We had a great visit to Carl and Jeanine’s home in Huntsville. They are such nice, welcoming people. They were thorough in their introduction to their home and pups. Their home was very comfortable and Huntsville and the surrounding area is a great place to visit. Bailey and Spunky were so great to spend time with! They love their walks, meals and treats! They are a joy to hang out with and are both sweethearts! We would love to return anytime we can!!
I had a wonderful time with Atticus and Griffin, 2 very cute cats in Brisbane. Debra and David were absolutely charming, helping me get oriented in the area, showing me where everything was and keeping in touch during their trip. The house is very spacious, in a nice neighborhood with public transportation nearby and shops about 5 minutes away. I highly recommend this sit and I'm looking forward to keeping the kitties again in the future!
Tanya's home is warm and welcoming in a quiet neighborhood. Chickpea, Danger, Reese, and fat cat are quite the team, and kept me entertained! Tanya is very well organized and caring for them all is easy. They are happy to sit and watch TV but enjoy playing as well. Highly recommend this house sit!
What a wonderful time we had with Mark and Julia's dog Diana! We met Mark and Julia prior to their departure to run through the care of Diana and their lovely home. They warmly welcomed us into their home and ensured our comfort. Their home is located in the beautiful area known as The Beaches in Toronto. The house is modern and had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant. It was tidy upon our arrival and was exactly as shown in the THS's listing pictures with a strong internet connection. The house is located on a tree lined street about a 5 minute walk to vibrant Queen Street East which has an abundant variety of restaurants, cafes and shops including grocery stores. Another 5 minute walk from Queen Street is Kew Gardens and the sandy beach of Lake Ontario. The area is a (dog) walkers' paradise. In fact, a vehicle is not necessary for this sit as the area is so walkable and easily served by transit. A streetcar ride of 40 minutes can get you to downtown Toronto. Diana is the sweetest dog with a huge personality who took to us on Day 1 and became our instant pal! She loves her 3 daily walks and just being in your company. She can be left on her own for up to 5 hours. She is enthusiastic about her meals and knows her feeding schedule! She is fed twice a day and preparing her meals is straightforward. She gets 1 pill a day which she takes easily with her food. Diana has her own bed for sleeping which is placed in the same room as the sitter. She is a very sweet dog who will quickly steal your heart! Mark and Julia were excellent at communicating before the sit and responded quickly to messages throughout our time with Diana. The information provided on the care of Diana and their home was thorough which made our care of their dog and home run very smoothly. Thank you Mark and Julia for giving us the opportunity to care for adorable Diana. We recommend this sit and welcome the chance to care for our pal again!
What a lovely housesit! Carolyn provided a detailed welcome guide making the experience so easy. Quincy was precious. He’s older and so very sweet. The minute you sit down he snuggles right into your lap. Spooky is a total fluff ball with huge orange eyes always inviting you to cuddle or play. If you give him a little treat, he’s your best friend for life, lol. We truly enjoyed our time with these lovey-dovey kitties. It’s experiences like this that make house sitting such a joy. Bruce and Carolyn’s home was welcoming, comfortable and clean. We had an opportunity to enjoy herbs and tomatoes from the garden and I thoroughly enjoyed cooking in a kitchen with everything. Mark and I had a wonderful time and we highly recommend this housesit.
I had a great time sitting for Nella in Sandra and Jon's beautiful home. This is a great location in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. Nella was the sweetest little bean; very well behaved, loved to snuggle, and she knew exactly where she wanted to go on her walk! :-D She was very easy to care for and Sandra and Jon were extremely communicative with extremely clear instructions. I would absolutely return in a heartbeat.
