Kim and Rowan were a delight to come and stay. They were very adaptable so we could meet up first. The dogs were very relaxed and happy when we returned and the house was spotless. They managed the dogs really well and asked appropriate questions and were in contact regularly with photographs and trouble shooting . They were great house sitters and we felt very relaxed whilst they were in charge of the dogs and house.
Jennifer was a godsend! I feel like I could have stayed gone forever, and the dogs never would have noticed. She sent me daily updates (I was gone for a month), we talked a few times before the trip, she was prepared with questions and notes, and I completely trusted her to manage the dogs' routine (including one of my dogs needing acupuncture) and take care of the apartment, which was cleaner and more organized than how I left it. To be abroad and not have to worry about the dogs is a gift, and I highly recommend Jennifer!

Our dog started at Wag when she was about 5 months. It's been almost a year now and she can't get out the door fast enough to get to school. Nora and the staff really love the dogs as their own. We started bringing our puppy to Wag Days last fall to help with her socialization (and get out some of her puppy energy!) and we couldn't be happier with the care she continues to receive. She has so much fun "going to see her friends" and does her excited dog dance when we get within a block of Wag. We love that she gets a mix of indoor and outdoor exercise, has access to enrichment through our membership, and is friendly with all dogs she comes across through the great socialization she gets at Wag. We've also used the home-based boarding and loved that she got to hangout with people she knew from going to Wag while we were away. I also appreciate getting photos of her during the day and being able to check what she and her friends are up to on the Wag Days instagram account. Can't recommend this place enough and feel lucky that it's located in South Philly!
We are a big fans of Wag Days! Our pup Olive is about 10 months now. We originally started with another puppy kindergarten class, and the trainers expressed their concerns with our pups play style -- they weren't sure if she would be a good fit for day care or the dog park. As experienced dog parents, this was really upsetting for us to hear, especially with such a young dog. We were determined to make sure she was properly socialized. My husband had won a free day at Wag in a raffle, and initially I was hesitant to redeem the offer because of the feedback we had. We reached out to Wag Days, explained everything, and they basically said, "We got you. Bring her down, lets have an eval and go from there". Long story short -- Olive crushed her puppy school training with them, has the best time ever at day care when she goes, plays well in the dog park, and has really great leash skills (with lots of treats, she is still a puppy after all). We have had such a great experience with Wag Days, and are really grateful for their help with our pup.
Our dog, Mo, absolutely loves going to Wag Days for daycare! She is basically dragging us to the door to go see her friends and comes home happy and tired from playing! We feel really comforted knowing that they love and care for our dog as much as we would! One of the best decisions we’ve ever made!
Wag Days is excellent for dog boarding and day care! I’ve been taking my dog for 3 years! My dog Biscuit LOVES playing (and getting attention), and they do an excellent job! I love that they give you tons of updates via Instagram and their portal about your dog at day care. I love seeing the enrichment activities they do - you can tell they really care about the dogs at day care! I cannot recommend them enough!

We (and our dog Bogey) are obsessed with Wag Days. They constantly send us pictures via email and also update their Instagram story throughout the day which is really great! Nora the owner is always very responsive if we have questions or concerns. We have also used Wag Days for boarding a couple of times and Bogey always returns happy and exhausted.
Our puppy Cooper did so well with Wag Days. Colby is an awesome trainer and I love all of the videos and pics they take of him during the day. Our pup picked up a tremendous amount of skills while refining some of what he already had in place. Can’t recommend Wag Days enough!
I literally cannot say enough about how wonderful Wag Days is. We have been taking our dog Charlie there for almost two years now & we have never had anything short of an amazing experience. Our pup sprints to daycare when we tell him that’s where he’s going & we feel so at ease knowing he’s happy there and having fun. The staff is amazing & gives frequent updates via pictures throughout the day. Your dog will come home tired & happy!

From the initial home visit where they came to meet our dog and the rest of the family to accommodating his ever-increasing needs (behavior issues, medication, becoming deaf, etc). PHL Pets has been a godsend! We have a 5yr old Frenchie who has some special needs with her back (must be carried up/down stairs, etc). Now we have a second Frenchie who is a puppy, we thought going on vacation just wasn’t going to be an option anymore. After doing a home visit with Dina & Dani we realized just how much they cared for our pups and put us at ease. We had Dani do in home dog sitting for 4 nights, everything went wonderfully! We felt our girls were very well cared for. We received at least daily updates loaded with great pictures to make us feel good while on vacation. We’ve also used PHl Pets for quick walks/visits too. Very professional and (most importantly) our Frenchies love them!

I highly recommend PHL Pets! Dina went out of her way to get our week long trip covered last minute after our Rover sitter cancelled. I was so stressed out about it but Dina made the process so smooth and easy to coordinate. PHL Pets has been our dog walker for over a year, and I have been extremely happy with their services. They offer a flexible range of walk duration and times, and after every visit, I receive a very detailed report with a lot of pictures of my pup. PHL Pets worked very patiently with my special needs dog to make her comfortable on walks. I've also used the overnight PHL Pets services and was also extremely happy with those services. I received multiple updates, including pictures, every day. My dog was in a great environment, where she had many opportunities to be outside and play in the house.
PHL Pets has honestly been a godsend for us! From the first walk, they've taken such great care of our dog. We have an anxious goldendoodle who does not always like walks in the city, but I never needed to worry about her when she was on walks with Autumn, Aaron, and all of the other amazing walkers at PHL Pets. We even had to secure a last minute overnight sitter at our house, and Dina was so helpful in accommodating the request. I can't recommend PHL Pets enough! They are reliable, fair-priced, and truly care for the dogs they walk/watch. Thank you Dina for everything!
PHL pets is the most amazing dog walking service I've ever used! I've lived in philadelphia for the last 4 years and have had multiple walkers but Dina and her crew are AMAZING. They are always available on short notice, send me the cutest photos and reports of my little pup, and so accommodating!! And most importantly, they treat my dog with sugar love and care. I have been using PHL PETS for years to care for our 100lb pit and they are the absolute best. The owners, Dina and Brian, are two truly special people who have created a business based solely on their genuine love of animals, which you can feel the second you meet them. The worst. Used to take my mini poodle there. Never again. I never received a confirmation about an appointment and they charged me $53.00 cancellation fee. Their prices are outrageous and they don’t provide the benefit of the doubt to responsible customers. I am a reliable client. If I had received confirmation I would have followed up immediately with cancellation in time. Found a MUCH BETTER place called Tranquilty Pet Salon for LESS THAN HALF PRICE of what Posh Pooch charges. I paid $60 there for a full groom bath and cut which turned out awesome for my anxious pup. And Tranquilty does a better job overall in my opinion. Posh Pooch really left a bad taste in my mouth. Overcharging and terrible customer service.

HANDS DOWN the best grooming experience in the South Jersey area! I searched far and wide and was looking for a more upscale spa like atmosphere for my baby where I could find a variety of services and I was fortunate enough to find The Posh Pooch. I’ve been taking my girl Bailee here since she was 8 weeks old. She’s now a year and the ladies at Posh Pooch have become like family. Both Erin and Stephanie are masters at their craft and love the way they groom my bichpoo. They are patient with me even though I ask for multiple services each time I go. I love the mud mask treatment, the cologne they use, the high quality of their products, as well as their technique in coloring. Erin has amazing customer service skills and always meets mine and Bailee’s needs. Oh and I also LOVE that you can watch your pup on the live webcams when they are getting groomed and think that shoes a true level of transparency by the owner! I always say quality over quantity so if you are looking for quality services and want to treat your fur baby like royalty than The Posh Pooch is the place for you!!
I take my 3 dogs and I always have a great experience. Stephanie has been grooming my dogs since they are puppies and she's absolutely awesome! The entire staff is friendly and the place is quite which is great since my dogs get a little nervous going out. Highly recommend!
I actually brought my dog here because a girl I went to elementary school with, who also happened to leave a review on here 5m ago, brings her dog here. So I brought my dog here for the first time after terrible pet store salon experiences. I just wanted to find a reliable groomer to take my pup to! A few things really impressed me. First, when I walked in, I could see a bunch of happy dogs through the glass doors. They all looked happy! That shocked me because when you’re in pet stores and look at the dogs through the glass that are getting services, they usually don’t look thrilled and are barking nonstop. At posh pooch it was the calmest, happiest environment I’ve walked into! All of the employees were nice and welcoming. I told the girl who cut my dog’s hair a general description of what kind of cut we wanted for our pup & left the rest up to her to make judgement calls on (for example: around the ears) and she nailed it. She absolutely nailed it. She rounded my dogs paws and I didn’t realize how much of a difference little things like that make. He looks adorable, his round paws make him look like a little teddy bear! I will definitely be taking my dog here again, and I may look into what other services they offer! My husband wanted to get my dog a mullet so in the pic that I’m attaching his hair is a bit poofy on top but that is on purpose lol
Stevie has received her second cut from The Posh Pooch and I wanted to update again! I took her in this week for her summer shave and while it's been a few days, I still grab her head in my hands and stare her directly in the eye and say, "You are such a tiny cute baby!" over and over and over again. I was nervous to get Stevie shaved because I love her long, thick fur, but I knew she was really hot in the warm weather. I brought her in and explained a bit of vague direction to the stylist, mostly that I wanted her "shaved but not like, THAT shaved, you know?" and wanted to keep her tail fluffy. The result is exactly what I imagined and I have no idea how the stylist got into my brain and absolutely crushed the haircut! The staff at The Posh Pooch are masters of their craft, and I'm so grateful that they make Stevie look so beautiful! Original review: I was so excited to take my dog to The Posh Pooch for her first haircut since we adopted her 4 months ago. She had been found as a stray and got a necessary complete shave from animal control, so this was her first real pampering in her new life after we let her fur (and mostly her bangs) grow in since October. Erin did an incredible job and gave Stevie the exact haircut I was imagining in my mind, but having a hard time describing. She totally heard my vision and gave Stevie exactly that! She kept her beautiful, fluffy fur on the longer side, but gave her a transformative trim and clean-up, especially around her face and her feet! Her feet are absolutely killing me. They're the cutest feet I've ever seen. She also smells better than any dog I've ever met in my life. Stevie KNOWS she looks good. I couldn't be happier with Erin's service from the making the appointment, to the friendliness at the front desk, to the final result. I didn't know I could possibly love my dog any more, but this hair cut did it!
So I’ll start with the positive things about posh pooch which is my pup smells good and the hair cut looks great. But I’m still not understanding or happy with how they clipped his side with the clippers and now he has a white patch. They said when they were doing his paws he was moving a lot because he didn’t like it… but if he was uncomfortable why wouldn’t you pause for a second to let him settled or move the clippers away if the dog was moving around.
My bichon frise came back with a small skerf that we thought it was cute, however, the dog has been depressed for the past two days, refuse to eat, hiding himself all the time, today, we found the area under neck an evidence of bleeding. And shaking hands hair cut on the right side neck, and bud area. Awful. What shall we do about it ? Vet identified this is 100% caused by the groomer. We have been awaiting the said shop civilian video for the past 7 days, still being ignored.
Today was the first time my father and I took our Golden Retriever Sage here. We decided to take her here since it was close to our house and we were trying to find a place that would groom her in a timely fashion. When we brought Sage here the two ladies who worked here couldn’t have been nicer to her and it made her feel at home immediately, which is not an easy task as it takes her time to get acclimated to new places. She went in the back with the two women and two hours later we got a call. When we came back to get her we were very impressed with how she looked and we will definitely be being Sage back here. If you want a groomer that gets your dog in and out in a timely fashion without compromising quality this is the place to go!
Amanda is fantastic!! I’ve booked her a few times to watch my kitties for when I’m away on trips. She is always on time, reliable, and keeps me updated on her visits. Amanda gives a thorough report after her visits on their feeding habits, mood, playtime, and much more (with adorable pics). My cat (Abby) is very attached to me after my other cat passed. I hadn’t left her alone for about 9 months because I was just super nervous about making her feel sad and lonely. Which means I haven’t been able to travel. But I finally decided to reach out to someone so I can establish care with a new sitter. I found Amanda very easily after a quick Google search and contacted her. She got in touch with me right away, which soon led to a meet and great. She was very nice and Abby took to her right away. She asked all the right questions, and answered all of my (neurotic lol) questions with patience and understanding. I got a good vibe from her so I booked a weekend to try it out. I had her stay the whole weekend with Abby, and she was definitely at my place most of the time. She let me know when she was going out and when she was returning. It really gave me peace of mind. She sent me lots of updates and welcomed me to reach out as much as I wanted because she understood how nervous I was being away from my cat. When I got home Abby was very chill and happy, and my apartment was how I left it. There was even a small thing with my terrible landlord and she handled it with complete professionalism and patience. I would definitely have her stay with Abby again, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for pet care.
Amanda took amazing care of our three dogs during an overseas vacation. She took great care of our dogs as well as our house, sending multiple pictures and updates of each dog every day. We had no concerns while we were away. We would highly recommend Panda's Petsitting to anyone searching for dog walker or sitter!
Can’t talk highly enough about Amanda & her business. Not only is she phenomenal with our temperamental, reactive pitty but she is also reliable and communicative. She was happy to work with our family and come for visits a few times before we left her with our dog & when she watched our girl, she always provided us with an overview of her visit, photo updates, and cares to follow up even after we are home to make sure our dog adjusted. Amanda has given us such peace of mind when we are away, which used to never be the case.

Amanda was great with my two cats. I was away for 9 days and had Amanda come over in the mornings to feed and give the cats some attention. If your looking for a loving, caring pet sitter Michele is the one you should definitely go with. Michele has been taking wonderful care for our dogs. This was my first time using Michele for my cat, Flynn. She was good with him during my vacation. I appreciated that she sent me pictures of Flynn each day she was with him. She followed my Instructions and left my home in good shape. I'll use Michele again for future trips.
Michele was great! We needed a pet-sitter for about 5 days to take care of our troubled child-a black, feral cat with anger issues. She braved morning and evening rush hour traffic in order to give him 1/2 hour feedings twice a day, change his litter, and attempt to play with him. Unfortunately, he was often hiding when she'd come. He, also, attempted to bite her a couple of times, and growled quite a bit, but by the third day, her warm ways began to coax him out into the light. She sent us photos, so that we could see his progress. When we arrived back home, the house was in great shape with no destruction, and Batman was just as we left him, and maybe, a little less troubled. If you're looking for an exemplary pet-sitter, Michele at Tailwagger's Pet Sitting Services is the best, and she's beyond trustworthy. We'll definitely be using her again,, if she'll have us. P.S. Michele is an Angel!! We were so nervous to leave our 3 Pomeranian for two weeks but Michele took such great care of them. She notified us every time she went to visit them and when we got home they were clean, healthy and happy! Usually my Lacie (the smallest white Pom) has a rough time when we’re away and doesn’t eat but Michele worked her magic and Lacie had no problem. Amy and Stephen have been walking my dog for over a year and I have nothing but great things to say. Such an awesome experience with Bow Waus! They cared for our 4 kitties while we were away for 9 days and I’ve never had such piece of mind while traveling. My rescue dog, Chauncey, is usually very standoffish, but I was so relieved to see them break through his barriers and gain his trust. This is my first experience with dog walkers, they are extremely professional, knowledgable and I know when they have my puppy that she is in the best possible hands. I was legitimately surprised at the level of service. Would highly recommend to anyone (but especially to those with miniature poodle puppy's that are a tad curmudgeon). To say Theo loves camp bow wow is an understatement! The excitement he gets when we even go near that area makes us laugh, but also really happy. Knowing that he likes going there makes it easier to do him off. But as much as he loves it so do we!! Heidi and her staff go above and beyond and treat each dog like they’re their own. I will never take my dog anywhere else and I tell anyone who ask that this is the place to go! Take your dog here and trust me they’ll love you forever!
Our dog Ace loves coming to Camp Bow Wow. Whether it’s for day camp or overnight boarding I know he is in good hands. The camp counselors are the nicest and most kind people, they make drop off and pick ups as smooth as possible. They go above and beyond when it comes to 1on1 time, holiday treats, etc and I would recommend them to anyone looking for top notch dog care.
Abby and I love Camp Bow Wow…. For the last 9 years, Abby has enjoyed her weekly fun session with her friends-both furry and human. And I have the assurance that she is well-cared for.

We dropped off our boy Ace for his interview and we were blow away by camp bow wow! The consulars are so nice and educated and the facility is great. After our pup passed his interview we immediately signed him up for a week of boarding and purchased 3 days passes and a grooming session as well. I know Ace can’t wait to get back there and play.
Our dog Oliver loves Camp Bow Wow! The staff is wonderful and welcoming, always greets our pup by name. He’s always so excited when we pull into the parking lot, and immediately falls asleep when he gets home! Highly recommend!
The staff is very friendly and welcoming and I feel comfortable leaving my dogs with them. The boys are always excited to go and tuckered out when they come home which means they had fun playing and running around. The staff is also very responsive and easy to reach for any reason. I love being able to check in on the dogs whenever I want as well.
Our dog (Teddy) is always thrilled to come to camp bow wow. The woman at the front desk is always wonderful and greets our pup by name as he walks in (wish I remembered her name but she is awesome). Teddy is always worn out by the end of his stay from playing but sad to leave. Love the cameras as well.
Went in for a tour with our new 5 month old puppy. Never got a tour. Receptionist told us we had to have our dog for 2 months before they were able to house him. Wh couldn't she tell us that over phone.🙄🙄 …
Everyone at Camp Bow Wow loves dogs (you can tell!), so I am very comfortable leaving my dog with them. Whether it’s only for the day or for a whole week while we’re out of town, I know that Barney will be safe, happy and have a blast!
