, honest, and LOVES pets, especially our dog. We work and our dog is often home alone during the day. Colleen is great. She's really in tune with reading dog body language and genuinely loves dogs. She will set up a meet and greet with your dog and hers to make sure everyone will get along. I ended up really appreciating this part, as it made me feel a lot better about leaving my 10 month old puppy for a week. My puppy was actually excited to be dropped off afterwards, because she was excited to play with her new friend Squeegee. She was really responsive and the rates were reasonable. I would definitely take my dog here again.

Buds always takes excellent care of my pups! They are reliable, trustworthy, and they even message us with updates through the portal and leave us note cards about their visit. We will never use another dog walker!

Buds have gone way above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't walk my two husky/akita mixes by myself as they always competed with whose in front of the other. I can now walk both dogs with a loose leash and they are always looking at me for commands. When we first requested the service they worked with both dogs separately in order to get the dogs comfortable with them and get to know their good/bad habits. They asked us what we wanted out of their service and presented a plan on how they would go about it. This was not what I expected. My dogs are beyond excited when they go for their walks and have developed a true relationship with Tori. If your dogs are your family, you'll understand how important this is to us. I'd give them a 10 star if I could!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Shauna and her team at Buds. On the businesses side - I have never been met with a more professional and courteous team in my life. They will do everything to make sure their communication is top tier and 100% transparent. Everyone takes time to listen to your needs & concerns. On the dog side… wow. Just wow! We have rescues who are reactive and cautious. He is, as Shauna and her team have nicely put it, a “challenge dog.” I have searched high and low for a sitter who is as experienced and knowledgeable as Shauna, and I feel SO blessed to have her in my dog’s life. Her commitment and consistency to providing my dogs with the best care is unmatched. I reached out for a sitter, but the time and energy Shauna invests into my dog is more than any trainer has ever done, and is getting more results, too. We are Buds’ clients for life!!!

I love Buds! The owner and staff are amazing! I have met many of them at various events as well as have had them caring for my fur crew for over a year now. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and it is wonderful to go away and have no worries about their care. This has become especially important since my one cat recently developed diabetes. My husband loves Buds because when we are away I am not a nervous wreck! We also use them for mid day visits for the pups on long work days so there is no guilt about bored dogs doing a potty dance! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about pet behavior and can help curb bad habits while walking your pup. The owner is extremely involved In the local community and gives back by sponsoring events and raising money for local shelters and rescues. If you are looking for someone to care for your four legged family member(s) when you are not able, Buds should be your go to without a doubt!

Fantastic service! Shaunna and her team are amazing. I cannot say enough good things. We have used them for years and they are so great with our dogs. Their team is professional. My doggos LOVE THEM and are so excited when they come over. The team is even so flexible they can cover and come 3 times a day on fairly short notice (I don't recommend giving them very little notice, it's not nice, they totally saved me). 10 out of 5 stars. Highest of recommendations!

Shaunna and the Buds team are wonderful! We were worried about what we would do with our puppy while we were at work during the day. However, our initial meeting with Shaunna put our minds at ease. She answered all of our questions before we even asked them. Buds visits with our Mia several times a week. The service was great while we worked outside of the home, but it has been so helpful during this pandemic to give Mia walks during the day while my husband and I work at home. They are so sweet with Mia and very respectful of our home. They have an app that makes it super easy to communicate with them, and they are extremely responsive. They are also SO flexible! Due to changes in our schedule, we often have to cancel or reschedule a visit, and they couldn't be more accommodating, even when it's last-minute! Mia loves her Buds, and so do we!

Jacques and Lori always take great care of our two cats! We know the cats are in good hands whenever we need them to stop by to feed them and scoop the boxes. The updates and cat photos from each visit are great and very welcomed. This is the best pet care business in the area!

Soph N Bean legends Jacques and Lori recently looked after our two kitties. They were diligent with their care and took time to send us text photo updates from each visit. They made sure they were well fed and that their litter boxes were always clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is seeking animal companion care services!

Jacques and Lori provide loving, personalize care for my furry babies. They love and treat my pets like they were their own. This allows me to travel worry free knowing my pets are well cared for. They watch all of my pets which includes a dog, 2 cats and a guinea pig. The overnight option allows me to leave my epileptic dog home knowing that she’s comfortable and safe in her own environment

Great care for our cat Kimchi! Have used them multiple times, and he always is well fed and taken care of. They even play with him some each time they visit!

Jacques and Lori are fantastic! They took such great care of our 16 yo kitty Julia for a week while we were away. Gave her medication with food every visit, and took time to pet her, brush her and play with her! Sent texts with pics every visit, even went out of their way to get more bird seed for our bird feeder, because the birds (and squirrels lol) greatly entertain our kitty. We will absolutely use their services again soon, and feel so much better about leaving our cat alone for an extended period knowing she'll be well cared for. We cannot recommend Soph N Bean highly enough!

Soph N Bean Pet Care Services were incredibly accomodating. I needed a sitter a week before I had to leave and they were able to fit me in. Jacque came to introduce himself to me and my cat prior to pet sitting. He took excellent care of my cat and kept me updated every day! Jacques of Soph N Bean was tremendous with our cat Penny. She hadn't been left alone for more than a couple of nights in her life so I was very worried how she would handle us being away; Jacques texted each day with a photo and update of Penny which helped us enjoy vacation free of worry. I highly recommend them!

Great service! We have 2 cats, one "feisty" diabetic who needs insulin shots which can be tricky to accomplish. We had struggled to find a service to to handle this which limited our ability to go on vacations. Jacques was great, always on time and provided updates and pictures/videos after each visit. Soph N Bean was very accommodating, professional and organized, and allowed us to have a relaxed, worry free vacation, highly recommended!

I had an amazingly good experience with Pets Companion PA! Anisha took very good care of both my cats and communicated with me every day so I could see how great they were doing. It is comforting to know they are in very good hands and they will definitely have a repeat customer.

Anisha was very accommodating since I called her later than I usually do to schedule care for my cats. She was very friendly and sent Rachel over to meet with me and the cats, although they didn't come out for introductions. 😀 When Rachel visited she even pictures to me. Both Anisha and Rachel were happy to discuss what I was looking for. I will definitely call Anisha again to sit my cats.

Anisha and her team took amazing care of our Aussie, Scout, while we were away on vacation. Scout is a nervous dog with lots of energy, so we were nervous having people she wasn’t familiar with come take care of her, but Anisha accommodated us by coming to meet Scout and introduce one of her team members before we left so Scout could get to know them. They played frisbee with her multiple times a day and followed somewhat lengthy and maybe over-done instructions on my part :) we are so appreciative of how caring and thorough Pets Companion PA was when caring for our pup and we especially enjoyed the daily updates and photos.

We found Pets Companion online and used their cat sit service recently for a 11-day trip. Anisha (owner) helped set up the visits easily and quickly, and Rachel (sitter) provided excellent service during her visits to the house. We have 4 kitties, and it has been a challenge for previous sitters to keep the litter boxes clean. Rachel did a great job, and she also watered the plants and helped with some unexpected incidental tasks around the house. It was also very comforting to get photos with each visit, so we are ensured the cats are doing well. We really appreciate the help from both Anisha and Rachel and would hire them again!

They did a wonderful job with my anxious pup. They were very professional and I trust them to take the best care of my dog when I'm away. I will definitely be hiring them for my next trip!

Golden Leash made my wedding day with my pups a BREEZE! Alex and Stephanie were fantastic! They picked my dogs up on time, brought them to the venue to get acclimated and made sure they stayed cool in the AC until the ceremony started! They also dropped them off back at home and fed them their dinner afterward! My dogs were so happy to be involved and having a team I trusted to handle them during such a special time was incredibly important. They followed my written instructions and timeline to a T and even dressed in cocktail attire in case they were caught in photos!! I would highly recommend GLPC for anyone who wants their pups to be part of their special day. I didn't have a worry in the world with Alex and Stephanie there! 10/10!

Golden Leash is beyond the best choice! For my pack of wild animals, they have been a gift. My two dogs are a handful but I never worry about the walkers handling them. Each one is professional and treats my pets like their own. We used their services for the weekend of our wedding and couldn’t have been happier.

We have used Golden Leash for both dog walks and overnight care with our dogs and they've been awesome! Our dogs are very high energy/reactive with other dogs and sometimes need special attention and the walkers were great with them. Both Christina and Alex stayed at our house on separate occasions and when we came home everything was super clean and they sent updates and pictures the whole time. I highly recommend using Golden Leash!!

Abby, Katrina and the rest of the team are incredibly accommodating, and I could tell my fur baby was in great hands. He was not only well taken care of but totally spoiled while I was away! I loved receiving the detailed report cards after each visit, which gave me peace of mind. They provided updates on everything—from bathroom breaks and meals to walks—and even included the walking path and adorable photos of my dog. It was such a thoughtful touch! I use Golden Leash 4/5 workdays a week to take care of my three pups. The staff are amazing and always read my notes about the pups. I have a reactive dog that requires patience and space and a dog who had major surgery this year. Everyone has been attentive to their needs and communicated when necessary to make sure they are taken care of and safe. I've also used them a number of times for in-home dog sitting while I am away and that has been amazing, too. Maggie is typically the staff member to stay with them and she is fantastic with them. They love her, she sends me updates and pictures, and she takes special care of my reactive pup who gets extra anxious when I am away. I can tell how much she cares about them. Golden Leash is wonderful and my pups LOVE having them come to visit them.

We have been taking our dogs to K-9 Designs for over 12 years now ! We have moved three times, a little farther away each time, and we still make the trip to bring our babies here. Our dogs have been boarded, both long and short term, and groomed here and we always know the girls are in great hands! One of our previous dogs was a very senior boy and now with another getting up there in age, there are few places I would feel comfortable with leaving them for extended trips. They always take great care and we are so appreciative! Prices are reasonable and all the members are communicative and helpful. Highly recommend !!

Love this place! First, I need a groomer. My coworker recommended this place to me. Reading the reviews, I was a little afraid then. But I trusted my coworker. I called and they were very friendly. Gave me prices. They are competitive. They groomed her exactly how I wanted her to be groomed. They called me as soon as she was done. She smells AMAZING! The groomer gave me feedback on how she did. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I decided to bring my boys for an evaluation here, and everything went spectacularly!! They had a blast! We previously were going to a smaller daycare. Playtime Pet Resort of KoP is so much bigger, my boys have much more room to play! The outside area is really fantastic! We are two days in, and the boys are loving it!! Everyone is friendly and happy to see the boys when we get there. I love that when you are boarding, there is someone there overnight, the pups are never left alone!

We absolutely love Playtime Pet Resort @ King of Prussia! We found it when we knew we'd be traveling from NYC to see our daughter in Philadelphia and planned to bring our dog with us. We wanted him to have a great day but didn't know anything about doggy day care options in the area. Until we came upon the Playtime Pet Resort website and then made a call! The resort is amazing (and it really feels like a resort!). It is beautifully appointed with every detail taken into account. Super clean and really with everything you could think of being present (treats for pets, collars, etc.). We were there in December and the holiday decorations were stunning. Our doodle loved it! The staff sent pictures along with his report card. Everyone made him - and us - feel extremely welcome and cared for. We MOST highly recommend the King of Prussia Playtime Pet Resort. Kudos to the team there who handled everything like pros!! Thank you!

Our 7 month old Great Dane, Diego, had his evaluation today. I was extremely pleased with how professional and hospitable everyone was and impressed with my tour. It was clean and the dogs seemed really well cared for and happy. I was kept informed of how Diego was doing throughout the day and loved the report card I received. When I picked him up, his tail was wagging and he didn’t want to come home! Looking forward to many more playtimes, boarding and grooming. Thank you!!

this was my first time putting my dog in daycare. i think $35 isn't bad. it was pretty last minute; we scheduled the evaluation for the day before we needed her first daycare day. i was pretty worried because i adopted her only a few months ago and she definitely has a lot of separation anxiety. surprisingly, everything turned out fine! i received detailed report cards with photos of her and her new friends. she did come back smelling very strongly (no way to sugarcoat it), but a bath fixed that right up. i guess there's not much they can do about that. i would recommend playtime pet resort!

Playtime Pet Resort in Downtown is the best. The facility is so clean and welcoming. The staff are amazing, especially Christina and Karleigh. My dogs love the personalized attention and we love knowing that "our babies" are safe and well cared for. I would recommend them to any and all owners.

The accommodations are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for pets to move around. I was particularly impressed with the outdoor play areas, which are secure and filled with engaging activities to keep pets entertained. The people are so professional and friendly, the facility is clean and organized, and it’s easy to see that the staff and management really care for the dogs. They are also conveniently located, open 365 days a year, and have someone on-site 24/7. My pup comes home happy, tired, and I feel comfortable that he has been well cared for while he is there.

We love Bark U! No one will love your dog more and take better care of them! From beginning to end, Bark U is such. Great experience: knowledgeable employees (they know dogs - even if your dog is a little quirky!), robust screening process for the dogs (to keep your pup safe and comfortable), great holiday parties (with amazing photos!), and just overall enthusiasm for your pet’s experience. We just started taking our boy Charlie to bark U! He did enrichment day care and regular day care and I have to say it’s worth every penny! He comes home completely exhausted, which was our goal during the week working full time it’s hard to get him the exercise and activity level he needs. We love to be able to drop him off knowing they’re going to take great care of him and love on him like we would. Everyone is super super friendly and welcoming. I also really appreciate the temperament assessment prior to being officially accepted, knowing that all dogs go through an assessment makes me feel good about leaving Charlie there for extended days. Our dog is one that’s super nervous and takes a lot of patience for him to gain confidence and the bark u team has been so receptive and understanding of that. We’re so happy we found bark U!

After my office recently relocated to KOP, I enrolled my dog Darcy at Bark U. She is a naturally shy dog and has some anxiety. The staff has been amazing in helping to build her confidence and ease her anxiety. They give me daily updates at pick up on her day, the dogs she made friends with and how her confidence is building. The staff has been wonderful and the facilities and services offered are great. Darcy just took part in the Gingerbread photo shoot they offered for the holidays and I think the photo speaks for itself (love).

We just moved to the area and we are so happy we found Bark U for our dog Toby to stay when we travel. It is super clean and organized! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming! We could relax and enjoy our vacation since we knew Toby was well taken care of. We also loved to get updates in the photo gallery and report card that was sent to us.

I absolutely love Bark U. I recently enrolled my 4 year old husky/rott mix so he can socialize and get more energy out. I took him for his first day and I must say, I’m blown away at the customer service. Efficient checkin /check out, they send pictures of your dog at daycare, report any information needed, kind ladies up front for pick up! The facility is extremely clean. I trust bark u 100% with my doggo and am looking forward to bringing him back.

My dog had not been to daycare in a while, so I was a little nervous about how she would do with so many dogs, but Bark U eased all my fears! During her assessment, the staff provided lots of insight into her behavior, and I could tell they really paid attention. Everything they described fit her perfectly, and they ensured that she would be slowly introduced to larger play groups as she became more comfortable. The security measures and clean facility were a huge selling point for me, and so far, I am so happy with my decision! I don’t have to worry about her being safe or cared for since I know the staff at Bark U is attentive and caring.

I adopted my puppy Sully in July and enrolled him with Bark University in their puppy socialization program the week I brought him home. He is now six months old and has completed both the puppy socialization program and the undergraduate program. Sully is doing so well- he is the happiest most well adjusted puppy I have ever met- he loves humans and dogs equally. Bark University is 100% the reason for this. We were even in a park recently and a vet was there with her dog and she said that of all the puppies she’s ever met Sully has the best temperament she has ever seen. Sully goes to Bark U now a few times a week for daycare and he always will because the people and puppies at Bark U are part of his family now!
