Oh my Goodness! Where to begin. Linda was the perfect house sitter for us and the perfect pet sitter for Olivia! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. When we returned from out two week vacation all our plants were alive, the garden was alive, the birds and fish had been fed regularly, and the dog was alive and happy! What more can you ask for, right? Well with Linda you get all that and more. Updates as you request - even videos of her morning walks with Olivia. The house as spotless as we left it, maybe even better! Even the porches were clean! Linda is a genuine treasure and our recommendation would be 10 stars if there were that many!!
We learned 100% more about Cornwall then we ever knew before, at this sit. Angus the dog is the most precious loving dog. The house is lovely, with an amazing view. And Nicola and her parents are so very kind and loving. Highly recommend.
Lee has a nice quiet place tucked back off the main road, but close to groceries, and local restaurants. Blu & Roxy are well behaved, sweet pups and very low maintenance. Both were friendly as soon as I got there and liked to be nearby wherever I happened to be. Roxy slept on the floor of the guest bedroom right next to the very comfortable bed. It was nice to know she was keeping an eye on me, and sweet to wake up to in the morning. Blu likes to play with his toys and often brought one over to me and put his head on my lap politely asking for some attention and play time. They were both great companions! Lee was a great host, he made me feel very comfortable in his house and had good communication. He has a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable area to hang out in and watch tv. I work remote, so it was an ideal spot in a quiet neighborhood with good WiFi. I hope I'll be back to hang out with Blu & Roxy again.
I had a wonderful stay with Robin in Maleny. She was the consummate host and the house is very comfortable and well equipped. The cats, Millie and Hush are gorgeous. Millie is literally the friendliest cat I have ever met and loves playing and snuggling up in bed. Hush is very timid but after 5 days I managed a quick chin scratch, which was very gratifying! The house is in a great spot, just a few mins walk to the bustling town centre and lovely walks. I highly recommend Concept Coffee on the boardwalk side of the Riverside Centre. Thanks for an amazing mountain retreat stay Robin :)
We had a great time looking after Maisy, Toffee, Tiger and Emma’s beautiful house! Maisy was adorable, really well behaved and easy to look after. The cats, Toffee and Tiger, are friendly and love a stroke. Emma’s house is very spacious, clean and is only a minute walk from the beach. Emma was great, super laid back and was great at communicating before and during the sit. Thanks Emma!
It was a joy petsitting/housesitting for Carolina and Will. They were both very friendly and welcoming, and their pets are sweet. Carolina was helpful with any questions I had. I'd be happy to sit for them again in the future if the opportunity arises!
Persimmon and Peregrine are such wonderful cats to care for. They are very happy, playful and at ease. And of course, adorable! Communication with Christa and Anna Lee has also been a breeze and they are lovely to work with. Their apartment is comfortable and clean and is close to major transport routes, so you're able to get anywhere in DC from there. Thank you for a great sit. It has been such a pleasure!
