Jacqueline was very good and easy to communicate with We were able to align our flights so we could exchange the truck pretty easily at the airport and she was able to come in and meet my dog without any introduction, she won him over right away. Everything was in great shape when I got back and all the pets miss her.

Maegan and her partner were great, left my apartment clean, bed remade, and happy kitty :)

Lisa & Mike

Lisa and Mike were incredible housesitters for our two pups while we were away! They took them on several hikes and long walks, and were really communicative the whole time we were away. Our home was spotless when we returned - they took great care of our space and belongings. I would highly recommend Lisa and Mike!

Nick took care of my elder kitty. He came over to meet me as my cat Queso requires quite a few medications. Nick was very quick to learn how to give meds and what to give. I appreciated his thoroughness I recommend Nick

Alena went out of her way to take care of Lola. We had a lot of thunder while Alena was visiting. Lola was not happy to leave the building so, Alena had to "jump through hoops" to get her out. She arrived quite late to my home due to car problems so i had to have a neighbor step in for a bit. All went well after that though.

Katie

Katie was a fabulous sitter, and we were so thankful to have her stay with our pup. Everything with Katie was a breeze, from coordinating in the chat, to our meet-and-greet, to communication during the sit. She was responsive, flexible, considerate, proactive with questions, and her photo/video updates were a joy. She left the house better than she found it. Just a great experience all around. We do think our pup misses hers now though :p

Shawna

Shawna was very easy to work with and I would recommend her service. She checked in daily with pictures of my cat and brought up house or cat issues as they came up— like a few bouts of vomitting, and the fire alarm turning on. She was quick on communication and problem solving and really wanted the best for my kitty. We returned home to a clean place and a clearly happy cat, which is best case scenario! Thanks Shawna.

Stella continues to look for Connor each morning - if that's not a 5-star review, I'm not sure what is! Connor was a great sitter - he took such care of my pets and my home like they were his own, and he was great with communication and problem-solving when little issues came up. I came home to a tidy home, happy pets and space feeling as if I had never left - he truly fit right in with a calming, caring and friendly presence. I highly recommend Connor, as he handled 5 very different cat and dog personalities with ease and I felt 100% confident everyone and everything at my home were in good hands.

Melody was amazing!! Quick to communicate, asked the right questions and was punctual.
SHe spent the night before our trip with us and we found that she is a lovely, kind and intelligent person.
I have six cats and it was clear that Melody had read up about the kitties and the instructions before we even met. During the sit, she sent pictures and updates daily.
One kitty was possibly ill before the sit and Melody kept an eye on her and let us know that she was doing fine.
We returned to a clean home, clean kitty pans, calm and happy kitties and collected mail. 
We would welcome Melody back again at any time and would highly recommend her as a house/pet sitter.
