Carole et Gaétan ont tout deux fait carrière en Santé et au premier abord, vous percevez leur altruisme... leur besoin de répondre à vos besoins et de vous permettre de partir en vacances en toute quiétude. Notre première rencontre s'est faite via Facetime. L'excellente communication et les atomes crochus étant au rendez-vous, nous avons du coup convenu qu'ils seraient les gardiens de notre chat Charlie et de notre maison. À notre demande, Carole et Gaétan sont arrivés en après-midi le jour précédant notre départ pour faciliter la transition pour notre cher Charlie, nous permettre de passer à travers le guide de bienvenue et se connaître autour d'un repas. Leur arrivée a été très chaleureuse et spontanée comme si on se connaissait depuis longtemps. Charlie qui est plutôt timide avec de nouveaux venus s'est tout de suite approché de Carole pour se laisser caresser puis, en relevant la tête, Carole, infirmière retraitée, a alors vu la jeune cicatrice chirurgicale sur le genou de mon conjoint Robert!! Ce fut une rechute instantanée pour elle: Spontanément, elle a donné de précieux conseils médicaux à Robert pour protéger sa cicatrice durant nos vacances à la mer. Quelle générosité et quelle chance pour nous! Pour ce qui est de la soirée, elle fut des plus agréables. Robert et Gaétan étaient tellement centrés sur leur conversation que le poulet est resté un peu trop longtemps sur le BBQ mais ce n'est pas grave car ensuite, durant le repas, nous avons réglé les problèmes du monde entier. Durant notre escapade, Carole a pris soin de communiquer avec nous quotidiennement en nous envoyant des petits mots et photos et elle nous a avisés de l'heure de leur départ qui s'est fait quelques heures avant notre retour tel que nous l'avions convenu. À notre arrivée, nous avons retrouvé notre chat en pleine santé et notre maison immaculée. De plus, les serviettes et draps avaient été lavés et les lits faits. À l"extérieur, les fleurs resplendissaient. Carole et Gaétan, ce fut un immense plaisir de vous rencontrer et nous espérons avoir le bonheur de vous revoir. Merci beaucoup à vous deux et bons voyages et sittings! Carole and Gaétan both had careers in Health and at first glance, you perceive their altruism... their need to meet your needs and allow you to go on vacation in complete peace of mind. Our first meeting was via Facetime. The excellent communication and the chemistry being there, we at once agreed that they would be the sitters of our cat Charlie and our house. At our request, Carole and Gaétan arrived in the afternoon the day before our departure to facilitate the transition for our dear Charlie, allow us to go through the welcome guide and get to know each other over a meal. Their arrival was very warm and spontaneous as if we had known each other for a long time. Charlie, who is rather shy around newcomers immediately approached Carole to let himself be petted and then, when she raised her head, Carole, a retired nurse, saw the young surgical scar on my partner Robert's knee!! It was an instant relapse for her: Spontaneously, she gave valuable medical advice to Robert to protect his scar during our seaside vacation. How generous and how lucky for us! As for the evening, it was most pleasant. Robert and Gaétan were so focused on their conversation that the chicken stayed a little too long on the BBQ but that didn't matter because during the meal, we solved the whole world's problems. During our getaway, Carole took care to communicate with us daily by sending us little notes and photos and she informed us of the time of their departure which was a few hours before our return as we had agreed. . When we arrived, we found our cat in great health and our house immaculate. In addition, the towels and sheets had been washed and the beds made. Outside, the flowers were resplendent. Carole and Gaétan, it was a great pleasure to meet you and we hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again. Thank you both very much and good travels and sittings! Jane and Ed were fantastic pet & house sitters. I couldn't have been more pleased! I got regular updates and photos on all the pets, etc. My cat needed daily meds which they had no problem doing. And my highly energetic large lab was well exercised and happy. I highly recommend them. I hope to have them back another time!!

This was the second time Audrey (and her husband Kurt as well, this time) stayed with Millie, and it was so seamless, with frequent brief notes and photos reminding me of how lucky Millie was to get such attention. My plants were well-tended to and the house was left spotless. If Audrey and her husband Kurt apply to housesit for you, you should grab that chance - they are so wonderfully caring and responsible.

Sarah and Sam were great house sitters! They took wonderful care of our two pups, left the house spotless, and were very communicative throughout their stay. Highly recommend!

Stacy did a great job. Was so happy to meet her before I left. Came home later then expected (flying is always a challenge) and it was great to have clean sheets on my bed. I Highly recommend Stacey and her husband.

Ella really shines when it comes to tidiness and making sure your pets are happy. I felt very comfortable having her pet sit during a time of slightly tricky cat territorial dynamics. She clearly loves animals and she left our home beautiful and clean. She was very self sufficient, although I wish she had reached out with questions as she initially couldn’t find the cat food bin (I didn’t clearly mark the location of our pet food) and they ended up eating the wrong food- important as one of our cats has an allergy to fish meal. Unfortunately the trash didn’t make it out for collection during her stay, but our cats were happy and our home was welcoming upon our return. ☺️Overall a great experience!

Amy arrived on time, left everything in very good order and was so self-sufficient as to have brought her own bedding, and was conscientious in her care for my dog. Gratitude.

Jennifer and her daughter were superb house and pet sitters! We couldn't have asked for better. They took great care of the cats and the house - something even came up with the washing machine and she was able to fix it. We got lots of photo updates, and the cats seemed happy when we got home. Last but not least, they left our house in top-notch condition...probably even cleaner than we left it! I highly recommend Jennifer.

Marie-Claude and Jacob were wonderful and took excellent care of Bailey, Delilah and Tommy while we were away. Marie very kindly came to us the evening before as we were leaving very early on the morning of our agreed sit, and we wanted to meet to make sure all was well. Marie kept in touch and sent us a few updates and photos, including what the cats ate/liked and what they didn't, which was super helpful. We came back to a very neat and tidy home, everything cleaned and in its place, with sheets having been washed and bins emptied. I would happily recommend Marie-Claude and Jacob to care for your home and pets in a heartbeat. They are reliable, trustworthy and super friendly

Alan was such a great sitter for our dog Tush! He was very communicative and easy to work with before his stay and during! Very cool and easygoing but attentive person! We would definitely Alan back to sit for Tush anytime without hesitation.

Sophie was easy to communicate and coordinate with. Sent me daily pictures and updates and I came home to a sparkling clean apartment and two happy fur babies! Would recommend her care highly to anyone.

What a lovely couple, very reliable, organised and self sufficient. We immediately felt as though they were long term friends that we had known for sometime, which gave us a great deal of confidence that we were leaving our furry friends in good hands. The cats settled very quickly with them and even carried on with their normal routines. They kept us updated of any changes. The house appeared cleaner than I had left it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
