Sitting for Claire and Trevor was an absolute joy! They went out of their way to make us comfortable in their lovely home and were extremely kind and welcoming. Everything we needed to know for Max, Zeeba, and Timmy was clearly laid out. The animals were all easy to care for and so loving. Lovely parks and green spaces near their home made daily dog walking a treat. The house is in a gorgeous part of London near all amenities and transit options. We would sit here again in a heartbeat!
Bret and Mary have some very loveable dogs in a nice home with an organic garden. The house was well-located for me to have access to Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs, while still being a peaceful neighborhood. I enjoyed staying at Bret and Mary's very much!
Paul is a very welcoming individual. He had a beautiful and clean house with 2 very friendly kitties. We had a lovely time pet sitting for him. He is incredibly friendly and left us with everything we could possibly need.
This is a wonderful housesit. Cassia is kind and welcoming and her lovely, spacious home is on a quiet street, yet within walking distance of many shops, ethnic restaurants, a great movie theater, grocery stores, a French bakery, and a bike shop. Public transportation into Boston is also within walking distance. The stars of the housesit, however, were the cats, Rhea and Otis. Rhea was shy at first, but then warmed up to me quickly. Otis was my companion and always wanted to be close to me. They are low maintenance, fun to be around and will make you laugh. I loved this housesit and highly recommend it.
Yen and Kevin made me feel very welcome in their beautiful home. Their home is in a very peaceful location and provided a great place to work from and for getting out and seeing some of the local countryside. The house is very comfortable and had everything I could have wanted. Minnie and Molly are lovely, affectionate and gentle cats. Yen clearly explained their routine to me and I enjoyed caring for them. Unfortunately Molly became unwell during the sit, but Yen had provided all the information I needed and was easily contactable to help and advise. Thank you
Pet sitting for Carol and Chris was an absolute delight. Carol and Chris themselves were extremely welcoming and hospitable and it certainly did not feel like we were with strangers, but rather friends. Everything was organised for us (even the horse feed was bagged up into individual days) and the pets were lovely. Although Molly was very wary of us, she was certainly no problems to look after. Cougie, on the other hand, became our new best friend. Carol and Chris's property is gorgeous and the stay proved to be one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. We would be delighted if we would be able to help Carol and Chris in the future.

5 out of 5 stars! Carmel took such great care of my girl while I was away! Belly full of treats and lots of lovins. She sent daily updates along with pictures which put my mind at ease. Was easily accessible and just an overall joy working with. She treated my kitty as if she were her own. She even took the initiative to make sure my cat was more comfortable during a heatwave by running the air conditioner for her! She also did a little light housekeeping! Will definitely recommend to friends in area . Holding on to Carmel’s # for future dates fur sure!
Once upon a time, this rating would be higher. I went away last week and Carmel was hired (and paid in cash, in advance) to take care of my animals. That included walking my two dogs. Two days into my vacation, I looked at my Ring doorbell camera and noticed my dogs weren't walked even once. Initially, Carmel lied to me and insisted they were being walked. It wasn't until the next day that she admitted she wasn't walking them, saying they were going on the wee wee pad and getting exercise from throwing the ball around. So here I am, panicking in another country. Thankfully, my friend was around to take over. I told Carmel to leave the money and my keys in my garage. She kept the money for the times she was there. If I were her, I would have been embarrassed and left the whole thing. But I can understand keeping some. The problem is she kept more than she was supposed to and didn't deduct for the fact of not walking them! This isn't about the money to me, but the principle. Of course, I'm blocked and she stopped communicating. This is someone who is allegedly licensed and insured. I DO believe that Carmel is a good person and loves animals. But what she did is wrong and others should know (just in case).
Carmel & her team are the best!!! My dog loves them! My house is clean, my instructions are followed and the photographs are welcome when I'm missing my baby!

My dog loves Nina and her home almost as much as his own family and home (and this is coming from someone who is basically obsessed with their dog). Nina and her husband, Jeff, are so loving and attentive and I trust them implicitly with him. I know that when he is with them, I have nothing to worry about and he is in the best possible care. I’m so grateful to have them down the street from me and couldn’t possibly recommend them more strongly. They are THE BEST!
This is the first time I have had my dog taken care of while we were away with someone other than family and I honestly could not have found a better person than Nina!! Leo connected with her the minute she walked in the door and Nina took care of him just like family. I will definitely be using Nina’s Pooch and Kitty Pet Care again!!!

Nina and her husband Jeff are the dynamic duo. We started having them take care of our Cockapoo Bailey when he was a puppy. He absolutely loved spending time with them and they have taken care of him overnight multiple times and almost every day. They are extremely trustworthy and Bailey feels like he has a second home. I am so happy that I found a reliable cat sitter in Westfield! We just moved to the area and didn't know anyone who could come feed our cat when went away for the week. I am so glad I found Nina's Pooch and Kitty Care! My cat was SO much happier at home, being taken care of by Nina and Jeff. They did an excellent job, coming in twice a day to feed and check up on her. I don't plan on using a kennel again, as long as I have Nina and Jeff!
I have been using Nina for over 2 years now and am so thankful I found her. She and Jeff take such good care of my pup Remley so I never worry about leaving him in their care. Remley is 8 yrs old and loves spending time with them and Benji....in fact he seems a bit disappointed when I show up to take him home : ). Highly recommend!

Jen was very helpful through out the entire process with taking car of my dog Milo. She provided me with video and pictures of Milo to assure me that he is okay and in good hands!! That was a big plus for me since Milo is a big part of our family. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. I will be using her in the future again
Jen groomed both of my 2 year-old Cane Corsos today… they are fairly high energy and she was alone… I was a bit anxious over it but knowing she takes care of my best friend’s dog, I chilled out… and it was ALL worth it because my babies were good and came out of her place calm and clean and nails clipped and that is something that is NOT easy to do! I’d go back a million times over! My two are camera shy but I have pics of them not from today… Caspia is on the left and Roman is on the right ♥️♥️
I reached out to Jen’s Pet Care to have someone check in on our cat. Jen stopped by twice a day to change litter, fill the water bowl, and give insulin shots twice per day. She sent me pics of our cat each time she visited which was really nice. I highly recommend her and plan to use her again around Christmas time.

Jen is great! She’ll update you with pictures, she’s very responsive and patient when it comes to any questions you have, my 135 pound Rottweiler Phoenix did great with her and he’s not normally good with strangers. I left him with her overnight as a last minute plan and she thankfully accommodated for me when it came to drop off/pick up times. I’m so glad I gave her services a chance, & I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again :)

We are so glad we found Paws and Claws. Suzanne is amazing. In the past, we had always had our friend care for our two cats and our house while we were away. When he became unavailable, we were concerned about finding the right person to trust with our kitties and our home. After much research, we decided to give Suzanne a try. We are so glad we did! Upon meeting Suzanne, we were instantly at ease with her. She is an obvious animal lover, and our cats took to her immediately. She has a wonderful personality which made us feel very comfortable entrusting her to take care of everything while we were gone. Suzanne fed, watered, and scooped the cats, of course, but she will also take care of any messes they may leave (hairballs, etc.), will administer medicine, if needed (we didn't, but of could in the future), and spends time playing with them. We wanted our cats to be cared for, of course, but we also wanted someone who would give them some love and affection while we were gone. Each day, Suzanne texted us with a photo of the cats and an update. It was very reassuring to know, and see, that they were doing well. Beyond the cats, Suzanne took in our mail, watered our plants, and took care of a few minor things we had forgotten to do when we left for our vacation. She is organized, thorough, and reliable. Before we found Suzanne, we were very nervous trusting a "stranger" in our home and giving them full access when we were away. We couldn't have made a better choice with Suzanne, and we know we will be relying on her in the future.
My life is enriched by having Paws & Claws Superb Pet Care in it. The owner Suzanne is so kind and amazing and Amy is one of the most caring, sweet and dependable people I know. Amy loves our pets as if they are her own, always remembering all of their likes. She goes above and beyond altering schedules and making last minute accommodations to meet our needs, helping to clean up messes, dispensing medications, feeding by hand, baking special cookies for her birthday, giving extra cuddles and has truly become like a family member. Our Annie loves her and I too developed a special bond with Amy and I honestly don’t think I could ever feel so comfortable with or entrust my fur baby to anyone else.
Suzanne has taken amazing care of my dogs over the years. We’ve been using her for at least 10 years now and I know that I can trust her. You can tell she truly loves the pets she cares for and the pets love her back. Highly recommend!

Paw and Claws is amazing. My dog Horton is a delicate special needs chihuahua who requires a lot of attention. Suzanne and her sweet helpers go above and beyond to make sure that he's taken care of and given the attention that he deserves. I am never worried about him when I'm at work because I know that Paws and Claws will be there soon. They also doted on my late magical tabby, Frankie, and they grieved with me when I lost him. They are lovely people. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

We just had a wonderful first experience with Paws and Claws Superb Pet Care, Suzanne was incredible with our 2 older and quirky dogs. She is reliable, very attentive to ours and our dogs needs, loving to the dogs and extremely trustworthy. All of our directions were followed perfectly and we received a text and picture update every time she visited which was great and very comforting. Even when an unexpected situation came up Suzanne handled it perfectly, calmly, and professionally. I can’t say enough great things about her, we look forward to calling her for all future dog sitting and I will definitely recommend her to friends.

I immediately felt comfortable with leaving my dog Jazzy with Ajsha. I was not disappointed. She took very good care of our baby and I was very glad I chose her as our sitter.
The last time my dog stayed here overnight, the skin on her paws were raw/coming off when I picked her up and she was bleeding with no explanation why. She was also put in isolation for her energy (on multiple occasions) and I wasn’t informed of this until after this incident that happened last December. When I asked them about this, I was told she has a lot of energy and all of the dogs aren’t as social; I didn’t appreciate them isolating my dog who is social. My dog views that as a punishment. She’s very friendly and playful; if I knew they were isolating her I wouldn’t have taken her there so often to socialize with the other dogs. If your dog is hyperactive even in the slightest, don’t come here. I wish I spoke up sooner. This incident happened last December and it was not handled well. They were very secretive and defensive when I asked why she was bleeding. Their manager called me to tell me that even though she had a lot of energy they still boarded her which felt like a guilt trip. If you couldn’t safely board my dog, then you should have denied her. You may be wondering why I am leaving this complaint now, and it’s because I was never give footage of her stay and I still to this day wonder what happened. Attached are some cleaned up photos. I was also never discounted or offered anything after this incident, although I did not ask for this.
Recommend! Super convenient (esp for commuters) and truly exceptional staff! A bit pricey and I really wish there were cameras to look in on our doggos.
Pupz Club is great. I work nearby and drop Katy once a week while I'm at the office. It's conveniently located in Rahway across from the train station. Everyone greets you with a smile and is ready to take our best friends for a fun day of activities. Katy was a little anxious in the beginning but now she is enjoying it very much. In the afternoon when I pick her up they tell me how she did, if she had her lunch and share any other highlights for the day. Highly recommended.
We took our 4 month old puppy Kylo for the first time here to get him started with socialization and the caregivers were so kind and they uploaded these gorgeous photos to their instagram along with videos. I love being able to see how my baby is doing while Im at work. He came home to eat and straight to his mat relaxing for the rest of the day. Tired pup is a good pup! Lol We LOVE pupz club!! I’m so sad to be posting this review because Pupz Club used to be so good but last week, I couldn’t believe how much everything has changed. I was waiting in the lobby with my dogs to use the self wash station. I looked through the window to the doggy daycare section to see one dog bite another in the face, another dog peeing in the corner with the employee completely ignoring their surroundings (the bite/the pee) with headphones and staring at their phone. The dog wash has increased to $21/use when this is what the room/station looks like (see pictures). Hair all over the room and tub, cieling panels coming down, scratches all over the walls, the handbrush full of hair. I’m so disappointed to see how it has changed over the years.
I cannot say enough great things about Pupz Club. Our dog Dusty LOVES going. He comes home tired and happy every single time! We've also boarded him overnight and it was perfect! He got to play all day the day before and when he woke up, the whole day after. He was not stressed or worried at all when we picked him up. Just panting and happy as ever! Each month they have "pawtys" with a theme. SO much fun to dress him up. You can tell each employee really loves your pet like their own- and our dog loves them right back! They also have self serve dog washing which saves us sooo much trouble. They do all the cleaning up! We've also had our dog beds washed in their industrial washer and dryer. I can go on and on. If you join the Pupz Club family- you will not regret it!
I started bringing my 1 year old golden retriever here and everything has been great so far. She seems to love Pupz Club and it’s 10 minutes away from where i work so it’s a very convenient pick up and drop off for me! I love knowing my pup is near by and in a safe and friendly environment! The staff all seem super sweet and the facility is very cute!
We absolutely LOVE pupzclub! We have brought Leo there since he was a puppy and it’s the only place he doesn’t have separation anxiety from me! He runs in and doesn’t look back every time. All of the employees have always been friendly and helpful and I love the picture and video updates throughout the day on their Instagram. It’s a great place for pups to socialize and play and we are so thankful for how good they are to our Leo.

I visited this business for the first time with gained interest in boarding my dog 2 weeks ago. The young ladies who initially took my information were very helpful and polite. The owner energy was a little off which made me feel a little uncomfortable at first to even consider having my door stay in her facility. My family and I had a planned vacation that we could not cancel. I brought my dog in for a temperament visit to see how he adjust with other dogs and the staff. .My dog is very sweet and attached to me since Covid. The boarding facility we normally use didn't have any space for this weekend, so we decided to give Pupz Club a try..They said he passed his temperament visit and agreed to keep him for the 4 days. I arrived to check my dog in, he was acting weird. Just like children, when they feel they were not treated nice they act out.. She refused to board my dog, because she said he had anxiety and didn't even try to accommodate me with other suggestions to help him relax. We had a flight leaving 4 hrs from the check in time with Pupz Club. It took me 2 hrs and 12 phone calls to find a boarding that would take my dog at last minute. If my husband and I didn't find one to keep our dog, we would have lost a couple of thousand dollars because of this lady rash decision. She was more worried about my dog jumping up on her gate, than to accommodate a new customer. I will never refer none of my friends or family members to this place. The facility that did take my dog in last minute, his energy was so different and calm. Make me think, why he tried to escape. Horrible Customer Service .No Accommodations For My Dog.
Have used Home Pawsabilities a few times and am always satisfied. My pup is always taken care of and I am kept informed with texts and pictures so I know all is well. Highly recommend.
