We had a fantastic time thanks to Richard and Claire. The pets were angels and you always had a league of animals following you about for cuddles. They were very well behaved and minor upkeep only. Claire and a Richard very nice, communicative and gave clear instructions. The whole experience was very hospitable and we would recommend this sit to anyone!
Angela and Gerry, we’re great hosts, we spoke, and face timed before the ‘sit’ and had a visit earlier on in the year, they were very welcoming and did their best make us feel at home. There was a detailed booklet on how everything worked in the house, and how to care for their beloved Dolly, Dolly is the most endearing little dog and she won our hearts in no time at all, we delighted in taking her out for a walk knowing we would never get lost, as we had our own little ‘doggy sat nav’ with us, she is amazing, and has a lot of cute little ways with her, her cuddles were second to none, and she loved the affection we bestowed upon her, we miss you already Dolly Doll. The communication between the home owners and us was great, sending several updates daily, and in return hearing about the adventures they had too, it was very reassuring for us.. We look forward to seeing you all again next year.
We enjoyed our stay with Falcor and Hexie in this charming A-frame cottage with gorgeous mountain views and mid-century modern vibe. Sarah provided an excellent pre-sit tour and detailed guide that made caring for her two sweet cats a breeze. Watching the sun come up though a stunning wall of windows and reading in front of the woodstove fire were the perfect ways to relax. Nearby shops and restaurants made the stay convenient and comfortable.
I had a wonderful stay in Wasserbillig! Tanya and Wayne are excellent hosts, I arrived to a beautiful, sparkling clean home with a gorgeous view of the Moselle River. Tanya met me at the train station and they later drove me to the grocery store so I wouldn't have to walk the next day. Lunar was a delight to spend time with! She has a pretty predictable routine. She likes to go outside early in the morning and typically naps inside in the afternoon. She's not a lap cat, but still likes some attention was near me most of the time when inside. She's a very sweet cat and I'd be happy to return in the future!
My stay with Cali was more than I ever imagined! Cali is the sweetest fur baby ever, the resort style home made me very comfortable!! Terry and I hit it off and the interaction of providing her photos and letting her know Cali and her home was very well taken care of, can’t wait to see Cali and Terry again!!! Love the experience!!! 🫶🏽🦋
We (family of four) loved staying to look after Draco. He was delightful and a really easy going, cute pet to look after ❤️ Becky and Jordan were very hospitable, really friendly and easy to contact during the sit. They left a really clear guide with all extra info we needed for our time there. The house was really nice and tidy and if you like Harry Potter, you'll love this house as it contains lots of Harry Potter memorabilia around. It was fully equipped and really comfortable for our 2 weeks stay. It is in a great location of Liverpool, walking distance to supermarket, close to Sefton Park and there is a bus stop going into town 2 minutes from the house. There is also a train station very close by too. We would really recommend this sit and would love to look after Draco again in the future. Thank you ❤️

Ashley did an absolutely amazing job! My 13yr old man is not easy to handle he takes special attention and care. He’s really sweet but he’s not great at standing and can be quite a handful when he feels like it but she takes such great care of him. And to top it all off he comes out looking and smelling wonderful. I’ve been going to Ashley for almost a decade now and I’ve continued to follow her to every location she’s groomed at. A good groomer is hard to find and an amazing groomer is 1 in a million. And Ashley is an amazing passionate groomer we’re so thankful to have her around.
My golden retriever has been going to Four-Legged Fun Zone since September, and she LOVES it! When she arrives, she wants to gallop to the back to join her furry friends. She comes home happy and tired every day, which tells me she's had a blast. The outdoor space is huge, with tons of agility equipment. She loves playing with her furry friends both inside and out. The staff is amazing too – so friendly and caring. I highly recommend Four-Legged Fun Zone to any dog owner looking for a top-notch daycare!
I am so happy with the grooming service today! The staff is friendly, professional, and really care about peoples pets! My dog looks amazing after grooming—clean, trimmed, and smelling great! Ashley took extra care to make sure my dog was comfortable, and I could tell she truly loves animals. The shop is clean and welcoming, which makes me feel good about leaving my dog there. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
I am so grateful and appreciative of the fabulous care Ashley provided my 3 cats while I was out of town. They provided very detailed notes, which is a great comfort to a cat mom. I have recently became acquainted with our new groomer on Saturday afternoon, I wasn't sure as you never know with a new groomer how your hairy baby is gonna turn out. We were given a quick tour of their facility and was offered to have hot chocolate and make my girl, a dog cookie using the decorations they had to choose from. Then only an hour after they took her back they were already done and she looked so adorable and so happy!! Then to top it off we got a free picture of me and my baby girl a free picture!! It was a fun environment, and all the personal were very happy, friendly people, genuinely. It was nice to bring my pup in somewhere where people are so personable and happy I would totally recommend these guys to anyone who is or isn't looking for a new groomer,because once you walk in the door and are greeted with a smiling face you'll be sold Thanks again guys, I'm really happy I chose to change from our previous, blah, and impersonable,overly crowded, scrunched for time, staff,that never made me feel appreciated for my business or even greet me or walk me to the front door like i was here. We enjoy taking our dog Mitch here for daycare and meet ups. The attention she receives is evident throughout the process, from first signing up to the end of day report card we get after picking up. Mitch has a great time and we feel good knowing she's having fun while we're at work. Convenient pick up and drop off times and location as well.
Tailored Pet Service saved me both before and during my trip when I couldn’t find a place for my elderly small/medium service dog that doesn’t like being in a “free roam group setting.” No place would accommodate her being in a room most of the day as she would THRIVE IN. Or, timing was too close to when I needed to leave. I finally found TAILORED PET SERVICES!! They were quick to reply and gave a detailed and complete estimate/bill. The deposit was reasonable and the rates were beyond competitive. I loved how my girl dog could either be seen at home or be at someone’s home alone or with another dog or two. She has all her vaccinations as required and I got the stool test too as needed. She accommodated me so well and we were able to get my girl in. I met Antigone and her husband and I immediately knew my girl was in good, no, GREAT hands. It was originally for about four days to be kept but an emergency happened medically during the trip and we needed her kept longer and we were accommodated so kindly and they cared so much for me and for my girl. I got photos and updates daily. The photos were better than ones I could take! She looked so so happy! They kept her many many extra days and didn’t charge extra and now I have a forever place for my girl. And, since she has been with them, my girl has become more cuddly and allows us to hold her in our laps more. She even fell asleep in my dads arms the other day. She has never done that due to prior owners to me being abusive. This makes my heart sing knowing she was so, so loved. You won’t regret trusting your loved ones with Tailored Pet Services. Your furry friend will be safe, loved, communication is top notch, and the prices are beyond competitive. I trust them 110% and I love my girl as she’s also my service dog she’s my entire world. Four-Legged Fun Zone made training my new puppy, Sunny, a breeze! With Lise’s help, we’ve mastered sit, stay, & lay down. While continuously working on not jumping up. I’m very grateful for the training and time Lise has put into my dog. My dog is a Pitbull/Chihuahua so she’s needed extra help, and Lise has always been there to support us! Take a dog who already had separation anxiety PRIOR to the pandemic, spend 16 months with him every day and then finally leaving him at home- we were two very nervous pet parents! We moved to Whidbey last summer and sought out pet care a few months ago anticipating the return back to society. We finally took our trip and left our corgi in care of Tricia's Pet Care and we are SO happy we did. We had two meetings prior to the overnight- one with Tricia and Shelley, our watcher, and then one more a few days before the care. Shelley was absolutely fantastic with Barkley. Having to had flown home to take care of an anxious dog before, she was receptive to our worries and paid extra care and attention to our boy. We got pictures multiple times a day of our happy boy. Even with the 4th of July fireworks, we were able to complete our entire trip stress free knowing Barkley was happy. This to us is priceless! We're so confident in her care that when we were offered a chance at a new puppy, having reliable pet care sealed the deal and we're thrilled to have Shelley, Tricia and team meet our new addition in the fall. Wow! My first meeting with Tricia and Team. I’m so relieved that I now have a powerful team of dog lovers to care for my two Cream retrievers. Maui is 12 and Kona is 7 months. This team came prepared to ask questions as they each built a profile for each of my dogs. Talk about thorough, these guys were very very impressive. They reviewed all the key points of interest, and left with all of my immediate dates short term and further out. Since we moved to Whidbey Island in 2012, Tricia and her team have been taking care of our pets whenever we go away. It's very easy to see that our pets are well-cared for during our absence. Upon our return home, they are always waiting to greet us, as though we'd only be gone a few hours. Tricia's has taken care of other issues that might impact our pets, such as a smoke detector located very high off the ground, that was chirping incessantly because its batteries were failing. She's also been known to walk quite a ways thru snow when it was too risky to drive down our street, and also has climbed over a large tree that was blocking our street. She (and her team) are the absolute BEST!!!

The Bed and Biscuit is the best facility I’ve ever brought my dog to. Kelly is so thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable about dogs. We’ve brought our Doberman here many times and knowing he’s in such good hands while he’s away from us is everything. So clean and orderly, leaving family dog here felt very secure and confident. Drop off and pick up is a bit restrictive but it does benefit operations and certainly the dogs. Recommend this place and will certainly be using services here again.
My dog Maisie ran in without looking back, and was sad to leave when we picked her up. Kelly the owner is great though is often busy with the dogs so keep that in mind when you are contacting her. She cares for all the pups and our young dog had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be coming back when we need boarding!
I moved to Whidbey Island 6 years ago and I immediately found Bed & Biscuit! Kelly is amazing with dogs and my Bella loves to stay there. So much so, that's sometimes she is not ready to come home! Kelly creates a safe environment, so I know that Bella is in great hands. I have boarded her for a few days to as long as a month. And I love that I can leave her with no worries! Kelly has been a lifesaver and helped me create less stress when I need to travel. We love Bed & Biscuit! ❤️

My dog Polly is like my child. So I was very worried when I had to leave her. After touring Whidbey Bed and Biscuit I was so relieved because I knew she would be in good hands. Whidbey Bed and Biscuit is the only place I trust to care for Polly. It's clean with beautifully fenced yards and an immaculately kept house. Kelly treats Polly like one of the family. I would definitely recommend Whidbey Bed and Biscuit to anyone looking for excellent dog care.
Would not suggest this kennel owner. Very poor customer service. We accidentally wrote down the wrong time for the meet and greet. We showed up 25 after our meeting time (what we thought was 5 minutes early). Owner said, “you were not here on time, someone else called and I gave your reservation away. She never called to check to see if we were on the way. Horrible experience- I wouldn’t leave my dogs with her.
will NEVER bring our dog here again. not only was the lady/owner SO rude to demand my mother and another customer off the patio/porch area (when they were picking their pups up) in such a rude and disrespectful manner, our dog came out looking exhausted and weak and with a SORE spot. never bring your furry friends here. terrible service. very angry.

Met with Julie a week back. Super nice! Love the way her home was set up and she's very sweet to animals. She is taking my pups for a few dates and I'm really excited and glad they will be in good hands. Many of the places I was looking to board pretty much told me they would sit in the crate most of the time, unless I paid for 15 min walks. Julie gives 1 on 1 attention to your animal. Looking forward to working with Julie. If you need boarding or pet sitting I would recommend her.

We moved out of the state recently, but we used Cali’s services for about two years. She took the best care of our cats and I am sure they miss her. I appreciated the detailed daily messages along with great photos of each cat that day. One of our cats is very shy and Cali made sure to find her and make sure she was okay, but after a few trips Stella loved to get attention from Cali. She also was so helpful with collecting our mail/packages and taking our bins to the curb on trash days. I would recommend her to anyone in the area needing pet sitting!
Had a great experience with Puget Paws! We needed help on pretty short notice to walk our dog during the day, and Heather and her team helped set everything up and walk my dog with less than 24 hour notice. For the visits, I got pictures and a prompt write-up. And pup was happy which is the most important part. There is a website and app you can use to communicate easily and pay through. Big fan of the local team and look forward to using them again in the near future!
Heather and her team at Puget Paws have been walking our very energetic dog three times a week for over a year now. Our dog is a handful on a leash, especially when other dogs are present, and he does so well with them. She and her team are also prompt, reliable, communicative. Our pup adores them and always returns happy and tired.

I left a review for Puget Paws recently but already feel like I need to update it because they have been so great. On a recent trip there was a health crisis with one of our pets and Puget Paws (and Heather in particular) handled it so well, calm and effective in an emergency situation, compassionate for us and our pet, and absolutely going above and beyond for us without hesitation. I am so grateful for everything they did for us! I also highly recommend them for the day-to-day petsitting as well; I have always returned to happy, well-taken-care of critters. We have a diverse array of pets and Puget Paws has been wonderful pet sitters for all of them. We get an update including photos every time they visit, which I love. Prices are very reasonable and incredibly easy to book and pay for via their website, and they are quick to respond to booking requests.
Puget Paws was the perfect choice for watching our dog over the weekend. Heather and Leah visited our home for an introductory visit and to get to know our dog (and cat) better. They provided vet paperwork for both animals in case anything happened and asked all the right questions, making us feel like our pets would be well taken care of while we were away. We were able to easily coordinate what times would work best for them to visit and walk/feed our dog. They were very diligent about communicating to us what was going on while our dog was in their care and even provided pictures! After using their services, it's clear why they have so much support from local businesses. I would highly recommend using their services!

We cannot recommend Puget Paws highly enough - they've been our one and only pet care provider since January 2018. My wife and I are both out of the house all day at work, and our dogs are all active and need regular exercise. The PP team comes in on weekdays and walks them around the neighborhood in ones and twos (we have 4 dogs). Our pack considers the PP staff to be additional pack members and is always super-excited to see them. The communication from PP is always timely and detailed. On the daily side, we get a picture and a summary of each dogs' activities during the visit. For canceling/adding additional services, responses are always prompt and clear. Billing is easy to understand - it's easy to see what each charge is for. The website/app combination they use for communication and paying invoices is simple to use. We love Puget Paws!

Love this couple. They take care of your babies like they were their own. We were worried the first day, but they flooded us with pictures of Freya. We got to see her from meeting new dogs to playing and interacting with the other doggies by mid day. We try to take her weekly for her socialization, and she has a blast each time. They also offer a wide range of services. Highly recommend and well worth the money.
Absolutely love PAWsitiveTailz. They provided care for my pup from 5 months to 11 months and it was instrumental in my dog having a great relationship with new dogs and people. They have the best communication sending daily pictures and updates. Hendrix always came home so happy and burned out from his time with the other doggos at the daycare. He could tell when it was Tuesday and he would get so excited to go do his puppy Tuesday visit. We also used PAWsitive tails for boarding where he received the best care possible. Nick and Helen have taken great care of my pup at doggy daycare. I really appreciated the meet and greet where I was able to check out the outdoor space, meet with both of them (owners and pet sitters) and see them observing how my dog interacted with other dogs one by one. They share pictures and updates each day which is really nice when you’re wondering how your dog is doing in a new space. I will definitely take my dog there next time she needs day care or boarding.
I’ve taken both: my adult golden retriever and my golden mountain puppy to Helen many times. Bottom line: I like everything about her daycare, but feel free to read detailed explanation below. Outside. Helen’s place has a nice backyard area with grass and wooden chips. It’s big enough for my dogs to run around and play chase with other dogs. Unlike another place we went before, her family maintains the outdoors area even in the winter so that my dogs don’t come home dirty after running and playing in the mud. Indoors. She has a nice open hardwood area with carpets where dogs hang out. It’s puppy proof so I don’t have to worry about my puppy picking up bad habits from finding things to chew on. Helen and people that work with her They are very professional and never leave dogs unattended! I noticed that they always properly introduce dogs to each other over time to make sure there are no unexpected accidents. Nice bonuses. On multiple occasions Helen took our dogs to local doggy parks for them to have extra fun, and after every stay she sends us pictures of Lucky and Charm playing.
I HIGHLY recommend PAWsitive Tailz. We've taken our Doberman puppy here for a while now and it's done wonders for his socialization skills and overall agility. I never have to worry about him after dropping him off. The owners keep a very close eye on all dogs and takes wonderful care of our boy. I can't say enough positive things about this place. We needed a doggy daycare for a day while we went to a baseball game and got to see a bit of downtown Seattle on vacation. PAWsitive Tails took my boy for the day. I was so appreciative of their help and he seemed very happy when we got home. I really appreciate that they sent us photos and were great with letting me know how he did! I have never taken him to dog daycare before and they made me feel very comfortable leaving him. Thanks Helen!
This is the best doggy daycare we have found. Our Great Dane Kona has been with Pawsitive Tailz for a year and a half and we love it. She plays with the other dogs, but also gets training and learns new tricks every day. The backyard is big, fully fanced with dog toys and obstacle courses. We get pictures from the day spend at doggy daycare every time and our big girl goes there 3 times a week! Best place in town!

I cannot say enough great things about Pawsitive Tailz. Our 2 year old Chocolate lab mix is FULL of energy and needs playtime more than we can provide working from home. They love him like their own, and he always enjoys going. He comes home with a huge smile on his face, hungry and exhausted. Great pictures showing us how much fun he has and which pups are his best buds. Worth every penny. The best doggy daycare I've ever found.
Nikita and Helen are the absolute best. We love leaving our dog with them and always have peace of mind that he is being taken care of. They provide great updates, capture so many great photos and it is well worth the cost! You would be hard-pressed to find a better daycare/sitter for your dog. Would recommend to anyone!
I wouldn’t go to this place if you can avoid it. I got my puppy groomed by Debbie 3 times (2 puppy intros and 1 normal groom). The puppy intro grooms were fine, but that was because they don’t cut hair in those. My first real groom, I showed Debbie inspo pics for what I was looking for and she barely glanced at the photos and followed curtly with “I can only do what she lets me”. I understand this to an extent, but to charge me $100+ for this (picture below) is insane. She basically gave her a kennel cut for her entire body and shaved everything off, but didn’t touch her face at all. My dog looked like a bobble head. This cut was something I could confidently do by myself at home for free. In addition, the interaction I had with her when attempting to show her what I liked was quite off putting and discouraging. Since this incident (well over 6mo ago) I have been a regular at A DIFFERENT SALON who 1, listens and takes genuine interest in the cut I want for my dog and 2, makes her experience so comfortable— she absolutely loves going to them and comes out looking so cute! The issue is not my dogs behavior or “what she allows” the groomer to do, but Debbie’s sloppy work and lack of dedication here at Doggy Haven.
I’d avoid this place for grooming at all cost. My golden doodle was groomed by Debbie and came back with deep cuts that required an emergency trip to the vet. The groomer didn’t even inform when we picked him up and we only noticed this once we got back home. Please don’t waste your time and $$.
Thank you Doggy Haven for lavishing love and attention on Rose and Cooper! It’s been 10+ years that I have brought all of my sweet dogs to you for care. The DH team is attentive, kind and caring. Appreciate the upgrades too to your scheduling, and updating of my kids medical files too! Blue ribbon service on every level! ♥️
It's out of the way enough that you don't have to deal with Bothell and I5 traffic. The report cards are great. They take better pictures of my dog than I can. They offer daycare and boarding, which we are doing both.
Hunter loves Doggy Haven daycare! We are so pleased he is excited when we drop him off and my favorite thing is the “report card” photos! Doggy Haven takes good care of him and he gets his exercise and friend time! We know he is in good hands all day long!
Best staff, playyard, cleanliness, grooming, and location. They send pics at the end of the day, and provide a great place for boarding, daycare or grooming. They also do training. Our puppies loves going there. Highly recommend!
This was my Kahlua’s home away from home and she loved every minute there. They treated her as if she was one of the family. Now my granddogs go there and love it too.
Easy drop off and pick up. They did a great job washing and drying our dog.
The best boarding experience we’ve had for our Boxer pup Rosie - she looks forward to her visits here with new friends! The trainers are great at keeping these pups happy and owners too with the daily photo filled report. Book ahead, they are busy!
Our dog Nola needed a special trip to the vet while we were out of the country. A family friend took her in and the girls at Doggy Haven stayed open an extra hour to provide ample time for Nola’s return back to Doggy Haven. They always take good care of our precious babies!
Our dog, Burke, has separation anxiety and was timid when I first dropped him off, as to be expected. When I picked him up he was so energetic and absolutely loved staying at Ann Marie’s! He enjoys all the other dogs there and is always excited when we pull into her street. 100% recommend her to everyone I know!
